Danielle is someone I will always remember. She helped me choose my first firearm, showed me how to use it, and taught me about different types of ammunition. When I walked into Palmetto State Armory, I was completely clueless. I knew nothing about firearms; I had never shot one, held one, or even handled any ammunition. Danielle did an amazing job educating me and demonstrating how firearms work. She is a great asset to Palmetto State Armory, being very knowledgeable and confident in her work. Thanks to Danielle, Palmetto State Armory will be my go-to store for any firearm or ammunition needs. I stopped by there one day just to see if I could use there range and I had no idea about there rule about having a gun case mind you that the gun range in Hinesville doesnΓÇÖt mind you not having one just as long as you practice weapon safety but as soon as I walk to the counter one of there employees approaches me a explicitly said I could not use there range and that he could have shot me for not having a gun case and I mind you I had a bright orange chamber flag in my weapon with no rounds on my person or in my magazine due to the fact that most ranges would rather you buy there ammo to ensure your not using certain rounds that could damage there range after that experience I have never been back to that store.

Stopped by while traveling down the country on a vacation. I love PSA in general and have frequented the store in Myrtle beach on several occasions with very positive interactions. However this Savannah store was terrible. The customer service was non existent, the staff was very unknowledgeable and it seemed like they didnΓÇÖt have enough staff to be any help with questions. The wait times just to fill out the 4473 were over 30 minutes, and the staff seemed to care less about people standing around needing help. Very inefficient store. Spend your money at a different FFL.

Palmetto State Armory in Savannah has an outstanding selection, not just of firearms but also a wide range of outdoor gear. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, making the shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality products and great service.

Ordered ammo on 1-8 ,1-9 can't get ahold of no one no tracking number , nothing , this must be latest place I had ordered from . I will start ordering from sportsmen warehouse .

This is a result of online purchase. I paid for an item on Dec 17th and have yet to receive it. After contacting customer service several times I've been instructed to wait till UPS says it isn't their fault for another 10 business days. This is the second time out of five purchases where I've had a problem and my product has been lost and the response on PSA part has been sad and uncaring.

I LOVE SAVANNAH PALMETTO STATE ARMORY!!! WE BUY ALL ARE GUNS HERE, ALL ARE AMMO HERE, AND WE USE THE RANGE FREQUENTLY. EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE HERE WORKS HARD VERY HARD AND IT SHOWS EVERYTIME!! THIS LAST VISIT PURCHASED ANOTHER FIREARM BOBBY HELPED ME AWESOME GUY SUPER SERVICE THANK YOU BOBBY!!! IT WAS VERY COOL EXPERIENCE TO SEE THE OWNERS IN THE STORE AND YOU KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING??? This people sucks. I been buying ammo for years from different places and the one time I try to buy from this people itΓÇÖs horrible. I order 100 rounds the ammo box was complete broken (not the shipping box). Instead of 100 rounds I got 36. I told them about it and this theft all they did was file a lost package claim to their 3rd party vendor. This people are borderline criminal.

I love palmetto state Armory but I have to admit Terrible customer service at the one in Savannah!!! kiosk time is just absurd the discrimination that people receive from the employees based off looks and race is beyond uncomfortable!!!!

I will admit that not all but few of the workers there seemed a bit less forthcoming with information if you don't look like money. At least in my situation. Thankfully, the friendly lady behind the counter walked up once the other worker stepped off and assisted me the best way possible. Lastly, it seems impossible to talk to anyone at the store front over the phone.

DonΓÇÖt bother going unless you have to buy from them. Most of the sales staff is incredibly rude and condescending. They wonΓÇÖt help someone unless theyΓÇÖre dressed like they have money either. They are not knowledgeable on firearms either and will lie. TheyΓÇÖre all about turnaround and volume instead of actually helping. I try to avoid them if I can for these reasons. They will cut you off and ignore if someone else thatΓÇÖs older asks to see as well. I have waited in excess of 30 minutes there multiple times just to see a firearms to purchase and was ignored. This is even after buying guns from them. After several negative experiences here, I donΓÇÖt think IΓÇÖll be buying from PSA, even with their prices.

