I agree with Dillon's review. We were at Top Gun regularly, loved the staff and the counter. I went for my first time since it has changed ownership this past Sunday. It was confusing, I had to watch a video no big deal. The kid who rented us our lane was goofy, no knowledge about anything in my opinion other than being goofy. My target holder was bent and made of cardboard, that's a first. I couldn't get my target straight, an entire group of never before shooters had no direction as to what to do, that in itself is scary. We go to leave where I'm supposed to get my I.D. there were people watching their video, I went to the front of the counter and got yelled at, excuse me for the confusion. I tried to find a holster for my gun, I was told they didn't have it I should just go on line. OK then THIS IS NOT the range it used to be. I'm going to give Range USA a try, I hear its a better atmosphere all the way around.

Please be careful with this company. They have salesman trying to sell you memberships and will completely miss lead you with false information just to get you to sign up. It is a complete scam just to get your money. I loved this store when it was Top Gun the only store I would go to for my purchases for the last 10 years. I was taken advantage of and put on the spot. Yes I should have read the fine print but when you have a salesman telling you things as your signing up you would expect to believe them don't do what I did and fall for it you will regret it. I miss when this store was Top Gun . I will never spend another penny at this store and neither should you.

If I could give less honestly I would midwest bought out one of the best locally owned shops in the area with a massive customer base and turned into a complete corprate shithole in my humble opinion they don't care about customers it's all about the memberships plus the 3 experiences I've had will be the last ill take my money elsewhere where it's respected and appreciated shop local guys don't go here any longer it's a ghost town in there for a reason

Since they took over from Top Gun, my experience with Midwest has been great. Staff have been extremely helpful and friendly. I recently purchased two guns and the sales staff were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Highly recommend for all your firearms needs.

I brought my Glock 19 to the Center for troubleshooting and possible repairs. I was greeted by GM John, who immediately gave me his full attention and addressed my concerns. We took the gun into the range and John confirmed, through a thorough inspection and live discharging that there was a problem with the firearm. He explained that he would have Tim, the resident Gunsmith, perform a hydrostatic cleaning and, if that didn't correct the problem, the gun could be returned to Glock for a warranty claim. Fortunately, the cleaning resolved the issue. Both John and Tim displayed the utmost in professionalism and customer service. I would highly recommend Midwest Shooting Center for any firearm needs,

Purchased firearm there which had a defective trigger. A new gun that would not shoot. They would not send out to get repaired and made me send it out to smith and Wesson. They were not helpful at all. Did not stand behind their firearms.

WhatΓÇÖs up so hereΓÇÖs the deal I am an avid shooter and my wife is a beginner and in the process of informing her about my membership. She was skeptical until I got her to meet Randy. Randy is a salesman here at Midwest and every single time we go in it is just easy to deal with with him. HeΓÇÖs so kind so accepting and so knowledgeable. I would go to another range closer to my house, but because he is employed here I keep returning. I cannot express it enough how valuable it is to have a salesman with his kind of knowledge and professionalism 10 out of 10 just because of the salesman I would say seven out of 10 if he wasnΓÇÖt working here
