Very nice range and very friendly! Chris helped us out today and was very nice and patient! He has amazing customer service skills and really knows to treat a customer and listen!!! I also took the concealed carry class and Dianne was great! Very knowledgable and nice and examples and stories! Loved it

IΓÇÖm beyond thrilled with finding this well ran gun range when I moved to Homosassa. IΓÇÖve been a couple times, Chris has helped me every step of the way. From feeling comfortable in a range, safety, what guns to try, proper handling, knowledge and he was my instructor for my private lesson so the tips while shooting are one in a million. I first came for the Trigger Angels Galentines special day, those woman know their stuff so if you are a female and want a female this is the great first time. After all the assistant IΓÇÖve received IΓÇÖm dedicating myself to stay with this company to gain all my knowledge. Thank You Chris, Trigger Angels and really all staff members for their welcoming environment.

Outpost is a great place to go to especially for anyone who has never handled a gun before. Chris Cason was very helpful in getting me signed up for my CCW class, finding me a gun that works for me and getting me signed up for one on one lessons to continue learning. I had been super nervous about it all but Chris Cason was patient, took his time educating me on everything & never treated me differently because of how nervous I was. This really is the place to go from beginners to experts based on everything they offer, the staff being so knowledgeable & friendly, the affordability & the cleanliness of the place. Diane who teaches there is a very good instructor too, she is patient, calm, walks you through everything and teaches based on your learning style and capabilities. IΓÇÖm definitely going back again. Thank you Chris & Diane!!!

I took the concealed carry class, Diann was great. She covered the class in a manner that was easy to understand/follow, the pace was just right, and she made me feel comfortable asking questions. The store has most everything you would need, and if by chance they don't have what you're looking for Chris, "G", it any of the staff are happy to order it for you. I can only comment on the pistol range as that is the only one I used. The setup is safe, controlled, and comfortable. The distances are all you would realistically need in 99.9% of the situations you would find yourself in (home defense/self defense) and should train in. The cost for an annual range card is competitively priced/fair. When you renew the cost is half price so it's well worth it! I highly recommend The Outpost. Retired Military

Fantastic place to spend your day. To enjoy the multitude of different ranges from pistol, skeet, bow, and even a 600 yard rifle range. What makes it even better is the staff and range officer's (chris, guido, warren, kevin) which are extremely friendly, bilingual and educated on there craft.

I absolutely love this range! As a new shooter they are very patient and helpful. The staff are very competent. I took my Concealed Carry course here and I left feeling more confident knowing more about safe handling of my firearm and the laws that surround the use of deadly force.

Had a phenomenal time out with the guys. Mr. G and Mr. Chris were spectacular and very hospitable. The staff at each section were very cautious but also very professional. Would return for sure, check it out everyone!

Lets start by saying that this is a legit range and is good for all types of shooting. The staff up front and all of the RSOs have been nothing but accommodating. Taking my daughter there to get her familiar with her new firearm, and the crew there have been great at giving her pointers. Chris and all the guys in the pro shop make you feel at home as soon as you walk in the door. The facilities are awesome and the people are too.

I did the warrior course here, it ended up being a 1 on 1 with the instructor Tom. He was friendly, professional and informative. Being from the UK i was completely unformiliar with firearms, I felt safe had fun and genuinely felt I learned something. Would absolute recommend the experience to others!

My little brother completed the "modern Warrior experience" with Instructor Tyler! Tyler was knowledgeable and fun to hang with He helped my brother learn quickly and hit 7 out of 8 shots! I was impressed.

What can I say. Great place. Immediately made my son and I feel welcome. All employees super great. Basically can shoot almost anything. Range officer super friendly and kind. Highly recommend. If more people come maybe they will give us some later weekday hours. Availability during the week is my only complaint. Updated from November 2023 to December 2024. Still 1st class
