Great spot for shooting. The range itself isnΓÇÖt the most high-end, and some of the cardboard mounts could use replacing, but the staff more than makes up for it. Everyone here is friendly, down-to-earth, and always ready to help, whether youΓÇÖre a beginner or experienced shooter. They also offer payment plans, which is a nice option. Overall, a good place to train and feel welcomed.

Great staff. I just moved to area and had to stop buy to check them out. Very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to go back to the range to shoot. I didn't have time this trip. I saw them treat every customer great.

We brought a group of 10 in this morning and had a great time. The guy that helped us was friendly, funny, knowledgeable, and made the process super easy. The range, lobby and restrooms were very clean and organized. The prices were fair. We will be back for sure . Thanks guys !

Came here on a Sunday for the first time, they have plenty of lanes I havnt shot in years so I was a little anxious about how i would shoot. I don't like the ranges where the shields are all plexi so your being watched it makes me anxious about what the range security guards are saying. Here the atmosphere was very peaceful and I was able to shoot at my own pace which was awsome. Will definitely be coming back

New in the area and stopped by to see what they had to offer. I was promptly greeted and welcomed when I came in. I was asked what I was looking for, and told about their memberships. Overall it was a very good visit and seems like a good club to join. Overall I got a very good vibe from them and will seriously think about a membership.

Let me preface this by saying I don't usually go to a range to shoot, because I live somewhere that I can shoot on my own property, so it isnt often that i go to ranges. I'll start by saying that my customer service experience was far less than ideal. I brought 2 people with me to shoot, and we decided to just get one lane, as opposed to three, to save money. In past experience with indoor ranges, I've paid per lane, but the employee decided to not mention that it was per person until AFTER we completed our 2 hour range trip. For all but the last 10 minutes of our time there, all six lanes were open, and he could have easily let us know and spread us to our own individual lanes. For the last 10 minutes lane 6 got taken, so even then, there were still four other completely open lanes. Additionally, the range itself wasn't what I expected. There was a severe lack of ventilation, so you can imagine the gas buildup from putting hundreds of rounds down range got fairly intense, and made it uncomfortable to breathe in. I also bought a pmag for my AR while I was there, which was well priced, but I had to wait at the counter for a solid 2 minutes, while the employees sitting behind the counter directly in front of me talked about something happening outside before he actually even acknowledged that I was standing there.While the magazine was priced fairly, at about $17 after tax, but that didn't nearly make up for the lack of attendance to their customers they had. The only reason I didn't give them a 1 star is due to their pricing. Based on the fact that the Range was $20 a person and then the price of the mag. Let me be clear though, that this was the worst range experience I've ever had. Additionally, I would like to note that there was no RSO on duty, which I found very odd. I trust myself to provide adequate instruction to my guests to ensure safe operation and handling of all firearms, but in the event that less experienced shooters entered the range, I would argue that it is imperative that you would have someone there to keep them and everyone else on the Range safe.

IΓÇÖve been to many ranges, both locally & nationwide. The staff here are friendly enough, although IΓÇÖve never much interacted with them. My favorite part about this range is that the staff gives me space to shoot & leaves me alone to shoot in peace. Too many times, IΓÇÖll go to a range & have some random staff member breathing down my neck every other minute. I appreciate not having to deal w/ that, here.

Been going there since 2007. they continue to improve and modernize. Great experience every time I go there - whether shooting, purchasing, or doing FFL transfers. I had a membership pre-covid, and am looking to get one again soon. Staff is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

My first experience & first time buyer. This place doesnΓÇÖt disappoint! Nervous as I am naturally, the kind of confidence the staff has brought to me and the knowledge of options they were able to provide. Has brought me to a good place to further my customers experience and make me wanna go back already! I was already convinced to get a 1911 as my first gun and they went up and beyond to make a amazing deal to make sure it wasnΓÇÖt going to pass my limit while i still have enough to shoot 50 rds !!!

Really excellent spot to go shooting. The staff are attentive and great at recommending firearms to rent. A bit intimate in terms of size but still a great place for individuals, couples, or small groups.

Employees were nice enough but this is a gun range meant for practicing and elevating your marksmanship. They charge money for every shot that goes above a certain line on the target. I came in to sight a few rifles and inadvertently shot above the line and was charged for each time. Terrible business practice. I've been to ranges all over the country and have never experienced that. I will be spending my hard earned money at another range without ridiculous rules meant to extract more money from customers. It's a practice range...! I see your reply and I reiterate, I have been to many gun ranges and I am prior military. I have never heard of charging customers for shooting above a certain point on the target holder. Further, if it were about the covering the costly repairs, how about charge the customer that does the actual damage to the equipment instead of punishing anyone that happens to just overshoot the target? Charging every consumer that overshoots the line collectively punishes everyone even though the damage inflicted may be negligible at best. That is why I consider this practice a cash grab from the customer. Obviously, this is your business to run as you please but as a consumer, I think it is important to contribute to the review process so that consumers are aware. I will be choosing to utilize any other ranges in the area that do not incorporate these business practices into the customer experience. Charge the customer that actually breaks the equipment and not the ones that inadvertently overshoot the silhouette.

If there is one establishment worthy of praise and recognition it is Norcross Gun Club & Range. The Thanksgiving season is to give thanks to all who have made a difference. I have been coming here for one year this November upon discovering them. From the very first time of entering to the most recent November 23rd, each and everyone that works there has been very welcoming, professional and helpful. Not only do they treat me well I have watched them with customers and they extend the same courtesy to all who enter into Norcross Gun Club & Range. Aside from the welcoming and outstanding customer service they have a nice selection of firearms, ammunition and accessories to purchase. The shooting range is great and enjoyable to be amongst others that enjoy the rules of safety and learning how to use firearms. It is also nice to walk into a place that is well organized and clean. Being a person of kindness and respect, I am mostly impressed with all of the staff who work there for the way they treat their customers providing help and knowledge. I have been to other gun ranges in the past and upon finding this little goldmine it now is the only one I frequent. I am very grateful for Gage who has always made the time to help me test firearms, gives advice with his knowledge along with his welcoming personia. Giving thanks to everybody that works at Norcross Gun Club & Range for always providing an excellent experience not just to me yet to all who walk into their establishment. Truly appreciate you all and highly recommend them to anyone wanting to be amongst welcoming employees and customers possessing the same enjoyment. Much more to say of only good yet time to close but shall be returning regularly.
