I love this range, I recently purchased my 1st firearm ever from here and I love it, the reason I’m giving y’all 3 stars is because of your pricing. I’ve been given a promo code to use to register for LTC classes and when I try to use the code it says it’s invalid! And another issue is that I was there to shoot a couple days after I purchased my gun and I was charged 37 dollars! I was there for less than an hour and got 2 targets. Based on your website it’s 25 dollars an hour so yeah i think I was charged a bit more than I was expecting I guess. Other than this i got nothing else but love for this place, clean, professional, safe. Thank you 🙏🏻 huge shoutout to Nate for helping me finding my first pistol!

I like the rifle range. Clean friendly staff. I donΓÇÖt like that on the pistol range on my last visit, I was placed in a bay 2 feet from another shooter running full auto on a non suppressed rifle with a break. When there were other bays farther down the line that were assignable.

Great range! We were a walk-in to zero out a rifle on one of their 100 yard lanes. The wait was a little long, but nothing egregious. The place was clean and the pro shop was well stocked. Safety officer present at all times. We will be returning and possibly joining.

Clean range with plenty of lanes. Nice retail section with ability to feel some guns. Plenty of selection. The archery section looked fun too. Our cashier checking us in was very friendly and gave good advice on what to purchase. Review is low because we got a 2 minute warning which was a little sooner than I had on my timer and then we finished up our last round and there was plenty of open lanes around us and then by the time we checked out after chatting and washing up the cashier said we went overtime and charged us a whole new hour. Regardless of the overtime call being correct or not (it wasnΓÇÖt), just offer us the lane back instead of continuing to ring us up like we are going to leave while having 50+ mins on a reservation. It isnΓÇÖt a late fee - itΓÇÖs just a new hour. Fortunately we resolved the overtime charge and left so we appreciate them reviewing it. Would recommend the range to others

We visited the archery range here to try out our daughterΓÇÖs new bow she received from her grandpa for Christmas. WeΓÇÖre new to archery and the young lady at the pro shop was INCREDIBLY helpful, kind and patient with us despite our lack of knowledge and experience. The whole team was friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in the door. WeΓÇÖll definitely be back!

Having visited over 40 ranges and been shooting for more than 25 years, I can confidently say this is the worst range I've ever encountered. The staff are condescending and treat you like a beginner, even though many of them weren't even born when I started shooting. Extremely disappointing experience.IΓÇÖve had better experiences in blue states than this.

We had an excellent experience! 5 Star visit: Our group tonight consisted of 13 members from the DFW Veterans Chamber. We gathered for some in-person networking, followed by a shooting session. It was my first time shooting at this location, and it was absolutely beautiful. The staff was friendly, attentive, and very helpful. Anyone who visits here is sure to be impressed. Everyone worked well together, and we had a fantastic experience. WeΓÇÖre already looking forward to our next visit!

Amazing range! As soon as you walk in you are greeted and taken care of. Amazing ammo selection at a great price. Rentals are available for a good price as well. The range lanes have a digital display to change yardage also they have scenario modes on there where you can use to kinda simulate situations.

I live in East Dallas and I don't mind the drive Went there for LTC class couple of weeks ago those guys are awesome, very nice, very respectful they know there stuff they answer all your questions to train, you, right the places huge, clean awesome toys, all the way around nice staff that knows their stuff! I recommend anyone that wants their LTC and shot to come here.

I signed up for an LTC class with Mike and Terry and it was very informative and I left feeling more empowered. I needed some additional training using my firearm and booked a one on one session with Terry and it was amazing. HeΓÇÖs very knowledgeable and encouraging and never made me feel like a loser for missing all my targets! I will definitely be back and even considering a membership. Book a session with Mike or Terry highly recommended. Pew pew

Really? One hour and "time is up"? No exception, even with all other lanes open except two and no customers waiting in the lobby? Nah, hard pass. I'll go to the other ranges where you get your money's worth.

Everyone there is very friendly and they're shooting ranges amazing they also have an archery range and they have an active shooter range so it's it's pretty amazing Place unfortunately their selection of handguns is somewhat Limited in what you see on display they may not have for sale I would say other than that it's definitely worth the drive to check it out

Third time IΓÇÖve walked into this place. For the inexperienced it may be fine but for those of us whoΓÇÖve had careers based on carrying firearms the staff and rules fall on the overbearing side or rude and stifling would be more accurate. If you are a beginner and you have no reference point of how you should be treated IΓÇÖm sure it looks like a great place.

I followed up with a friend about the Veterans Range Day, and overall, it went smoothly. The instructions were clear, and everything at the range was well-organized. We had been informed that veterans wouldnΓÇÖt be charged for the day, but when we checked out, our balance came to over $40. It seems they overlooked applying the veterans discount, even though itΓÇÖs a wonderful program intended for veterans and their families. While I appreciate the opportunity, the oversight left me feeling a bit disrespected.

Mission Ridge Gun Range in Plano is one of those standout places that truly impresses, not just with its world-class setup but also with a level of service that caters to all skill levels. On a recent visit, I brought my two teenagers along for a first-time experience with firearms beyond BB guns and a .22. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome. Nick McBurnett, the manager on duty, personally greeted us and gave a thorough tour of their facility, setting the stage for an incredible session. I mentioned to Nick that my kids were new to handling larger calibers, and he matched us with Patrick Budjenska, an instructor who knew exactly how to build their confidence. Patrick started us in their simulator room, which was a great introduction for my kids, using Glock 17 replicas to focus on grip and stance. A few quick pointers from Patrick, and their accuracy improved noticeably. After building some confidence, we moved to the range, starting with a Glock 44 (.22 caliber) from their rental selection. The kids were immediately hooked, and after a box of ammo, Patrick suggested leveling up to a 9mm. Seeing my daughterΓÇÖs reaction to the extra kick was priceless, and I was blown away by how much she and my son had progressed. We ended up spending three hours there, which flew by thanks to PatrickΓÇÖs hands-on, knowledgeable approach. His coaching style was engaging and patient, and I even picked up some new insights myself. This wasnΓÇÖt just a visitΓÇöit was a full, immersive experience that you donΓÇÖt find at every range. The entire team exemplifies professionalism, and they go out of their way to make every customer feel comfortable and valued. I sighted my crossbow in at their range. I expected it to be slammed 2 days prior to archery opening day and it wasn't. I got there as soon as it opened and got help sighting the crossbow in. 45 mins and $17 later I am putting 5 bolts with in an inch circle at 20 yards!!! I would definitely go again AND recommend to others!!!
