Tell others about my experience. Well, I've got to say that I keep seeing the same people everytime that I come into train. These 3 are Rex, Zach and I see occasionally Cody. These people are very genuine and authentic, as well as all the other employees that have encountered very very knowledgeable and helpful. They make you feel welcome, both super helpful, professional and are very good team players. They've made my experience @ Midwest enjoyable. .only issue I've had is billing lining up w my paydays but Cody does what he can to help me out! I'd say sign up for training, become a member, go to their special events or whatever they got going on! It's definitely been a really new experience that's been enjoyable.

Lima Store is one of the best places I have been. I shoot a couple days a week. Fiona behind the counter was very knowledgeable and very pleasant for my wife and me to work with. The sales manager was fantastic! On the range we had a cease fire due to a shooters mag going across the fire line. Very smooth stop and start. Gun pricing was very aggressive and made we want to purchase another firearm. The selection was second to none. More businesses need to stock their gun case like Lima! The special and cool factor guns was impressive. Optics? Man, do they have a huge selection of optics and accessories. I became a range member today and cannot wait to visit there weekly. Great work MidWest Shooting Center of Lima! You are in a class all your own!

I went there for my friendΓÇÖs bachelor party, and we had an absolute blast! I didnΓÇÖt know about their package deals until four days before the party, but luckily, I was able to set everything up in time. IΓÇÖve only been shooting a couple of times, but the staff was super friendly and understanding, even though IΓÇÖm not very familiar with guns. The shooting experience itself was incredible! The variety of guns they offered and the safe, well-organized setup made it even better. The atmosphere was exciting and perfect for a group event. Thank you guys for the awesome time! IΓÇÖd definitely recommend this place to anyone planning a fun event or even trying shooting for the first time.

Beware of the membership. I had gotten a membership. Under the understanding I could cancel that membership. I have tried to cancel my membership several times. Only to be told I have to buy out or be permanently disabled. We'll that's nice. I got hurt shortly after I got my membership. I havnt even been able to use it at all. I work for myself, and do to the injury which has evolved me into a wheel chair, has been a huge financial burden 6months later. I will be going back to work. But the greed to continually milk me for money instead of putting that in my gas tank or my house payment, or electric bill is demanded by them. I'm sure midwest will hide behind the fact that the membership is a third party deal. As they have already, crappy excuse because in the end they are the ones still taking my money. And no sleep lost on there part. Well since they want to be the wal mart of guns that's great. I won't buy nothing else from. Midwest again. Sad because I have supported them in the past. But since they can't have compassion for there fellow human being then I won't support them. I understand it's a business. But it's my money I work or as of late been selling my things to stay a float. Also it would be great if they understood there own membership. However the company they use is vultures and I'm about to get a lawyer. I'm done being a nice guy. I never even got to use it. That's the sad thing, yes getting hurt is on me (not on purpose) but if they desperately need my money every month! I don't desperately need there business.

I (44F) Stopped in yesterday with my daughter (23F) And her husband (23M). We had an absolutely amazing time. Brad helped so much. He showed us the range and let us shoot and try out several pistols that we normally might not have tried. He stayed with us the whole two hours we were on the range and helped us with technique. I'm coming in next week to put one of the guns I tried out on layaway! He really has a passion for shooting and was very low pressure. I did end up getting a membership, and so did my son in law. If you just go once a month, it definitely pays for itself. Everyone we encountered was friendly. The range and shop we're clean, an organized and bright and welcoming. They did offer us a free training consultation. I plan to take them up on it once I've established what i'm looking for out of training. The environment is very casual and laid back. I was not treated poorly for being a woman... which I have encountered quite often at other shops. You can tell that everyone has a passion for shooting and helping you learn. Maybe you do need a thicker skin than some people have to hang out at the range, filled with police and military veterans. I can take the good natured ribbing for owning Glocks 🤣. Overall, my experience was a ten out of ten. I did join and I will continue with frequent visits to hone my skills.

Do not get a membership here. They lock you into a year and a half long contract, and when you try to cancel after the year and a 1/2. They make you call an indian company and you're on the phone for over an hour. Only to find out you have to send them a letter or an email to an undisclosed email. Terrible customer experience. They also will charge you an extra month to cancel.

My boyfriend signed me up for their Confidently Armed Women class and it was great. An hour of one-on-one training was insightful to what I need to work on. I definitely would recommend this range to everyone. I will be back to do some more shooting and eventually take their training course.

I took a range class and had Zac as my instructor. He was a great instructor, patient and helped me with areas I need improvement. I had a great experience! The facility is very clean and very well ran. There are plenty of employees around to find someone to help me or answer questions. The employees were all very kind, very knowledgeable and extremely skilled and professional. I highly recommend Midwest if you're looking to come in and shoot, take classes or buy guns, ammo and accessories. I really had no idea they offered so many class options. I was very impressed. They have exactly what I was looking for.

Unethical business practices characterized by aggressive membership tactics have hindered the ability to reach a resolution when trying to cancel or terminate membership due to personal difficulties, despite previous assurances.

Don't apply for a membership. You will NEVER get out of it. I accidentally signed up for the Lima location while in the Fort Wayne, IN building, only to be promised they'd cancel that one. So I felt confident enough to get my Fort Wayne membership. Sure enough, they refunded my Lima dues of $17 or $16 a few weeks later. But they must have canceled my Fort Wayne membership, as they said they have no record of my agreement number there. But I'm still getting billed. Sure enough, it's the Lima location! Yay! I don't even live there. So either they're greedy, scummy, or just plain incompetent. Maybe a mix? Either way, avoid them. Funny thing, I don't want to ever show up and use their range, as I found I don't shoot enough to justify the membership. Oh well! I guess I'm locked in! CANCEL ANY AND ALL OF THEM. It isn't complicated. If Planet Fitness and Netflix can do it, so can you.

DO NOT ENROLL IN A MEMBERSHIP! It is nearly impossible to get cancelled. I signed up bc I thought it would be a nice place to shoot but unless you are an AVID shooter (weekly) the cost certainly isnΓÇÖt worth it. We have more than enough farmland to go shoot for free. I found the facilities to be very nice but the fact that it is so difficult to cancel your membership if you choose to, is a huge turnoff!

Working in any business where you have to give customer service and having some experience myself it was shocking to me how bad my experience was . I was super excited upon my first time being at the store ! But my two other experiences after that were terrible to say the least . I’m just concerned how many customers your not willing to help because they don’t have as much knowledge as you! I’m sad to say we do have other shops around here with just as much if not more options and also have a ranges. They helped me that day and I felt bad my 300-400$ wasn’t spent with you guys …
