Q: If I Have my FOID i.d do i also need to bring my regular i.d to purchase a firearm or is my FOID alone valid for purchase ?
A: Yes you do need a valid picture i.d. and FOID and they will copy them at time of purchase, and after your 72.h waiting period when you pick up your firearm.

A: I took my class there I send anyone I know to take their class there they follow a curriculum set by the Illinois State Police which in my opinion spends far too much time on learning how to get you on the internet to access your paperwork never surrender your rights for any good cause you'll never get them back

We had a great experience with Alberto, Romeo EVAN and Mike. Don't feel intimidated if you're a beginner! They're helpful without being pushy. 9.5/10.

I purchased a few guns here at Midwest guns. All the sales people we're great but Jackie stands out the most. She is very knowledgeable about every gun. Inside that store explained everything the pros and the cons very patient so definitely when you go to Midwest, guns, ask for Jackie.

Went today to see what type of weapons do they have in stock and he showed me a few shotguns but when I asked if I can buy one he told me IΓÇÖm not old enough to buy a shotgun but I have my FOID and IΓÇÖm over the age of 18 so buddy didnΓÇÖt want to sell to me. I went over to RangeUSA and they had 0 issues of selling me a weapon. I donΓÇÖt know what is wrong with the guy or what his problem was that he couldnΓÇÖt sell to me. Fix your staff. 0/10

I came here through recommendation from my brother to purchase my service weapon for work and read a lot of the reviews before actually going. I must say I totally disagree with the low ratings. They mostly were in reference to the staff being racist and rude which is the total opposite of my experience. I am an African American woman and was treated very fair and respectfully. The gave a plethora of different people (Hispanic, Caucasian, AA, and women) working there which most of the low ratings failed to explain. Come correct and so will they. These are firearms!!! and they must take everything into consideration when you walk into their establishment. Overall my experience was amazing. Will definitely be doing more business.

Went here for the first time to shoot at there range,while Most of the staff are helpful . Anyways the range has terrible lighting ! ,uses a wheel and rope to bring target down which is ok, the range could use a renovation,other than that they have decent prices for rentals ,

I had a great experience with Alberto and Louie at the range counter, all my questions where met with knowledgeable answers as well as the best time in the range IΓÇÖve had in awhile I was helped by Alberto zeroing in my shot and all in all I left a better shot then when I arrived. Thanks again for all your help

Great experience all around. Everyone there from the cashier to the people upstairs to the guys supervising the range are all great to deal with. They answered all out questions and were more than willing to help I will definitely be back and recommend them to my family and friends
