My husband has been a member for over 35 years. The club has improved over the years and is a very safe place for gun enthusiasts.

This is a beautifully maintained club, with excellent leadership and friendly members. I have been a member for about 3 years now, and even though I donΓÇÖt get to go often, itΓÇÖs totally worth the membership fee. The onboarding training was focused on safety, as well as how to be respectful to fellow members as well as the local community. The facilities are designed and engineered to safely enclose all shooting activities, and additionally upgrades are made all the time, such as the addition of noise barrier walls on the longest range, where larger calibers are shot. People who call this place a ΓÇ£dumpΓÇ¥ and say itΓÇÖs a ΓÇ£travestyΓÇ¥ for it to exist are absolutely ridiculous and, quite frankly, childish. Not only does the club serve a valuable purpose to both its members and people from the public who attend firearm classes here, but the money raised by the state/PA DCNR hunters and fisherman goes directly towards helping to conserve and maintain PAΓÇÖs beautiful nature. Hunting itself also helps with effectively managing and keeping populations healthy. Good aim from practicing at this range helps make the hunter perform ethical kills. I chose this club over 5 others in the area, and I could not be any happier with my decision.

The noise pollution from this place is a travesty to the natural lands that surround it. What a shame that a dump like this exists in such a beautiful, historic countryside.

Left after 6 yrs, got tired of every weekend being scheduled due to ΓÇ£classesΓÇ¥ that I didnΓÇÖt want to attend. Not sure why the club is sitting on a substantial pile of cash and not taking care of the ranges. Always could feel the politics at the club meetings. Just a note to the board: members donΓÇÖt want a World Class Training Facility, just place to shoot.

Very nice club, facilities are fairly good and the people there are quite friendly. Out door setting is also very nice. The only drawback is some of the club meetings can become political and I think it detracts from an otherwise nice club.

First rate club. It is currently at its membership maximum. Nice clean ranges, no yahoos, and lots of family related activities.

Great place to visit for target practice and getting out frustration. I only wish my friend made it clear that this is a target range only with a bathroom and soda machine. If I had known, I would have brought some ammo for my revolver. Still had a great time though.

This is a really nice place to go and practice your Marksmanship skills. There are over 850 members most of them never even go there, so there's usually room and space to do whatever you came to do. I At a yearly price of $50 you really can't beat the cost of joining Northern Chester County Sportsman's Club.

Large membership, frequent training sessions close the ranges, mud mud mud on every range, if you don't really like mud don't think about going during or after it rains, 3 years to build a 15 yard pistol only range (still not completed). AND if they don't like you, they (the board) will kick you out of the club, even if the membership votes not to. The good was the limited range rules, but recently the ranges have had more and more rules put in place. There used to be a 150 yard range, but that was removed about a year ago limiting you to 100 yards. The clay pigeon field is excellent, multiple modern throwing machines available.

Club politicking means I am skipping the membership meetings. There's supposed to be work days but they will add $50 to your dues to skip them. The draw is they have mobile target backers so it's easy to set a range and they permit more than three rounds in a magazine. Trap nights are nice, as are classes. They permit more than paper targets (anything but exploding targets) so kids looking to learn to shoot can throw rounds at soda cans and bells. People are friendly at this club.