Hello, my fellow 2A Ga. friends! I'm a fan of all things PSA, I'd rather shop with PSA than eat when I'm hungry! I'm in the process of gathering everything needed for an H & R M16A1 build in the gray color. I have all the parts I need with the exception of an A1 gray stripped upper receiver. I see on the PSA website you have a limited supply in stock. I emailed PSA through direct messaging (Facebook or Meta) asking if I could order one through your store. They replied, "Sure, just shoot them an email and tell them I said to send you one, at no charge"! LOL! I've listened to the MSM fib so much the last 8 years, I'm getting just as bad as they are to tell tall tales! I wish I was closer to your store, I live in Ga., but I'm in the N. Ga. mountains, Young Harris, actually. I'd certainly come in and pick one up. But if you see a way to sell one to me, feel free to contact me by email! Have a great day and a Merry Christmas! Get on those boys and make them work a little harder to get some uppers ready for online sales! Just kidding. Enjoy!

Now I know why they have good prices. I purchased the gf99 shotgun. Not only did they not deliver what they promised, they emphatically pronounced that they do not stand behind anything they sell, that they do not make. I guess if they do not manufacture it, they will not provide the appropriate customer service. A company should stand behind what they sell. It shouldn't matter where they get their product from. Beware of this! I will no longer be wasting my time or money with this crappy company.

I had a wonderful buying experience from Shelby the other day. As always, she was friendly and passionate about her service to others. She provided great feedback on what I was looking for and happy with the availability in store. Even on the busiest shopping day of the year I found everyone very helpful and friendly through the whole buying experience. Thank you PSA!

Trying to get a store on the phone is like trying to get into the White House. No body is that busy. Everytime I call it goes to customer service for online orders. If I wanted customer service I would have called them. Was charged 30.00 too much but live 3.5 hours away and trying to find a solution is damn near impossible because you canΓÇÖt get someone that can make a decision. I managed retail for over 30 years and can honestly say their customer service sucks. All they want is your money and they are done with you

Love how sales person says they will go in back to grab a new "in the box" weapon you want to purchase and brings back the same display/floor model that hundreds of ppl have handled and played with. Don't play dumb with your customers is all I'm saying, it makes your business look bad..Do better folks!!

11/27/24 I was in Savannah today on business and dropped by the store to ask a few questions about a rifle I was interested in. I arrived at 0935 hrs and the doors were open and employees were busy working. When I stepped in I was met by two employees who promply told me they did not open untill 1000 hrs. I have never been to a PSA store and did not know thier buisness hours. I do not what 25 minutes would have mattered to ask a few questions but it seems like this is not good customer service.

If you're thinking about buying anything gun related, I'd think twice about calling, shopping online, or walking into Palmetto State Armory. They're great if you buy something, but if you need help, forget about it. They don't answer the phone, don't answer emails....silence if you need help. I used to like this company, but man, it appears they would prefer you spend your hard earned dollars somewhere else. Update: Here we are two days later, and still nothing. I did get a reply to this review, saying it would be escalated, but no calls, no emails, nothing. I paid for a gift certificate nearly two weeks ago and still have not received it. So at this point, it looks like they're keeping my money, and not going to give me anything in return. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE

Just left there about 20 minutes ago. The guy behind the gun counter I believe his name was Edward. Was the rudest person? I've met that work behind the counter he looked at me like wasn't allowed to be there. I ask for a certain firearm all he did was Point and say there over there

I have been to this business more than a dozen times, most times leaving spending $2000 or more on a new firearm for my collection. Everytime I have gone there as a woman I can feel the chauviniatic stench radiating from most of the male employees. They have made me feel like an idiot or not serious about my gun ownership. In the past three months I have spent almost 7k on firearms and accessories and it would be nice to feel welcome and not like a leper when asking questions. I have heard this from other women as well so it's not a "me" thing. I'll take my business elsewhere if my woman cash isn't good enough.

Been looking at this store online. Being new to GA, I decided to take a ride over. Not overly impressed. Lots of black guns and plastic. Good Sig selection. No used gun section and nothing vintage. I would not buy clothes there.70.00 for Chinese flip flops, and the same price for Chinese microfiber shorts. No 222 or 22-250 ammo that I could find. Fishing stuff is generic. No top end stuff. I am more of a blued steel and wood vintage guy, so this place is not for me

5 Star Customer Service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I shop online 99% of the time however was near due to work and stopped by. Good Prices and everyone I talked to made me feel Welcomed which isn't always the case
