This use to be my go to place for FFL transfers, but they have recently doubled them. No thanks.

Took a 22 in for a small bur in the barrel to be corrected January. They had the rifle up until May with no progress made. I called once a month to check with no updates. Went up to pick up the rifle in May and they tried to charge me $22 for a paperwork fee. I told them their system was broke and needed correcting and she called me rude. I apologized and refused to pay them. Do not take any weapons to have them fixed or you may get screwed. They do not know what customer service is - worse gun shop ever!

Neither employee bothered to acknowledge my entry into the store. When I finally did get the attention of the older guy, he acted like wanting assistance was too much of a bother. I asked for a couple different products and he just waved in the general area of the shelves and said I dunno, should be over there if we carry it. Then I looked at some standard 9mm fmj range ammo, asked for a price and the guys is like 59 bucks a box. Obviously 9mm range ammo isn't rare anymore, so either he was too lazy to check, or these guys are trying to milk 30 extra bucks out of ammo. So no stock, abysmal customer service, and severe price gouging. Best to skip these guys and go somewhere more legitimate. Or at least pretends like they want your business.

Great shop!!! Knowledgeable and friendly. Purchased multiple firearms from them and multiple transfers. Always smooth, no problems. Shout out to Tina. She's awesome. Still need to use their range though.

Friendly people. And they fixed one of my friends rifles and helped to fix my dad's rifle. All was done in a timely manner too.

Hands down the most friendly make you feel at home gun shop in town .. they're like the Apple store for guns they have a used side and a new side and both are very knowledgeable hands down the best in town

I went into onling about 2 months ago and felt so welcomed. I forget the guy's name, Steve maybe? But he was just awesome. I went into a shop earlier that day down the road and was looking into a glock 19 and they guy was very rude. So I left without purchasing the gun. I went into onling and they had a 19 gen 4 in stock and I even got $20 off because I paid with cash. But I highly recommend this gun store. Very knowledgeable about everything in the store and didn't have any problems with my questions like the guy did at the first gun store did. Thank you.

Steve at onling guns saved my gun. I had taken it to another gunsmith to thred the barrol and they ruined it. I was afraid to shoot it after they where done. Steve took and was able to not only fix it but looks perfect. Steve is the best gunsmith in Cincinatti.
