Midway Guns & Ammo

IΓÇÖve been to this business off and on for the past 10 years. Mr. Carpenter and the Gunsmith are great people to deal with. Mike the owner, not so much. I donΓÇÖt know if heΓÇÖs burned out or if itΓÇÖs just his personality but heΓÇÖs never been helpful. He seems to be annoyed when asked a question. I try to avoided him and do my business with his employees. Today I stopped to pick up a pistol that I had shipped to Midway for transfer. I told Mr. Carpenter that I was there to pick up a pistol. Before I could say anything else Mike who was standing further down the counter and was not involved in the conversation says, ΓÇ£Name and model, we arenΓÇÖt mind readers here. We do a lot of business.ΓÇ¥ Totally uncalled for and definitely not how a customer should be treated. Needless to say I will not be doing business with Midway again and I will steer my friends and family away from Midway. Los Cazadores is right down the road in Buchanan Dam and they have a larger selection of firearms and equipment without the bad attitude. I suggest you take your business there.

Chris, the gunsmith, does the factory warranty repairs for Cimarron firearms. When I have had issues with my Cimarron Uberti Colt Single Action Army clone, he has graciously and willingly given me excellent advice on how to make the necessary corrections. This has been a great help. Thank you you for your positive helpful attitude, Chris. Strongly recommend.

I didn't know what to expect, but I'm very glad I came. The gentlemen were very helpful and knowledgeable, the store was well stocked, and the range was clean. I felt very safe, and like I could ask any questions and get reliable answers. I had an appointment elsewhere, so I couldn't spend much time at the range. But I would enjoy returning in the future, and I recommend others give it a shot (pun intended).

First Time at the Range: An Amazing Experience! As a non-US citizen, I was excited to shoot a handgun for the first time. The team at the range were incredible - patiently guiding me through the process and even staying late so I could finish my ammo. Friendly, authentic people, and very reasonable prices. Highly recommended!

Courteous, helpful, no pressure staff. Always do their best to understand my individual needs as a customer by providing helpful advice. Prices are fair.

Has the best selection of rings around the area, the guys there are good ol boys and taught me how to mount my scope and gave me replacement screws for my scope rings. Very relaxed, not trying to push a sale.
