Very welcoming employees in the front of the store. New to guns in general and the employees were kind enough to be patient and understanding. Would recommend this store to people new to guns!

Had a lot of help with a broken part on a B&T TP9, they ordered the space magic part and had it fixed and working within a week. Customer service there has been great over the years, I've called before asking for help on ordering things and they've always been great to me. Definitely going to keep coming back. Mr. NFA was like a third father to me.

I hated my experience at national range and armory because of how my friend was treated by one of the employees. She was treated like she had never held a gun in her life and the employee yelled at her. I am never going to national range and armory ever again

I've been here many of times over the years and always pretty happy. But over the last year customer service has declined rapidly. I've had a few bad experiences lately. Being told one price from the gunsmith then when I went to pick it up it was almost twice as much, when I simply questioned the price I got laughed at and said I don't have to pick it up today. A separate occasion a friend was picking up his suppressor and 2 younger employees were making jokes that it was a dildo and sitting on it.. and then when my friend asked about a 1600$ revolver they were very rude trying to like bully him into buying it. The cherry on top was those 2 Employees were dry firing it while pointing it at each other and my friend.. Very very unprofessional to point a gun at someone in a gun store. I was in one other time after that and told the range master and another employee that situation and they just laughed at me. I mean the store has cameras they should go back and watch how there employees treat customers.

I canΓÇÖt say enough good things about this Gun shop! Since 2017 IΓÇÖve been coming here. The folks here are amazing and extremely knowledgeable on anything youΓÇÖre looking for! TheyΓÇÖve helped me countless times from holsters, pistols, scopes, rifles, ammo, to anything I could throw at them. This is my favorite and only shop in Central Pa that IΓÇÖll ever go to! Oh, and donΓÇÖt get me started on their customization shop from Thomas!!! Whoa! They also have an indoor range and events every month. Also, Mike and the staff are amazing, canΓÇÖt say enough great things about them. They literally saved me when I was at my lowest moving here! Great shop! Check them out! Ask questions and donΓÇÖt be intimidated! Last thing, ask for Jack if you need a custom holster! Totally worth it! ThatΓÇÖs it!

Prices a little steep but staff were professional, although the dbag on the phone was short and kurt, I won't hold it against him as the majority of my experience this 3rd time was just as good as my 1st time. I give it a few more visits before I make my final decision on 3 or 5 stars. Maybe I need to bring that guy some coffee or something... Idk.. But the RSO was awesomesauce.

Excellent service and great customer service. They never hesitate to answer any question you have. Great people and they love to joke around. 100% recommend going here to shoot and purchase firearms. IΓÇÖve personally purchased 2 firearms from them and the process is really quick and simple. Great for first timers as well.

Delt with another store, was told 30+ years in the business. Got my rifle back with the flash/comp 180deg off time and others. Took it here and they fixed it all and then some, great place will be back again

I took their Handgun 1 Training class on January 21st and it was very good. My only previous firearm usage was rifle deer hunting 25+ years ago. Kait did a great job leading the class and making it fun. All the instructors were knowledgeable and patient. Well worth the $60 cost! (includes rental pistol fee if you don't have your own. Ammo was a separate charge of $17 for a box of 50 rounds)
