Mission 160 Range

Great range to practice not too far north of D/FW with scheduling ability so that you know there will be a spot for you to practice when you arrive. Nice to see lots of pistol shooters working on drills and practice for competition. Range hosts IDPA and USPSA matches along with some other great features for members. Happy to be a member and look forward to each and every trip!

M160 is an awesome range. Once you are a member, you can reserve a bay using an app on a smart phone. Some bays already have steel plates or steel targets. You can also build your own stages. There are targets sticks and target stands at each bay. Each bay has table and chairs and shades. There is also a PRO shop at the location. Not far from McKinney or Frisco. Highly recommended.

Mission 160 is a great member oriented range and I would go back in a heartbeat. Lemme break down what I liked and disliked. The bays are clean well taken care of and the selection of steel is pretty great. Good steel isn't cheap and this was quality stuff. The shop is very nice however what I didn't like about that is the lack of snacks and drinks. The one energy drink available wasn't by any means bad but if you are gonna be out all day it would be nice to have more choices. Not a fan of how they set up payment for items I don't want to hunt someone down to buy a coke or some ammo that's a bit much I think. Great ammo selection and the prices were very fair for what you are getting sub sonic and super sonic ammo is available. The road coming into the property needs some work on the large rocks, holes and ledges are not something you can easily take a car over without concern. Last thing it's a members only range no day passes you have to purchase a membership to go regularly outside of matches and classes.

If you are in the McKinney or any N/E DFW area ... THIS is your range. Pistols, Shotguns, AND Rifles now - all the way up to .308. Best range I've been to yet.

This is the best gun range for actual practice, training, and competition action pistol/carbine sports. They have dedicated a ton of time and effort into having a lot of equipment to allow extremely dynamic real-world practice. You won't find a better group of people who run it either. Very humble instructive staff devoid of the "bravado" you find at other places. I can't recommend it enough!

This is my home practice range as a competitive shooter. They have props, are open 8am- dark, have a great staff and proshop, continue to improve the range, bring in great training, and many other things. Love M160!!

Best range I have ever been a member at. Kevin and the crew do an excellent job managing every aspect of the experience. Kudos to all there! For folks wanting to practice or perform competitive sports shooting, or simply work on basic firearms skills, you can't go wrong there. Highly recommend Mission 160!

Great place for shooting! It's out in the open, convenient parking right next to where you're going to shoot, you don't have to pickup your shells, & video cameras for safety. Definitely better than a range.

Nice facility, closer than ETTS and not as busy. Membership only though, so you can't just go for the day and shoot. But membership pricing is fairly affordable. No rifles, no 5.7mm according to their rules. Handgun calibers and shotguns only. I liked it but those restrictions would likely keep me from buying a formal membership.

Great range and great staff, they are very BIG on safety and that means a lot, plus they have many bays that are all equipped, and will answer any questions you may have.

Awesome range to train on. They are big on safety which is great. No need to bring targets because they have steel targets up and ready to go. Make sure to come check out Mission 160 range itΓÇÖs worth it.

The best shooting range for training and sanctioned matches bar none. It is improving daily with amenities, conveniences,trainers of a pro caliber and soon indoor restrooms. Reservations required. Membership suggested.

Range is an awesome place and is one of the most well set up outdoor ranges in the DFW. It's a private range so memberships are required. I met the owner Kevin, and he's very welcoming and explains things really well. You can set up your own paper targets here, use the metal targets they have and you reserve a bay ahead of time. They also offer a lot of classes and I hope to take some sometime.

Very well structured with safety in mind. Great way to spend time with my family. Highly recommend signing up for a membership, the ability to purchase ammo is worth it alone.

GREAT range!! Steel targets are ready in the lane fornyoubwhen you arrive. Perfect range for practicing by yourself and also uber kid friendly as there isnt someone else shooting 2 feet away from you. I'll never go to another range, Mission 160 is it!
