This was the first Shooting range I went to but my instructor, Rob, helped me get the hang of it and they opened exactly at 12pm so I have no complaints.

Do NOT go here if you value being able to use your semi-auto as it was intended. They have a ΓÇ£No Rapid FireΓÇ¥ rule, threatening to kick patrons out for shooting their semi-auto handguns. Maybe they can provide a reason the next time, other then we're a gun range that doesnΓÇÖt like loud noises. Their ammo is incredibly overpriced as well. On the other hand, a few employees are very nice and knowledgeable which is why they got the 2nd star.

Nice gun range. Has an average of an hour wait time, but otherwise friendly people and easy process. Had to ask for the ear plugs otherwise no complaints. They have an atm on the second floor, plenty of seating, and vending machines inside.

I had my first experience with this place today. I had a class scheduled for which I paid $325. I arrive having not received any communication (while signing up said I would) before the designated time as stipulated. I attempted to call and email prior to the day of my class but received no response. I arrive and enter and am asked who my instructor is. I make it clear that no communication has occured but my money was taken immediately after signing up. The woman at the door says she cannot help me without an instructor's name. I state, again, that I received no communication. Another gentleman came in for the same class and had the same scenario. She then decides to go to the counter to get information. She returns only to share that the class is cancelled. I ask where do I get my refund? She tells me I can go to the counter, but they do not open until 10 (It is 9:50 am). Mind you, the space is full of people and instructors preparing them for fingerprinting and class. So while standing there waiting, I decided to call. A gentleman answers and I explain what is going on again. He proceeds to say, "yea that class is cancelled and there's nothing he can do. Call back on Monday and talk to Briana because she handles the schedule and payment." I express how this is poor busines and why didn't we receive an email. I don't live around the corner and took time to drive all the way there. He states, "I don't know what you want me to do. Briana handles that." The dismissive and unprofessional attitude of the staff here is infuriating. I am curious to know how this place even remains in business. Once I get my refund, I want no parts of it. I will figure out somewhere else to go where people have simple respect and care for paying customers. Ya'll suck! The star given is only because you cannot post your review without giving one. Otherwise, ZERO stars!

Great place, staff is friendly, they have different handguns for you to test out, not the biggest but they have a nice selection. You can purchase firearms from the vault which closes I believe around lunch and 1 hr b4 range closes. If you need it they also provide training. They have just about everything you need in 1 stop. (Guns, accessories, targets and training.

I don't understand how these places stay in business. The selection of firearms is very small and the day I went there to shoot I was told I couldn't shoot rifles from 10am to 4 pm.

Overly crowded, while they sell safety equipment, they don't have a lot of it unless its guns. However, the customer service is nice, at least my experience it was/is.

Convenient and easy to find. Did my fingerprinting on site with Boom Booms training. I would consider as a local facility for more gun training.

If youΓÇÖre getting anything ffl transfer donΓÇÖt go with them, it took them 2 weeks to process my transfer and when it was ready for me to do my paperworkΓÇÖs they didnΓÇÖt even call me, I have to call them and ask if itΓÇÖs ready, then wait another 7 days after the paperwork which is the standard waiting period. So I had to wait almost a month to get the transfer in my possession. They also charged $100 for the transfer fee which is insane compared to other FFL that charge $60 the most. Definitely wonΓÇÖt be getting my business again.

Me and my friends had a great experience at Small Arm thanks to Ty. From when me and my friends arrived Ty made sure we felt safe, informed, and comfortable. Ty was very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable of firearms. What stood out was his professionalism and patience whether it was answering my questions about different firearms, demonstrating proper handling techniques, and helpful tips to improve my aim. I would definitely go back again.

We came here on a weekday using a deal on Groupon. The staff was friendly and the equipment was decent. The floor in the range had shell casings all over and needed to be swept. You have to pay $15 for ear muffs to save your ears. At many places these are included in the price. The lanes are a bit close together. But overall, it was a decent experience. We would go back.
