Always very professional and attentive. The staff is always willing to answer questions and offer guidance. The shooting range is well structured. They are welcoming of new shooters and experienced alike. Veterans are treated with special care, including a 5% discount on ammo. Weapons are reasonably priced, and of course PSA products carry a lifetime warranty. Patrons can both purchase a range membership or pay by the hour.

Zero Star review. The staff here are rude and disrespectful. The staff truly believe they know everything there is to know about guns and laws pertaining to them, and act as if they were Navy Seals. They embarrass themselves everyday, in front of actual military professionals which is just sad, but also hilarious. They don’t even know the federal and local laws pertaining to 2A or weapons use/rights. And it’s funny, because they truly believe they know everything only bc they are a FFL holder 😂. Disgusting. Go to Shepard Tactical in Beaufort instead, way way wayyyy better.

I feel for the guys working at this store. ItΓÇÖs busy and they a clearly understaffed doing their best. This is the only good gun range near Hilton Head Island and I like everyone there. NateΓÇÖs always helpful and the dude with the dark curly hair is awesome. Great staff!

They never answer the phone and are short staffed where it can take 2 hours just to even get processed or check out. When I received help they were absolutely great. Regardless I still am not impressed and will probably not shop here again at this location.

Ordered something online the 21st of December and still havenΓÇÖt received anything but a receipt saying they took the money. Jan 14, 2025 still no response after talking with 3 customer service representatives who swore to god they would call me with an update. The last thing I was told that a email was sent to the Ridgeland location. Just my luck right? This place has ZERO communication with customers. Very unorganized probably will start just going in store because now IΓÇÖm having trust issues with online ordering.

I am blessed to live a stones throw from the Ridgeland PSA.I have bought multiple firearms there and have had the pleasure of dealing with Walede,Otto,Grant,and Noah.You would be hard pressed to find the top tier level of service they all provide.Every question I asked they answered thoroughly and effortlessly.They expedite the whole process of purchasing a firearm.I also bought a range membership so I want to send a shout to Nate and everyone else whose names I have not learned that are the gun range officers.Yall make me feel welcome every time I come in and literally every person working in this establishment is an inexhaustible reservoir of wisdom and knowledge on anything to do with firearms.

Very rude and unprofessional. My friend and I were ridiculed for being from Maryland and treating us like weΓÇÖre idiots. Made me take a cursive lesson and doubting my intelligence when I wanted to buy a firearm. Never had this treatment at any other firearms store.

This a really a 0 star review. I came into the store 12/10/24 around 2:50. ItΓÇÖs was me and a friend our intentions were to get use of the range. We were constantly stared at as soon as we entered. The men at the check in for the range were talking amongst themselves saying something about kids. Me being a younger man myself just caught a note of that they werenΓÇÖt very polite. I told them that we wanted get time for the range and purchase ammo. His first question to me was ΓÇ£when was the last time you shotΓÇ¥ unusual question but I brushed it off and answered. Never have I asked that at gun range or store. Anyway the three men constantly gave smart remarks and quick to jump an anything we said. My friend being 20 and I being 21 thought it wouldnΓÇÖt be a problem getting range time one of the men told use no we couldnΓÇÖt. At this very same store we came and shot before with no problem no extra questioning with id check and everything. Another man tells us itΓÇÖs against policy if that is I totally understand rules are rules never have that man a single remark, look, never gave him a gesture. He goes to say ΓÇ£I know you think itΓÇÖs stupid but itΓÇÖs policyΓÇ¥ never said it was stupid we were racially profiled from the second we walked in. We were treated so wrongfully. This is one of the only gun shops with an indoor range around the Bluffton/HHI area. The store is smallish for all the items that they have in it, old, dated and worn out. However, they have a good selection of firearms, accessories, and ammo. Their background check process when purchasing a firearm is the slowest I've ever experienced for no apparent reason whatsoever even with a CCP. I've never experienced this elsewhere with or without a CCP. The indoor range is adequate although old like the building, rundown, and the target mechanisms are not always functioning well. Fortunately, locals have to make do with the condition of this PSA location as there are few to no nearby alternatives for target shooting in Beaufort County.

Great shop. Owner cares about the customer. Not to go into detail but the manager realized an issue from my last visit and apologized for that day of service. Did something unexpected. Thanks Ridgeland PSA. Hope to be back in the future for my firearm needs.

GO TO SHEPARD TACTICAL INSTEAD! The guy who was helping us was nice but not knowledgeable, must have been new, he definitely tried to help us, the guy that he had to ask questions to had a extremely bad attitude towards him and us, his comments were short he would roll his eyes, he made us feel unwelcome and stupid! It's a shame because when we came here a couple years ago everyone was friendly. The guy was so rude that we walked out and went to Shepard Tactical and got 4 of what we needed with exceptional service and knowledge, SHEPARD TACTICAL made us feel welcome, the process was easy and anything that is on SHEPARD TACTICAL'S website take 2-3 business days to come in stock. They might be a LITTLE more expensive, but I'm not going to be treated like a moron over $60.

This review is for Otto, the CSR at PSA Ridgeland. I bought 4 guns online and picked up the guns. One of the 4 was missing the rear sight. I called Otto and told him. He said ΓÇ£Come on in and IΓÇÖll take care of you.ΓÇ¥ I went in, Otto saw me, grabbed a rear sight and started ringing it up. Then he pulled out his own credit card and attempted to pay for it. I said ΓÇ£What are you doing? Why are you paying for it?ΓÇ¥ He said ΓÇ£I told you I would take care of it.ΓÇ¥ Not many employees will do that for a mistake their company made. The photos are the actual boxes on my floor when I opened them. 1 box was missing the rear site and a card that says something like ΓÇ£all contents are in this box checked by BWΓÇ¥. My company would never let an employee pay for their mistake and they are lucky to have an employee like Otto. Overall, my experience with PSA is a 3 Star, but because of Otto theyΓÇÖre getting a 5 Star.

God forbid we have a normal phone service where someone answers the phone so you can ask questions. Instead we have an atrocious automated BS that can't help answer any questions but when you finally get the phone ring at one of the counters no one answers it.

I stopped shopping here awhile ago because brandy was just miserable to deal with, but after a few years I decided to try again and dealt with whaleed(I hope I spelled that right) and he's awesome! Very knowledgeable and patient plus brandy is gone which is awesome. Thanks again for the Marlin and looking forward to buying the mk18!

ONLINE BUYERS BEWARE!! Made a purchase from them, one package was LOST. 6/17 FedEx said case was closed and contacted the company for a refund. I did, company needed photos for some reason, I sent right away. Email confirmation sent to me on 6/18 they'd gotten photos of my door/mailbox area. Still to this day, company is giving me the run around of 3rd party vendor won't give me the refund. I call weekly, sit on terminal hold, give them the information, sit on terminal hold again. Finally, they told their supervisors are working on it. Yet when you mention contacting your credit card company about the problem. They threatened to make it where I can't purchase anything from them again. Look, you sell the products on your site. You put insurance on the product.. why are you creating a problem for an individual?

Went into PSA Ridgeland today for a Spring for my weapon… Was not sure I had the correct one and when I got to counter the staff assisted me in figuring out if I had the correct one by taking out another weapon and verifying what I needed. All for 54 cent sale… THANK YOU!!!
