Q: How much is it cost to shot there with my gun?
A: $15 per person, I think Friday is ladies day, bring a lady ( any age ) it's half price, bring your own ammo ( non steel core ) and target for that price or you can purchase targets there from like .75 cents and up and also purchase ammo if you need to, a great place to go practice shooting, I give it 5 star's ......

A: My son and I was there Thursday for Military day. We were there for 2 hours, and bought 4 targets. It cost us 19 dollars. We had our own ammo.

Q: Can you get permits after taking classes
A: You would get a Certificate that you then take to the Agriculture Dept. to apply for your CWP.

A: The classes at Oak Ridge Gun Range are recognized by the state of Florida as approved training. As stated above, you will still need to take it to the Dept of Agriculture to obtain a CCW.

Q: If I want to try out some rentals, do I pay a single rental fee and try as many pistols and rifles as I want? Or is there a fee to switch weapons?
A: single rental fee 20dollars and you can switch as many as possible. one thing is, you have to use their ammo for rentals.

A: That is a very good question. I have no idea, but your best bet is to call and ask and hopefully you'll hear them over the gunfire. Sorry! I have only rented one at a time as I already have my own pistol.

A: Yes.

A: You can shoot up to 7mm ammo. So most any rifle will be allowed. I take my 308.

Q: Can I sight a rifle (270 win) for 100 yds here?
A: The rifle range is 25 yards in length. You can sight in a rifle here to 100 yards using targets that simulate the rise/drop. For a true zero we recommend shooting at the appropriate distance.

Took a break from the beach while on vacation. Shop employees were very friendly. Nice selection of firearms to rent. Very helpful. Use the ear muffs it is loud with just foam ear plugs. Thanks for a great experience.

I have been sending freedom seed down range here since the day this facility opened. I have bought multiple firearms here. I took my CCW class here. Lord only knows how much ammunition I have purchased from this facility. They arenΓÇÖt the cheapest on ammo and firearms but I still continued to go here because of the great experiences and professional employees. Until this last time. One man changed that in a single moment with his unprofessional attitude. There was a miscommunication and this guy calls me a liar. (Tells me I put words in his mouth) Pretty much said I stole range time the weekend before this situation happened. I had purchased a soft case for my rifle. I swear he said heΓÇÖd give me a lane for free for the purchase. Also purchased ammo, eye protection, ear protection, targets and two lanes. We waited over two hours for the rifle lanes. My son in law and two daughters had a fantastic time. Anyway the young man that cashed me out even asked me if the gentleman said I would get a lane for free that day. I said IΓÇÖm pretty sure he did. If I purposely stole range time why the heck would I go back the following weekend and spend almost 200$ on ammo and a lane with my son in law? I almost walked out. I shouldΓÇÖve because itΓÇÖs been rubbing me the wrong way since and because of that I will never tell anyone to go there again. I will never spend my hard earned honest money at this facility again. I live almost 45 minutes from this gun range. I went out of my way to have a man call me a liar. I think I will be going to the new indoor facility in PCB. IΓÇÖm sure the AC works there a lot better than at Oakridge.
