Is this a free range can I come here to shoot without paying?

Nice little place ! Just bring a shell catcher if your shooting partner and yourself are rightly..Only one bench per point…Target boards are shot out so cardboard to mount targets + screw-gun is a must..Wear good boots, the snow is a workout.. A free public range -Priceless.
