Amazing customer service from start to finish. Very friendly staff, I was able to look at everything I had my eyes on and we bought the perfect rifle for our hunting needs. Plus, I got a range membership with the purchase!!

I came here with my wife and daughter to try out her new rifle. We usually go to Bush Wildlife but it's way too cold to shoot outside. I've never been a fan of indoor ranges my experience is that people are usually cliquey know it all that don't want anyone intruding on their kingdom. I was expecting more of the same. Wow! Was I pleasantly surprised? Everyone was extremely friendly knowledgeable and eager to be helpful. The range fees were reasonable and yes they are strict about the safety rules but these are guns after all. All in all it was very pleasant and fun for my family. We will definitely be back often.

Best place for Protection supplies, Gun safety classes and excellent knowledgeable sales men who know their stuff and Metro is the Leading place to stop by and check out all their great merchandise. Excellent Gun choices, and other things you need, prices are very good. Owner is really nice as well.

This is probably the worst gun store in all of STL. I have been there several times and they tried to scam or upcharge me every time. Avoid this place.

This was the first and last time I will ever come to this business they don't even deserve a one star I was charged to go sit and watch my friends shoot their guns and witnessed My friends being harassed every couple of minutes after 10 minutes of being there in their range we were asked to leave for no apparent reason I argued with the guy who was supposed to be a manager and told him how wrong this was and how he was bullying everybody we were told to leave then the guy turns to some guy that wasn't even connected to our group and made him leave as well I told him this guy was not connected to us he didn't seem to care he just wanted everyone to leave after taking their money The guy is a shyster a thief and a bully he has no business being a manager or running any business for that matter I'm sure after reading this post he will have some kind of excuse or rebuttal for his actions and in my opinion there is no excuse for his actions I would not waste one dime on this business

I hate to be the two stars guy…But Here it goes! Let me start by saying I’m pretty young for the average gun builder, but I’ve been 21 for a couple years that said firearms are a passion of mine, and I have an extensive education surrounding them But I could tell upon my arrival that they questioned my competence at all When I told them what I was looking for🤷‍♂️ being young and knowledgeable apparently beyond my years, cause I haven’t found another kid my age who builds 100% firearms so I No going into places that this is going to be my experience most of the time!🤦‍♂️ Now enough about the staff more about products and pricing! If you like the AR platform, they have anything you could need! But if you are on a Budget You know gunsmithing is not cheap if you’re a build it Yourselfer! They are much steeper, then some of the local competition! I had a knot in my pocket big enough to acquire five firearms worth of parts I couldn’t even bring myself to pay their prices for the As they called it cheap stuff😬 That also kind of made me feel like my money wasn’t going to spend the same way it would for “ They’re better options”🤦‍♂️🤘 but at the end of the day, if I need something for an AR immediately And my boys at phantom don’t have it I know I can come here and pay $30 over MSRP and have it immediately💯💯🤘

First time at this place the gentleman were very helpful and funny. They made the process super easy. I forgot the dates I was told so they politely reminded the 16th if I donΓÇÖt hear back. Came back one signature and I was done. Glad the purchase came with a membership excited to start coming to the range again.

A friend from Connecticut bought a gift of a gun for my husband. He asked for our gun store contact and I provided Metro Shooting Bridgeton's info, since that is where we have bought guns, ammo, used shooting range, etc. My friend called to ship the gun and was told NO and to contact Cabelas. The guy was rude for no reason too. How embarrassing. But most of all ... HOW DUMB. Now we will not buy the ammo there or shoot the gun there when we pick it up. What kind of moron thinks this is good for business? Haha! Anyway, we used new shop Range USA Bridgeton a couple blocks away and they have been wonderful. We are switching all our business to them.

I went to the range once and will not be returning. They have insane rules. You canΓÇÖt step even one foot too far from the tiny booth or someone comes running in to tell you to step up. So even if you are taking a proper stance with one foot back behind you and it goes two inches past the tiny line they will come running in to tell you to stop. We are not talking negligence and stepping way out of your booth, we are talking like you literally cannot take even one step back behind the immediate table in front of you or youΓÇÖll be yelled at. I have NEVER seen a range with shooting lines this tiny. The worst part is that you better be a good shot and hope nothing ricochets or goes wrong because their ΓÇ£feesΓÇ¥ claim that if you so much as miss once and hit a wall/ceiling/etc, and even the CARDBOARD surrounding the immediate target, youΓÇÖll be charged dozens if not hundreds of dollars. Thankfully I was careful to not miss but it certainly was needlessly unpleasant being threatened like that. The guy at the desk justified this by saying ΓÇ£if you donΓÇÖt miss you wonΓÇÖt get chargedΓÇ¥. What kind of range is that, and why would anybody want to be threatened with fees at a range where the whole goal is to practice your shots? On top of all this, the prices werenΓÇÖt even generous either. So itΓÇÖs expensive, stressful and unpleasant to use their range here. No idea about their store counterpart but if the range is so bad then I definitely wonΓÇÖt be buying from the store either. YouΓÇÖre probably better off going down the road to the other range and use theirs. There is just no way it could possibly be worse than this /// To owner response: you clearly have me confused with somebody else. I have no idea what or who you are talking about: I was not asked to leave, I did not have any rifle, I did not cause any damages (as review states), and I did not point any loaded firearm at anybody.

