Questions & Answers

Q: WhatΓÇÖs the age child need to be for the parent to buy them a gun?

A: Yes, 18 or with a parent present for purchase of airsoft weapons. At this arena, once you have signed the initial waiver your child can be dropped off and is allowed to use the rental guns (or any airsoft weapons he/she brings with them) without a parent present, you only have to be present the first time.

OREGON AIRSOFT ARENA 10/10 IΓÇÖve been playing at Oregon Airsoft Arena since I was 10, and now at 17, I can honestly say it feels like a second home to me. The atmosphere is amazing, with a community of fun, cool people who always make you feel welcome. Whether IΓÇÖm playing with friends or meeting new players, itΓÇÖs always a great time. The staff are all super cool and really make the experience enjoyable. Terry, the owner, is an awesome guy whenever heΓÇÖs aroundΓÇöheΓÇÖs approachable, laid-back, and always makes sure everyone is having a great time. The other staff are just as friendly and helpful, always ready to assist and ensure everyone is comfortable and having fun. The arena is also incredibly newbie-friendly, so if youΓÇÖre just starting out, theyΓÇÖll help you get set up and show you the ropes. The arena itself is always perfectly set up, and you can tell a lot of care goes into maintaining it. With the indoor setup, itΓÇÖs always a consistent and enjoyable experience, no matter the weather outside. I canΓÇÖt recommend Oregon Airsoft Arena enoughΓÇöitΓÇÖs the best place to play, meet great people, and have an awesome time! S/O Abhi, Jacob, Oscar, Tony, Ben, Corban, Blake, and pooks (Wyatt)

Great facility. Staff treat you as an annoyance if you want to buy something. Ask to see a rifle? Get ready for a big sigh from staff... want to buy grenades? How dare you interrupt their phone time. Go to extreme velocity in salem. They will take their time explaining everything and help you get geared up.

Was a great place with super nice players. One staff was very short and unhelpful & didn't have a kind tone when speaking, like everything was an issue for him but everyone else was excellent. Hopefully he just was having a bad day.

Our youngest wanted to have a birthday celebration with his friends and he chose to have a round of games at airsoft. We booked a 2-hour slot for him to play with 8 other friends and we were assigned the blue room area for briefing and getting their gear ready. The staff are organized in getting the gear ready for the kids. Everyone arrived on time and punctual. The party room is very spacious but the decor is outdated and old which is understandable since it's really just for gathering briefly. Though old and updated, they do wipe down the tables with disinfectants and keep it rather clean. Would be helpful to have a little heater in the area for parents waiting especially in the winter months because it was chilly in that room if waiting for the kiddos while they played. They are good with changing up the games and they are also good with trying to get the kids to maximize their time there to play and not waste away their two-hour slot just sitting around. The boys had a great workout in the 2 hours there were there. Would definitely take them back for more games in the near future.

One of the games started with about 4v10. Fullface masks are required but you can walk in with tshirt and shorts on LOL. Some guy went fullauto midgame with no consequences (he told me) but i cant pull out my emptied gbb in the lobby to change hopup without some employee hitting me with a flouride stare

Visited for a Wednesday evening session with my son while we were on vacation from the Midwest. Plenty of parking and the building was well marked and easy to find. Check-in was quick and prices were standard for indoor airsoft. The pro shop has an amazing selection of litterly everything you could ever want or need, seriously. We've been to a lot of fields all over the country and I've never seen a selection this large of parts, replicas, and gear. They do require use of their bbs, but not an issue to us. Ready rooms were nice and plenty of fans to help cool down between rounds. The place was extremely clean compared to other indoor airsoft arenas we've been to. Good selection of drinks and snacks for reasonable prices as well. Safety briefing was short but thorough and covered all the bases. The local players were super friendly and inviting, always a plus to have good culture at a field. The staff was super knowledgeable and explained the different game modes. Having the Skirmesh system is fun and enhanced the game play and objectives. The field was the perfect size and layout to push a faster pace of play without a long walk back to respawn. The son loves to slide while playing and the floor was perfect for that. All in all, this place was top notch and I couldn't recommend it highly enough. We rescheduled our whitewater rafting trip so we can play again tonight before we head home.

Staff was great. Our party of 4 was either new to airsoft or had only done outdoor. Had a great experience.

The owners son whoΓÇÖs a bigger bodied blonde kid is always on a power trip saying no to things for no reason just because he can. OAA has always been a place for stuck up low lifeΓÇÖs, and it seems like nothing has changed. Bring money to their business and theyΓÇÖll still treat you like a nuisance!

IΓÇÖve personally gone there 2-3 times and every time I go the experience is worse. Today was the most recent incident where a larger bodied employee was very impolite to me, I just wanted to buy some spare parts and upgrades for my different airsoft guns. Due to lack of employee professionalism I will be taking my business anywhere else but here.

Not so great customer service, guy at the counter double charged me so I ended up paying for myself twice, only a few guys working there seemed like they cared about the game at all, and teams were very unequal.

This is a one of a kind place in the area offering indoor Airsoft. They have equipment to rent and will complete a safety check prior to the start of the session. Sessions typically run about 2.5hrs and with equipment rental, it totals $50/person. With a six month membership, you receive a discount on playtime, access to members only sessions as well as other perks. A waiver is required to fill out prior to play. They also have a shop where you can purchase gear.
