Do NOT buy a membership here. It is a scam and impossible to cancel. I had purchased a 1 year membership a few years ago and when I tried to cancel it at the one year mark it was impossible. I called multiple times, stopped by in person, always to be ignored. Assuming that it would just cancel on its own they then reported me to the credit bureau! Absolutely unbelievable! They also submitted electronically that I had purchased a two year membership while my paperwork clearly says 1 year. Also,range time even with a membership was never a guarantee over the non members. Not worth the money or hassle.

Shady business. DonΓÇÖt sign up for a membership or training unless you read the fine print. They sucker you into a contract which you cannot cancel without paying till the end of your ΓÇ£agreedΓÇ¥ contract. Just a bunch of money hungry scammers trying to take money from you. Would give zero stars if I could.

If I could leave a zero star review I would. Dont ever sign up for a membership or training if you decide you donΓÇÖt like it you canΓÇÖt cancel at anytime you have to buy out the rest of your term. My Friend warned me about them scamming people he got scammed buying a gun. Just donΓÇÖt do business here they donΓÇÖt care about your happiness just how much money they can get out of you and how quickly they know good and well no one reads the contracts all the way through and none of this was disclosed verbally. They are as bad as the time share industry donΓÇÖt care about the consumer just the money. They donΓÇÖt care that they have an unhappy customer now and some on that has to go to these training events that they donΓÇÖt want to pay for or be at just the money they donΓÇÖt care about the bad Google review they know theyΓÇÖll sign up some more suckers that wonΓÇÖt look at the fine print. Hope they have the day they deserve!

Stopped by to checkout Midwest Shooting Center with my teenage son. I was really impressed with their facility and experience overall. All the employees took the time to talk and teach my son from different perspectives while putting an emphasis on gun safety. Both the store and range were incredibly clean and well organized. They have an extensive selection of firearms as well as their gun range and classes making it our go-to range from now on. All of the staff went above and beyond to help and teach making it a very pleasant experiene. Even the manager came out to teach my son on the range and give her expertise. I couldn't have been happier with our trip.

Unprofessional and Disrespectful I had a horrible experience with Midwest Shooting Range. The manager displayed extremely unprofessional behavior by using my personal information from their system to call me on a Sunday evening. She informed me that I was no longer welcome at their store because I canceled a gun purchase. When I calmly acknowledged her decision, she shockingly threatened to call the ATF on me. This level of conduct is completely unacceptable for any business, let alone one handling such sensitive matters. I would not recommend this store to anyone seeking professional and respectful service.

They will claim your contract is through the Lima location even if you signed up in Sylvania, and say they can't help you. Lima does not answer the phone or email and has a full voicemail all the time. Scammy af

THIS REVIEW HAS BEEN EDITED AFTER MEETING WITH STAFF, WHO ADDRESSED MY ISSUES. As I stated before, I really like their classroom lectures and the staff in the sales and rental counters are helpful in educating you about the pros and cons of the variety of handguns available for purchase. As a novice in shooting, I had a negative experience with respect to the teaching style of one of their trainers, which I expressed in my prior review. I was contacted by the owner, who spent a lot of time with me to assess my deficiencies and match me with a trainer more patient with my lack of skills. Despite some initial glitches in getting back on track, I was finally able to have my new training session today and it was superb. I want to particularly express my appreciation to Brittney and Kolin who took the time to understand my concerns and frustrations and were able to get me back in training. Despite the rough start and my initial aggravation, the owner and training manager are there to help and they do care about your experience at the facility, and you don't often see such personal attention in businesses these days.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They advertise their membership like it's planet fitness. They even told me I could cancel after the promotion LIES you have to buy out your membership. Which is completely bs! I have a gift card for this place and I'm just going to cut it up screw giving you thieves any money.
