Q: IΓÇÖm trying to get my conceal carry permit, does this place offer classes? If so, how much per person?
A: Yes they do. Once a month they have the enhanced carry permit class. The cost is $90
- Kevin Smith (6 months ago)
Q: How much does it cost and you have guns I can shoot are do you just bring your ot
A: You can bring your own hand gun, and as per rifles, you could only shoot 22lr. They do have rentals. That is on an hourly basis.
- ronald johnson (10 months ago)
Q: Do you all sell Black Rifle Coffee there?
A: I'm almost positive they don't.
- Blake Etter (2 years ago)
Q: How much is the shooting range
A: Year Membership was $320.00 Daily I think was $20,00 per lane/person. Gun rentals are available as well.
- James R Lane (2 years ago)
Q: May be a dumb question but do you need your carry permit to practice here? IΓÇÖm looking to get mine soon and wanted to know if I need to get it first before coming to practice. Also do they offer carry permit classes?
A: You do not need a carry permit to transport hand guns. I am not familiar with TN law regarding transport, but it should be fine to transport it unloaded in a case. The case should be locked and/or out of reach of the driver while driving. (trunk) You could probably find the info online by doing a google search. However, it would probably be best to take a class or work with someone experienced first, since you seem to lack this basic knowledge.

I stumbled upon Outdoor Junction while looking for ammo, and it did not disappoint. Their gun selection is one of the biggest around and reasonably priced. The gentleman who runs the gun section is awesome. He's super friendly and easy to talk to. He had me sold in less than 20 minutes! The whole process, including the background check, was seamless and smooth. I was in and out in less than an hour. This is the only place IΓÇÖll go for ammo or any future gun purchases.

While the shop had plenty to offer, the prices were not anything to want to come back for. The thing to draw this rating down was the interaction with the gun counter staff member. He seemed more interested in yapping about his latest purchases than assisting buyers (made it very obvious they only buy high dollar items).

Great store and indoor range. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff preside over a large inventory of great equipment. The range is especially clean and fun to use, not to mention fairly priced. ItΓÇÖs evident these good people love their customers. CanΓÇÖt wait to go back!

I left my Wicked Ridge Invader 2013 with the bow tech, it's a 2013,he was mostly wanting to know what color string I wanted,10/2/2024,after 6 weeks I called, he was not there, after 4 more calls over 4 weeks was told the cables and string are on but it needs new limbs,do I want to fix it, 3 more weeks,120.00 for strings and 240.00 for new limbs + tax, I eventually went to see it, p8ck3d it up to check limbs, ran my thumb over 1 and got a 1/4 inch splinter in my thumb,I asked Bill why don't you check limbs 1st,no answer, you have to either pay for the strings or leave the crossbow,I left it,my concern, since limbs Crack all the time said the bowtech, would it make sense to check them 1st,yes the limbs were shot, why would a guy who's been doing this job 10+ years not check for limb cracks, I looked all this up on xbow nation, limb cracking is quite common, biggest reason is shooting too light of a bolt,I allways used what came with the xbow, not any more, check your limbs with cotton ball,I am now using carbon express pile drivers,22 inch, also Outdoor Junction is a ten point certified repair shop, take this for what it's worth, also the bow guy was extremely rude, so I left the bow.

This is a great store, with everything you need for hunting, fishing, shooting etc. the guy in the gun department is also awesome. Everyone employee was friendly. I stopped by looking for a specific gun, and while I didnΓÇÖt get that I did leave with a hunting rifle on a whim. My only gripe is after I got home, I realized I overpaid for it by $100 bucks. Academy had the same rifle for 100 less, that ainΓÇÖt small money. Definitely seems to be overpriced. Again though, GREAT store.

I recently purchased a new bow from OJ. They have a good selection of archery equipment and prices are comparable to other retailers. Jared is a good archery tech and helpful. Bill is not so accommodating...seemingly dealing with an inferiority complex.

Friendly people. Good bow selections, with a lot of bows on the racks. Bow prices are a lot higher than other archery stores in the region. Which might explain the large selection of bows hanging on the racks.

We dropped in one day to try out the shooting range. We were greeted with a smile from all of the workers. They were extremely attentive, kind, and helpful. They have an online form to use the shooting range which is super straightforward and easy to use. The range is clean. The workers go into the range between rounds and clean up the cases. I was amazed at how affordable everything was in the shooting ranges shop. Targets are a dollar a piece! We are visiting out of town and the gun range close to our house charges double what outdoor junction does for everything (at least double some experiences and items are triple) overall our experience here was unbeatable. They have really cool tshirts and sweatshirts for sale as well as snacks to grab in between rounds. IΓÇÖll definitely be back!

do not go through them for NFA transfers. they charge 2 to 3 times the amount with the excuse being they have to hold it for a while, however, they also use an out of date, more time consuming process that results in delays in approval times. with the eform process, it should be a fairly fast and efficient process, however, they won't allow people to send in electronic fingerprints, so you may as well be doing a paper form. there are a lot of other places in the area that will be significantly cheaper, and the process will be easier, faster, and far more convenient. I've purchased from here many times over the years, but after this experience, they'll no longer be recieving my business.
