Q: Good morning your website doesn't open up to show what brands and models of firearms you sell, thank you.
A: The have a very wide variety of new firearms, covering all the major brands that are available to MA residents. Springfield Armory, Smith & Wesson, SIG Sauer, and Ruger, to name just a few. They also have a very good selection of used firearms. If you are looking for something in particular, give them a call. Ask for Ronnie, or Joe, and you won't find two more helpful shop owners. One of the best ranges / shops in MA if you ask me.

Q: Can I bring my 17-year-old son to shoot guns? My have my LTC
A: Yes, it's 10yrs with an LTC, 12 or 13 if not.
- Ronin (3 months ago)
Q: I'm not a resident, but I have social security, can I participate in the shooting practice?
A: Most places want a valid gov't ID. If you're a tourist or on a visa, some take passports. A driver's license is usually what most places want. Bottom line, bring some photo issued gov't ID. You need a firearms license to purchase a firearm.

Q: Do you need a reservation to get some instruction? I've shot before, but looking to really learn now. Like what fun is best for me, how to really start improving etc. I'm ready to get serious
A: Well, they give personal private classes. If you are going to take the LTC training, thats different. On the same class you shoot, at the end. Also, 2 persons, older than 18 with valid ID, could rent some they have and have fun. The will guide how and always, always, always they look for the safety of the customers. Of someone miss conduct or do not handdle well and safe a gun, the will intervine. Good luck! Hope I answered your question

Newly licensed and with my first handgun I wanted to go through this carefully with an instructor. The staff was friendly and helpful upon arrival. George was my instructor and he was pleasant, knowledgable about this pistol (Sig Sauer P322) and guided me through a safe and great session of shooting. Well worth the time and the money.

Amazing range and staff! New owner and after 6 months between training and license, was definitely rusty. Fitz saw me out on the range and helped to fix my grip and use the firearm properly. In addition he guided me to the pistol that worked best for me and was safest to use. Thank you so much!

Went here for my firearmΓÇÖs safety course, never having shot a firearm before. The instructor (Jim DiCecca) was great, made sure to cover all the bases and answer any and all questions. I think he sensed I was a bit nervous when it came down to shooting; he assured me he was with me that I wouldnΓÇÖt have a problem. He let me try twice! ItΓÇÖs safe to say IΓÇÖm hooked and I have a brand new hobby. Thank you, Jim!!

Great staff, excellent selection, and decent ammo prices. I have never used their range but I have bought a few firearms here over the years and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Under a pseudonym, for reasons that will become clear. I am dissapointed that I am even writing this. I have been attending this range/shop for a few years at this point, and the quality of service and experience has tanked dramatically. I and my family have spent a few thousand dollars there on ammo, renting, our first carry guns etc. This made me decide to choose them as my first receiving FFL for an online purchase. I phoned them in advance, got squared away with my vendor, and all was well. My roster legal item was delivered at 11:00AM on a Monday, waited till around 6:00PM to ring and just say "Hey, X item under Y name was dropped off today from Z location, just wanted to notify and inquire as to how long you guys need to process.". Politely was told it should be ready the next day and they'd call me when logging was done. Jump to Friday morning, I call again. This time, a different employee, checks the inventory, tells me it's not logged in and I'll have to wait. I informed them i was given an expected time frame from 3 days ago. I was rudley scoffed at and and treated as though following up was inconveniencing them, despite missing their own deadline, and told that i'd have to "just keep waiting". This is the type of treatment and attitude the shop has given to a multi year patron, and only a touch of how the older staff treats new prospective customers. Being barked at by fudds for spending money in the store, asking questions etc. is poor practice, and it's exacerbated here by the stranglehold the legislature has on the Commonwealth. It was also very unbecoming, in one instance, to watch a counter worker scold a prospective buyer on the phone for inquiring about purchasing a newly released pistol, going on an on at them about the roster etc. (They sell exempt stuff to out of staters and cops, they didnt even ask the caller where they were from.) But alas, here we are, 5 days from delivery and I just have to wait until one of the younger staff members is working to see what is going on. Praying my money wasn't wasted at this point.
