I purchased the gun well I thought it was a new gun from John. The gun was nowhere near a new gun. It was a used gun. It was a gun that was used by his employee for months. A coat employee told me flat out. It belonged to one of the employees that this gun was not a new gun by any means When the Use gonna arrive to me as soon as I opened up the case, it was clear as day that this gun was used beyond belief. It was nowhere near a new gun that has he claimed. It was a used gun as I stated it was his employees gun. That he was trying to sell for the employee as a new gun John is a thief petty thief. He’s not to be trusted, especially on site unseen. I took his word for it that it was a new gun. It was not. PS he indicated that I took the gun apart I don’t have the tools to take a gun apart The guy is a chronic liar low budget do not do business with him you will reg He stole $440 from me!!! Look at the barrel trout it was 4 inches short and he claims it was a new gun SMH 🤦‍♂️ John is a low budget thief. Do not do business with this guy go anywhere else with him Not to mention, he’s not even a RTI Mora Registered That tells you alone that it was his employees gone Gun and try to point it off to me as a new gun. The crime arrived with scratches on it a short Trout by 4 inches no instructions. The gun comes with a silencer, I did not receive that as well The case that it came in was filthy used and dirty Then he stole $440 from me !! I tried to talk it out with him on the phone and all he did was hang the phone up on me An employee he told them to hang the phone up The guy is a low budget thief stole $440 John FYI, I’m going to report you to the Better Business Bureau Monday Thank you, your thief

I was looking at getting my 1st PCP, but the one I had my heart set on was on pre-order everywhere. New England Airgun had a used one, but I was skeptical as the price looked too good to be true. I emailed back and forth with John, who answered all of my questions. The PCP was in better shape than explained, basically like new. Everything works great, shipping was cheap, and customer service was top-notch.

First, I would like to explain what happened dealing with John the owner of this company John sold me a used put together low budget mora RTI Air Gun site unseen. I trusted his word and purchased a gun for $2200. He sends me the gun the gun was used and abused the case for the gun was dirty. Disgusting and didnΓÇÖt have any of the extra parts. It didnΓÇÖt have instructions for the gun the gun A suppressor from the factory, this guy did not have a suppress The gun has scratches all over it And the biggest Was the trout that covers the Was 4 inches short I complain about the guns demeanor Returned the gun To him, he takes $440 from me Because I didnΓÇÖt want to use gun The guy is not even a authorized RTI Mora dealer he sold me the gun illegal Because he canΓÇÖt get her get rid of the gun When people look at it at the shop because The gun was clearly used. It is not a new gun. He stole $440 from me What a low budget cloud show He is. When I was calling him to discuss this issue The clown show continue he would just hang up the phone on me It took him weeks to refund me my money, 440 Short This company is very deceitful The guns are used He claims their new guns, but they are not And any stretch of the imagination Essentially, he just stole $440 for me I will post a picture below very unprofessional Very low budget I would never ever buy from them again and IΓÇÖll suggest you donΓÇÖt either go anywhere else youΓÇÖre experience Will be much better trust me when I tell you. I never made trip to store. after numerous attempts to get range info, I reached out on Facebook messenger only to get John who was rude and annoyed at me for asking simple questions l8ke are you in business, how much do you charge for range use,do you provide air(pcp) because he was at Shot show and his response is "im not in Facebook" "I am in business" and "call store" "I'm in nevada" "kinda busy". I started researching him online and found that this was not a reputable business. I only use Pyramydair.com and I'm setting up a range in my yard now,not going to pay for drama. Definitely not joining any league in area as they all have horrible reviews. As for john saying "I'm not in Facebook" shortly after he is on Facebook trying to push sales on custom products. After hearing how he has treated people who went to him, I will not be buying a m4 impact from him, it just all very shady and he obviously has a temper / attitude just by reading his reveiw responses. I expect a lot more from a small busses to keep the customers happy in a age where you can just go to Pyramydair.com and get everything you need plus AWESOME customer service. So do some research before you commit.

