Outstanding facility and staff. I will return. BUT, I spent less than 1 hour on the range yet had to pay the all-day rate. Would very much like to see a lower hourly rate for those like me that put only 50 rounds down range 2 or 3 times a year just to ensure we remember how to shoot and to see if we can still hit the target.

Went in yesterday morning to pick up my first gun I had ordered online. They made the process really easy and taught me about the aftercare of my gun. Everybody was very professional and welcoming and I could not recommend this place enough for anyone looking to purchase a firearm for the first time. We make it a point to stay on top of our skills by going to the range as often as we can. I recommend Nardis as a membership and even as a passing thru spot to brush up on your skills. Nardis has everything you need to keep your weapon knowledge and muscle memory strong. This indoor range is perfectly operated and very safe. They can accommodate any firearm (Handgun, Rifle, Shotgun) that you might bring and they offer a great selection of in-house loaners, if you don't have your own. Kudos to Nardis and their staff at the Rolling Oaks location. We came through just this morning (December 2024) and we will be back.

great indoor range. the staff is always helpful and knowledgeable with any questions i ask. if one of them doesn't know the best answer to my question, they'll refer to one of the several knowledgeable folks in house to find it, they won't just pitch you a random answer to get you to move on. shooting with air conditioning is always nice. always. obviously its a little louder inside because its inside, but you shouldn't skimp on decent hearing protection anyways so thats not a huge thing. the gun shop has competitive prices. no layaway tho so if you're poor like me you have to bring the whole bag or not. Great range tho and the cost of membership is cheaper then a monthly cell phone bill and comes with all sorts of benefits including discounts on FFL transfers, ammo, etc. I plan on being a member here for the duration of my time in San Antonio.

I’m a current member here and frequent this facility and I absolutely love the team! They’re the best in the business. Very knowledgeable, very helpful, always going above and beyond. Customer service is top notch!!! I’ve purchased merchandise, firearms, ammunition, and now I’m going through the NFA transfer for my suppressor. These guys are the real deal… Their positive demeanors, superior communication, professionalism, and expertise set them aside from their competition and deliver a genuine exceptional customer experience and I can’t thank them enough!!!
