Nebraska Shooters

Wow, what a wonderful group of caring, knowledgeable professionals! I took the First Shots class, as someone who had never held a firearm before. I wanted the training to simply not be afraid of firearms anymore. What I left with was the knowledge and confidence to safely understand and potentially use a firearm. The class was small and I had all the one-on-one instruction I needed. The instructors were infinitely patient and kind and I had so much fun! Highly recommend!!

IΓÇÖve been going here for a bit now, thanks to my brother in law. IΓÇÖve attended a couple classes and gotten involved in the cowboy action shooting matches here. Justin and Dorothy are two of the nicest, most well informed people youΓÇÖll ever meet. If you have any questions about anything, theyΓÇÖre more than happy to answer your questions. 10/10 I highly recommend Nebraska Shooters.

Justin and Dorothy & Team are the best!! They are extremely focused on safety and training over just pushing you through the process to get your CCW. The instruction was thorough and they are very patient when someone has a question. You WILL be a better shooter and a safer gun owner after taking a class here. My daughter had never shot a gun before but wanted to look into concealed carry as a way to protect herself in an ever increasingly dangerous world. She was very nervous about guns but the Team at Nebraska Shooters were patient and so very kind to her. They taught her how to shoot and she passed her shooting test with flying colors!! Now she can't wait to go back and shoot again. They are very friendly but maintain a very high level of safety. No matter if you are new to shooting or a long time shooter, you WILL learn something new and be a better shooter after training at Nebraska Shooters!!

I've been to two courses at their facilities. Great staff and classmates, terrific facilities, courses you just can't find elsewhere, I'm planning on returning for more courses this spring.

Training in their class was an amazing experience. To my surprise it was as entertaining as it was informative. Justin managed to keep the learning fun and informative. Safety was a clear priority, as well as making everyone feel welcome and making sure every single person was properly taught. I would recommend training with them if youΓÇÖre looking some of the best training with the most friendly teachers.

Great place to go and great people there. I attended Thunder on the Prairie 2023 event at Nebraska Shooters. I drove up from Texas to attend this event and the facilities were great. I plan on returning for the next event. It is family friendly and run by awesome people. They have training classes, host events, and have fun shoots on Fridays.

I attended their NRA Rifle Instructor course, last weekend. It was amazing! I drove down from Minnesota and would do it again. What a great experience! Thank you to Justin, Dorothy, and Jerry. You all were very knowledgeable and helpful. Hope to see you again soon.

Went here for CCW, Justin and his team do a excellent job on the class. They are very knowledgeable and do a great job sharing that knowledge. It is a very safe and helpful group. They make you feel at ease and you will leave knowing the information taught because they spend the time to make sure. I am looking forward to doing more training here and would recommend them to anyone.

Took the NRA Defensive pistol class. GREAT CLASS. Learned so much. Made me feel much more confident in handling a handgun in defensive situations. Recommend it to anyone including beginners who have taken a beginner course. They did a GREAT job helping us feel comfortable amongst more experienced individuals.

The class is awesome, the instructors knowledgeable, and the people are fantastic. I would recommend this class to any beginner or even advanced students in proper gun safety and concealed carry.

Justin and his team are passionate and competent instructors, no matter what type of course you are taking. They offer a wide variety of educational opportunities for shooters at any level for very reasonable prices. They also offer courses with well-renowned instructors from around the nation to help develop and sharpen your skills for many applications. The also offer nice, clean facilities both in the classroom and the range. It goes without saying, but education and safety are by far the top priorities at Nebraska Shooters. I would recommend them to anyone.

Highly recommend taking a class from Justin. He offers a wealth of knowledge and information while keeping class interesting and entertaining. 100% you will come out of class knowing more than you did going in and with a different outlook on firearms and safety.

Took this course with a Co-worker and my wife. It was great fun and something different to do on a weekend. My wife isn't very experienced with firearms, but it wasn't intimidating for her. Even she liked it a lot or loves me enough to lie about it. I wish I had taken the Minnesota addon section.

Took the CCW course. Justin was extremely knowledgeable. The class covered a lot of important information. Legal aspects were especially well taught and made easy to understand. On the range Justin quickly diagnosed problems I was having and gave very clear and easy to implement recommendations to improve my shooting. If it were possible I would give higher than a 5 star rating.

Friendly and Knowledgeable! I drove almost 3 hours to arrive at Nebraska Shooters for their classes and I am glad I did! Highly Recommended! (I am an Active Duty soldier).

Amazing experience... engaging and well taught conceal carry class! I would highly recommend this team to anyone- the material was well presented and I was instantly at ease. There was humor and patience for those of us that were new to world of guns and I appreciate how well everything was presented. Thank you Justin & Dorthy, I look forward to my next class!

Took NE CHP class. Justin was great and IΓÇÖm excited to move forward into instructor training. He made everyone in class fell comfortable and was full of great knowledge. CanΓÇÖt recommend him enough. Disclosure I actually took the class at BigShots. It was a great facility and all of the staff was knowledgeable and made me feel like a welcome friend. This was a top notch experience.

Everyone very safety conscious and quite knowledgeable. Only working to make students aware of facts and safe efficient handling of weapons. Have recommended to friends.

We took the Nebraska CCW and non-resident CCW with Justin this past Saturday. It was an all day course, and so informational. I, who has never been around guns really, especially not hundguns, learned so much, and my husband who grew up around guns said he learned some stuff too. It was an amazing class with an amazing team of instructors who were able to pay attention to each students need during the shooting qualify, and make sure we were able to pass. They were so caring and typical small town Nebraska nice people, Justin even lent me his belt because I forgot to wear one. You can tell these people are passionate about what they do, and I never got bored in the classroom, it was fun and exciting. I will definitely be recommending this group to friends interested in a CCW.