Sold me a used gun and said it was ΓÇ£testedΓÇ¥ when I actually ordered a new gun. Showed signs of significant use and then when I asked him about it, he sort of talked me down like I didnΓÇÖt know what I was doing or that I shouldnΓÇÖt be surprised that itΓÇÖs used. Then he charged me $50 to send it back. There were nicks on the stock, the action on the receiver showed significant signs of use, there was a little bit of rust on the barrel, and the Foster fitting showed significant signs of use as well. Based upon what I found online, the seller does not have a good reputation. Horrible experience do not suggest buying from them.

1st time customer bought an omega air tank with hp3 valve waited 2 weeks came with a hole in the carbon fiber told them drove an hour i get there he says id use it i said really im not i paid 500 for a new tank they swapped it now this one you cannot control the air when charging a gun it goes from 0 to tank pressure quicker than you blink your eyes called told them drove another 2 hrs brought the tank his own co worker when he tried to fill a gun it went from 0 to 250 bar like it did to me he said that isn't supposed to happen i said now you understand john continued to tell me how great the valve is that thats the way it operates and then today i tried it again on a new gun instantly full tank pressure blows into the gun pop there goes an o ring that's it I'm done with this perfect hp3 valve call explain he don't want to hear nothing bad about his perfect valve that machine work isn't always perfect he knows everything ok so now i will take a refund on the 700mm fx barrel kit that you don't have in stock and that you cannot get and that you don't even have a delivery date to when you will get it yet you have the gall to charge a 20% restocking fee a 5% credit card charge back fee on a debit card and the same on a tank that you said you had in stock but didn't and i waited 2 weeks for and you fudged the date which I'm still within 30 days but in reality its been 1 week on the barrel and 1 week on the 2nd tank and people brag about this place because i get better service at McDonalds. illegal fees and tries to give me a gift card well maybe i will file suite if i do not get a refund!!! BUYERS BEWARE!! see ya in court snowflake and that tank with the hole in the carbon fiber that you sent and i called as soon as i opened the box yeah that one that was probably shot by a pellet at your shop and pawn it off on a customer better read the laws and get ready for an audit read mass gov laws i sent it to you again in denial illegal to charge back a credit card in the state of mass period and especially a debit card! 2) customer has 30 days to return an item for full refund unless damaged. only if past the 30 days you can charge a re stock fee if it's a stocking item. YOU don't even have the barrel in stock so where is the re stock fee? you also said you didn't stock them. the world doesn't revolve around you. the world according to GARP. you can drive to new Bedford 1-2 hrs.' for court the papers will be there in 30 days the date on receipts shows 10/23 well within 30 days. REFUSE TO GIVE MY MONEY BACK WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE AND TRY TO GIVE ME A GIFTCARD TO YOUR STORE LOL.. ok NOT... you owe 900 dollars snowflake. and you can also pay for my new air gun that your perfect defective hp3 valve dumped tank pressure directly into the gun again trying to fill my new air gun. that's also a safety issue when working with 300bar + no wonder why people say you have no clue and take forever to repair read the reviews! perfect never have a problem except the internet shows different with color pictures just for you! 2 were stuck shut and could not open after filling they broke the spindle trying to open great hp3 valve no error in machine work there perfect just like fast charging an air gun is ok too right heat the o rings and pop like they did today good advice bud. say hi to DOT when they get there. again BLAME THE CUSTOMER JOHN JUST REMEMBER WHEN YOU POINT YOUR FINGER YOU HAVE 3 POINTING BACK AT YOU! then again that's to complicated for you to understand i forgot. i will be there for going out of business liquidation sale i give it maybe a year with your attitude! oh and john you can throw the video tape bs as you do everyone that has an issue with your bogus air gun shop and if you edit it i have YOUR EMPLOYEE on my phone clear video showing him fill the gun and the valve dumped went from 0 to 250 bar in the blink of an eye and him clearly EHUM CLEARLY SAYING ITS NOT SUPPOSED TO DO THAT!!! Knowledgeable people. However, I was told to try it out and if I didnΓÇÖt like it to bring it back. The guy even told me a story about another customer who brought a gun back. When I tried the gun and decided I wanted something different, they refused to take it back. Really disappointing. I had heard they were sketchy from a couple of other people, now I know what they meant. The lesson only costed me $1,200. Ouch.

