Q: Are there steel targets to shoot
A: Yes
- Irvin Saylor (2 years ago)
Q: when can I visit
A: Never. It isn't open to the public, which is utterly asinine. It's a big ego trip for the owners to make people who just want to shoot jump through hoops. As if anyone wants to attend meetings just to get access to a range.

Pro's: indoor 24/7 pistol range Cons: you cannot shoot outside unless there is a range officer there. CAN. NOT. So, if it's cold out, it's basically a weekends only or 11-1pm a few times a week. You must check the website calendar before u go, and confirm someone's gonna be there. Apparently years ago someone shot over the berm and hit the farmers stuff, and it was this rule, or shut the club down. It's a great little club but my lord it's strict. Even removing a rifle from a bag and placing it on the bench can set off some guys. Sign in books, range flags, chamber flags, safety safety. You have to shoot a gun and show you can shoot it and be safe before u get a membership. No rapid fire or quick shooting of rifles at all. The benches are annoying for a rear bag use, the cuts are not really for tactical rifle bagged use. There are a ton of steel poppers in the outdoor pistol range and lots of fun. Rifle has a 100yd popper, they usually have it up. U can shoot 25/50/100/200 on rifle. 200yd is harder to hang targets. They do provide cardboard at all ranges! That is super nice. Sandbags galore. You get a key card to enter all doorways as well. Become a range officer, do a few hours a month = shoot whenever u want. That's the trick! Participate and unlock the true greatness of this range. I don't hate it. I hate that some bozos ruined it years ago! I was told it used to be great fun there!

This place is awesome! Inexpensive for the whole family to join and there's no crazy two year waiting lists. Even has a 24/7 indoor pistol and archery range as well as some great and upcoming outdoor facilities & events. Even some super programs for children. You get a lot for how little it costs!!!

ItΓÇÖs a joke, run by good old boys stuck in the past. They say you can use the facility most of the time, IF a safety officer is present. Unfortunately they are part time limiting when you can shoot. Cheap dues, but you get what you pay for LITTLE!!!

Good club. 24-hour controlled access to indoor ranges; 10 meter air gun, 25 yard pistol (or rifle), archery. Limited hours for outdoor ranges (only with range officer present), but that's because some morons who shouldn't be allowed to touch weapons can't be trusted unsupervised. Security cameras in indoor ranges to keep things safe. It only takes one or two idiots to spoil it for everyone else. Limited outdoor range hours because the range officers (and everyone else associate with the club) are volunteers who have their own lives to live.

Showed up for new member Orientation that was scheduled and posted on their websites calender. Nobody showed up so I called the number posted on the front door. I spoke with a member and they informed me that their calender was incirrect and I would have to wait until next months club meeting to start ths process. I also noticed the range was closed despite being normal range hours. The member informed me that the range is only open if a range officer signs up to be present, he said check the calander....I heard enough, plus the range is in poor condition.
