We had a wonderful experience at NGGC all of the staff wrre friendly and knowledgable and our instructor Christian was excellent , we were visiting from the UK and I had never used a firearm before so was a little nervous. Christian gave very clear instruction before we entered the range which put me at ease and I was surprised at how quickly I felt comfortable firing the gun. My partner thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you everyone for your professionalism and for making us feel welcome. Kathy and Cliff.

Incredibly supportive and knowledgeable staff. Everyone that works at NGGC has always gone above and beyond with their customer service towards me, even spending lots of time discussing my concerns about my builds. I feel comfortable at this range and will continue to bring my business here.

Our CCW instructor took us to Neutral Ground for shooting and safety training over a year ago. The wife and I felt immediately comfortable with the staff and range facilities that we became members. We have used the range many times. Saved money and time as members. Recently we purchased a SIG 365XL for my wife through the store. Trading in her PPK, we received a very fair price and applied it towards the 365XL. The new gun arrived in 4 days. The day we picked it up we asked the Range Master to verify the accuracy of the weapon which he did. Weapon was spot on and his experience and knowledge improved our experience as well. Highly recommend this shooting range.

I had an AWESOME experience at this place from beginning to the end. Jerald was my instructor and absolutely amazing! He was patient with me for my first time and answered every question that I had without me feeling like I was asking too many questions. I am BIG on customer service and they EXCEEDED my expectations!! Christian assisted me when I first picked up my gun and he was patient and inviting as well. Sam is the nice man with the beautiful eyes who will give you a big smile. I appreciate the overall experience! There are truly not enough stars that I can give this place. We are family now because they will be seeing more of me! Can’t wait to visit again! 10 STARS✨ -Spicy❤️

Really nice range and welcoming shop and friendly staff. Was in the New Orleans area follow TFB on YouTube so thought IΓÇÖd check out the range and shop. Glad I did. Nice inventory and always fun to talk guns with fellow 2A folks. As I was fixing to head out Sam recommended Rocky and CarlosΓÇÖs for good food. He was spot on!! I took his advice and got the Roast Beef ΓÇ£DressedΓÇ¥. Awesome Po Boy and soooo messy. Think I used about a million napkins! Sorry, I digress. I highly recommend Neutral Ground Gun Company for a place to shoot and also a source for all your 2A needs!!

Awesome experience. Customer service was excellent. It was my first time and they made the process easy. I learnt the fundamental of handling a gun and that was a plus for me. I have learnt so much in such short space.

I had a great time at this range doing a Thunder Ranch defensive pistol class. Sam and the staff were super nice and helpful, and the co-owner James is always a pleasure to speak with. I highly recommend you give them a try!

This company under the old name stole $367 from me and because they changed the name they told me that I was just screwed out of the money and that if I wanted to shoot at the range I will have to pay another whole membership. I just thank God I paid the veterans rate as opposed to the $600 that I would have paid if I wasn't a veteran either way shame on them. I will never enter that range again and just changing the name to screw people out of their memberships is just wrong.

Excellent staff with top-tier expertise. Everyone was professional and helpful, far beyond what I expected. Cannot thank them enough! Ammo here is cheaper than most ranges - so if you're planning on trying out a rental to get experience shooting or trial a new type of handgun, this might be the place to do it without setting money on fire. Their rental options are also significantly more modern and well-maintained than certain other locations. They also operate a small gun store that sells mostly handguns - a reasonable selection and priced very competitively. The range itself has it's ventilation modernized, the stalls are appropriately protected and the equipment works. You're not likely to inhale excess lead or catch too much spalling here. 5/5 would visit again.