I had a wonderful time and a great experience being my first time buying a gun the way these guys handle business was professional friendly and all around great experience can't wait to go back they made me feel like family me and my friends I harass them all the way up until it was time to pick up my gun but they were so polite and humble they had me laughing from the time I went in till the time I left amazing people and customer service can't wait to go back ❤️❤️❤️ hope more people of color will try them out I went to Bass pro first and fell in love with them first 🥇 thanks again fellas for the wonderful experience can't wait to go to the range 😃

Couple weeks ago I purchased a firearm here and this place is really amazing. Also the people working there are very amazing, yes they are funny and will make a lot of jokes during the whole process but professional still. They are also very helpful if you need information about anything and call back immediately when there something they needs to be done.

Do not do any business with this company their refund procedures are a scam and out dated. I’m NOT a felony and asked for a refund for them to say they have to mail it out. I said out thinking it should be 2 weeks but no it’s 3months later and still no refund. I call up to the store to only be told the mail is slow and that’s Bullshyt!!!…I send and receive mail on the daily for my job that's farther than the distance of the store to my home. This company are completely crocks and thieves.

These Guys are the best Jimmy and the guy downstairs at shooting range were very helpful. I asked a lot of dumb questions for a new gun owner and they taught me a lot. I will be back and recommend new gun owners to go to these guys. They know their stuff. Will be back soon to keep practicing. Stay Safe Everybody!

Every interaction I had with an employee was rude. They hate when you call a magazine a clip their panties get twisted lol. Also rude when I call in for information about items inside store IΓÇÖll never come back there.

This business is a complete scam. Do not buy from here. First off they take your money before you even get approved so if you get denied they take 9 months to send out a refund check. I tried to purchase a weapon in June of 2023 just to receive a check April on 2024 and not for the amount I paid. I call to say hey this is over $100 off. IΓÇÖm missing money. I was told ΓÇ£ oh we deduct 25% for cancellation. I state, I didnΓÇÖt cancel. I was denied for a legit reason. Also the manager called me all kinds of b****** and C**** and said that I was a criminal and I should be arrested for trying to purchase a weapon ΓÇ£knowingΓÇ¥ I couldnΓÇÖt. How could that be something you know? Like I would purposely try to get a weapon knowing IΓÇÖd get denied. You think I wanted to wait almost a year for half my money back? They purposely donΓÇÖt send a check thinking youΓÇÖd forget but I kept calling and threatened to get a lawyer if I didnΓÇÖt get my funds back only to receive 75% of my refund and not the whole 100%. They donΓÇÖt tell you these things. You donΓÇÖt know if you will get denied so go to a place that doesnΓÇÖt take your money first. This place is a rip off!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The employees are rude and lack any customer service whatsoever, their prices are also insanely high. Find any other place to frequent like Ultimate Defense in St. Peters where the employees are knowledgeable, friendly, and act like they enjoy their work.

This company will receive a customer's money and then tell them their reimbursement check is in the mail for 4 months. The mail service is slow but not that slow. They are stealing and running a scam. When you call up there they refuse to talk to you about the money they owe the customer. Reporting to the BBB. Don't do business here. RESPONSE TO YOUR MISLEADING AND DEFLECTING REPLY: Hi, Stephen King! At least that's what they said your name was...I'm not confused at all and I am educated enough to know that there are several reports to the Better Business Bureau for the same thing my loved one is experiencing now, with this company. I offered to get verbal.consent to speak with you and you refused. You are concerned with breech of privacy or violations ,but you are stealing individuals hard working money! My loved one has called up there multiple times and you and the employees working have told my loved one what I have reported here. The customer even called right after me and someone said, "It is in the mail", AGAIN! You are a liar, a thief and a robber! "**Your view 🪟 f people, clearly is the reason one should NEVER spend their money at this business. I hope many read your responses and are able to hear and see you people for who you are. Clearly, you know nothing about my loved one or me. I have shared our experience with your company and others have had the same exact experience, as well. Surely, it's not us! But the "REAL POINT" IS... IT HAS SURPASSED THE TIME OF REIMBURSEMENT. YET, YOU STILL HAVE NOT RETURNED THE MONEY, because " IT'S IN THE MAIL" Clearly, receiving my loved ones money and returning it when an exchange was Not made, speaks to how someone was raised.The location you claimed the check is coming from, I could have driven to and picked up that check and for others you might owe and distributed them 50 times or more, for you on my daily lunch breaks. Exceeding the time frames you keep changing. The 5th and the 20th of each month has come and gone multiple times..The 9 week process/time frame has passed.... Where is the money you owe??? Soon you will owe us more than what was given.

Wouldn't let me in to just look at guns because I didn't have a license. Edit: to clarify further. I asked to be able to use the shooting range. And I was told to bring a friend as it would be my first time shooting.. And that is fair enough. (Other option would be to come earlier and book a session with a licensed instructor - again its a fair point) I accepted the explanation graciously. However I then asked if its OK for me to just browse and look around the gun store (not to buy) and I was told I need to leave if I do not have a license. - one of your colleagues stated that its illegal for me to be even in the store without a license. I then found out that not to be true after asking others.. That's why I rated the 1 star.

Great range and gun store.Friendly staff that knows their products. You get a year membership to the range with a gun purchase and I paid suggested retail price from Manufacturer so fair price and range membership. I will probably by a gun from them every year
