Q: I am interested in learning about responsible gun ownership and how to maintain and properly use a hand gun. Who teaches gun ownership? I think I need a professional to instruct me rather than my husband. (I'm just saying). ;)

A: YouTube videos are a good place to learn gun safety and etiquette. However, youΓÇÖre not likely to learn about laws on firearms. A good professionally taught course should teach those. It is absolutely critical to understand and follow those laws.

March 2022. I didnΓÇÖt shoot- I only went to check it out. Although IΓÇÖm always glad to find a range, this one appeared much more trashy that what appeared in the older photos. There was a lot of brass around the shelter and shredded targets and wads down range. It appears there is a fee for using this range but it wasnΓÇÖt clear what it was or how and where to pay it. I donΓÇÖt think the range is supervised on a regular basis or there wouldnΓÇÖt be shot up butane lighters all over.
