Bought my first AR-15, they made me feel at home and we extremely kind and knowledgeable. Never once did they make me feel dumb walked me through the whole process and even set up my rifle! Definitely would recommend if you are in search of quality customer service.

Visited from the UK. Great experience and communication prior to arriving. Chris was fantastic to deal with, very knowledgeable about the various weapons and happy to give guidance when choosing which gun to go with. Highly recommend.

Our instructor was very professional and knowledgeable about firearms. He is very good at explaining the proper way and proper safety on handling a firearm. My wife had never held a firearm before. When we left she was very comfortable. We plan on returning till both her and I are proficient with a firearm. We had a great intro class. Thanks to instructor Joe Hernandez .

GM on duty was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Only downfall was one salesperson with long hair very impersonal. DidnΓÇÖt really feel like he cared if he sold us something. Probably would have left uninterested if FM would not have stepped in. After that every aspect of the place was five star. Very family friendly.

Shoot here all the time, been my go to place for awhile now. Recently dropped a revolver off to be cleaned professionally and was pretty disappointed. A big piece of someone's glove was ripped off and left behind stuck in between the frame and side plate, the screw on my cylinder release is loose enough to move with a fingernail, and my perfectly timed gun came back with 3 cylinders out of time... now I have to take it somewhere else to get fixed. And yes, I checked the timing before I dropped it off i check it before and after every range day and I've literally never had any problems before. I didn't even shoot that gun that day i just dropped it off for cleaning. I really loved shooting there too so I'm super bummed I trusted these guys for awhile but I can't go back after that. A routine cleaning and now I don't feel safe carrying this gun anymore, god knows what happened inside that I CAN'T see. Edit... owner my gun will literally never be handled by one of your "gunsmiths" ever again. If you would like to talk about what went wrong man to man that'd be appreciated. Regardless customer lost for good and i recommend everyone else steer clear as well.

I took an intro to handguns class here with Joe and it was great. HeΓÇÖs made the whole process really interesting and approachable. I think anyone would be comfortable learning in this environment. The range safety guy was really great too

First time ordering a firearm item online…picked Nardis as the FFL. Such a bad move on my part. They charged me $281.45 to transfer a suppressor. That didn’t include the $205 I paid for the tax stamp. Other gun stores said FFLs are not supposed to be charging tax on FFL transfers. But nardis does. Also had I done just a little bit of homework I would have learned that The Range in Austin only charges $75 for a suppressor transfer vs Nardis $281.45. The Range also along with every other gun store that has a silencer kiosk doesn’t charge you to use their kiosk for fingerprint scans…Nardis charges you an extra $40. And $25 per month that your item sits in their store…they say they offer a $100 off the transfer if you become a member…but their cheapest membership is $40/mo…with a “one time” activation fee of $150…which makes the whole member discount a waste…and it has to be on a yearlong mandatory contract. And then that contract has an extra fee of $100 if you need to cancel before years end. This store is stupid petty with their add on fees. They already over charge on everything. It felt like a slime used car dealership….but way worse. At least there they offer water and snacks lol. This shop is shady as hell. I definitely got played. Its location even looks like a strip club..because it was a strip club. People probably lose more money now with Nardis then when it was a strip club. Save yourself the time…and definitely your money…and go anywhere else. No lie. Never want to go back (but I have to once the transfer process finally completes)…which nardis says could take 6 months to a year…again other stores said it doesn’t take that long… just another way for Nardis to stack their fees by saddling you with “storage fees”and bleed you dry. Super p*ssed at myself…DO NOT GO TO NARDIS unless you want to be suckered..bunch of Snakes. Response to Owner: Yea if you sent it back to sender that'd be sweet so I can pick a different place. What you call exageration...I call stated facts that I did see inside and on your website. I'm just repeating what is stated my man. No dramatizing here...but when it's all laid out for you...I am glad to see that you see that all those fees do look dramatic lolol. And you can't charge me a Kiosk Fee. I never used your Kiosk. I registered and finger printed at The Range in Austin. It's in my review. And your store rep knows that...and The Range in Austin knows that. And if you refund the return shipping to, I'll remove this post. Because I'm sure your going to stick me with the most expensive shipping rates. It's all about the fees!!!! lolol