Diana chaser hit kits every time even with tin pellet at .22. Especially with a fresh co2. I wish they would separate the store and range and have the range be a members only thing that people can opt to sign up for and help maintain. And make 24/7 range or close to full time. Kids obv need parents around. But ya my tin of ammo went pretty fast for single loading. Optics made the rifle significantly fast to aim. Good money spent. Tiny targets, Kentucky windage, still hit. DidnΓÇÖt bother sighting. So tedious. WeΓÇÖll see when I dial it in.

Came here to buy my first airgun. John was incredible helpful, and got us all set up for using their range as well. Safety is taken seriously, but after a 30-45 minute range safety meeting, I was happily using my new airgun on their range. The shop is great, and John has a wealth of knowledge about airguns and shooting. Highly recommend to all.

I ordered an air rifle off E Bay . I called the store to change my order from a .25 cal to a .30 cal . They bent over backwards to make the change for me even tho they didnΓÇÖt have one in store . The customer service was outstanding . Thanks guys

Guy sold me a used air gun assured it was tested and fine to use. none of the magazines cycle and the gun doesn’t have enough energy to push the bolt back… I brought the gun and compressor back and the cashier was visibly upset I wanted to return it and refused to return the gun and only the compressor and when I asked to test it he told me all was good… two new pumps and many hours later the gun is basically a paper weight added note the plug for the compressor to go into was chewed up and had thread lock tape to hold it together. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

I have been fortunate to receive Byrna launcher instruction from Lou, at New England AirGun. He is an exceptional teacher. His focus on safety and ensuring correct techniques in structured classes set him apart. Lou's approach to organizing classes, starting with the basics and progressively moving on to more advanced skills, is highly effective. This methodical progression not only helped a beginner like me grasp the fundamentals but would also allow more experienced individuals to continually refine their abilities. In addition, he is personable and has real world stories that apply to the skills he is teaching. Lou is a unique instructor partly because of his past military training and experience. He incorporates self-defense strategies that are practical and rooted in real-world experiences. I highly recommend his classes for anyone interested in learning Byrna launcher skills for self defense in a structured and effective manner.

Mix feelings about the business… my brand new compressor that I bought there and maybe used 4 times before “failing”and they weren’t willing to take a look and see if was something simple that I could fix myself with the included spare parts or if I had to be send to the manufacturer. Thank god that i called the manufacturer and they were able too help me over the phone and resolve the problem. It was an easy fix with a swap of a little ring on the safety valve. Extremely disappointed that I had to travel 1 hour to hear. “Not our problem, send it to the manufacturer” I will never do business with them again!

left item for consignment sale couple of years back. mis-located my item, never called me. Since i did not hear back 2+ years, I called the store-spoke Lou, he told need to call back speak to John. Called at least five times, never answered the phone, left several messages, never returned my call. Finally got hold of John, i was very polite explained him the situation. John was very rude, screaming on the phone, called me liar because he could only find two messages on his machine. Never doing business with these people.

Went there today for first time. Purchased a byrna LE. Brought it home and tried it out. Cylinder leaked co2 after firing. Did the same thing three times. Also safety did not work, able to fire rounds with safety on. Returned 3hrs later and dealt with Lou, told him I didn't trust the gun. He refunded my purchase no questions asked. If I decide on another purchase I will return.

Quite seriously the best selection of air powered rifles, and pistols from many manufacturers IΓÇÖve ever encountered. From recreation to hunting to home and personal defense.. Partner that with loads of accessories, and a sizable indoor range with reasonable hours for most consumers and you get a formidable entity. Now add in a staff that is friendly, knowledgeable and ready to explain or demonstrate their products and you have a serious A+ business model geared toward customer satisfaction. On my visit they were receiving literally cases of new products so get ready for an influx of new/restocked offerings.

Made a few purchases here and intend to keep coming back they have Amazing staff that is extremely polite and not pushy in any way allowing you to try the guns before buying them so you feel confident in your purchase store has a pretty good size inventory for a small store. And will order what they don't have for you especially big fan of there self defense line . The place has a 50 foot indoor range that's nice with clean lanes they don't allow lead projectiles tho but steel rounds are fine can't wait to come back

I recently purchased a Huben K-1 in .25. It would loose air pressure from time to time. The leak was inaudible and undetectable. I sent it back and John painstakingly disassembled and rebuilt it. It now holds air and shoots great! This kind of old fashion service will keep me coming back to New England Airgun. Thank you John!
