First time coming to the parma armory and I was was blown away at how professional and knowledgeable the staff are. I made an online order and come In to pick it up. The gentleman at the store counter was able to answer all my questions professionally and accurately. I have made firearm purchases at "big box stores" and can say with confidence that the parma armory has earned a new customer for all my future firearm and accessories purchases.

Most unprofessional workers. Was just in and had a worker laugh at me and not give much help at all. Then I called my brother in law that was in the store yesterday that saw the firearms I was looking for so he could tell me where he saw it... the same worker decided to cause a scene like I was robbing the place because I was on the phone in the store. First time here after driving 45 minutes and wouldn't ever come back. Update: was laughed at and told I have to special order from the gun maker... yet I just found the gun right down the street at range usa. 🤣 Update: As I expected from reading other responses the owner has made to complaints he will only justify his employees actions. Unfortunately as a supervisor of 40 plus employees I have to review cameras daily as well. If the owner investigated properly he would have seen the first gentleman attempted to help me but did not find the firearm. That is when the second guy "attempted to help" he literally laughed told me that it was a gun that needs specially ordered. That is when I told him that I was told it was in the shop used. His literally words were " oh let's go look I'm not aware but if we have one I want to see it myself". This was the exact guy that did not kindly ask me to step in the hallway. My feelings were not hurt as I said I'm a supervisor so I try to hold myself and others to some kind of standard. Unfortunately you do not hold your folks to a standard. It seemed more of a retaliatory scene made not a reminder because I was a little rude with my response after he laughed and talked to me like I was not educated on purchasing a new stealth arms.As his response was preserved as he was being cocky once I told him I heard it was used NOT new.Do better as a business owner cameras do not always tell the full story. Maybe reiterate to your employees about PERCEPTION. Also I realize you don't know what you're talking about since it was not a REMINDER. It was telling me I had to leave the store because I was on the phone which as you can see on your cameras i was not at the gun counter. So please don't make up stories to try making you and your employees look better.

Don't use them for FFL dealer. They don't know the law established by the ATF! They make up their own rules... choose a diff dealer. This entire place is a joke and has refused to transfer me my firearms. Everyone I've ran my situation by, including other gun stores and the regional ATF office, advised me to stay away and do business elsewhere! Update: I have no idea who you think I am but that scenario has nothing to do with me. Sorry, WRONG customer. Your unprofessionalism within your response proves my point to do business with a gun store who knows and follows the law, doesn't make up their own internal policy, and can speak to their customers with respect!

Andre and Justin were awesome! I took the CCW class on the 15th because I wanted to get some experience before going for a job in law enforcement, and the way they taught and explained everything was amazing! I originally was going to go to select fire in Berea because it's closer to me but after taking the class, seeing the pricing, and getting to know the instructors I'm so glad I went to Parma Armory and will definitely be back to shoot and make my first firearm purchase! P.S Free pizza felt like a dream!!

People were very friendly. It was clean, and the shooting ranges were well lit. The RSO's were very attentive, and their was a good number of them so they could keep a watchful eye on everyone. The target retrieviel track system is state of the art, with distances, in 5 foot increments from 15 to 40 feet. I was told that they also have a longer range, if that's what you want. Also, the range was well ventilated and at a comfortable temp.

Jimmy was able to help my fiance and I purchase a Smith and Wesson 2.0. He was extremely helpful and nice throughout the entire process. I highly recommend coming into Parma Armory!! Jimmy you rock!

Yesterday was a great mood thanks to Ben! He spent a lot of time with us so that we could have a good time! Especially the children! In general, the entire staff is very friendly! Sincerely grateful to Ben! We will recommend this place to everyone and will definitely come back there too!

My girlfriend and I took the First Shooters course and had a great time! Dave and Troy were excellent instructors who were engaging and entertaining. Class length was perfect with a good balance of classroom presentation and range time. Facilities were very cool and we canΓÇÖt wait to come back!

What a great place! The indoor archery range (Bow ONLY) is a nice twist! Making it an all around great place to shoot, rent, buy and maintain your weapons. Faith in the office is phenomenal!! The BEST ΓÇ£BANGΓÇ¥ for your buck is the membership! Highly recommend if youΓÇÖre learning firearm basics and they offer tons of classes as well!

I canΓÇÖt say enough positive things about Parma Armory. IΓÇÖm a newbie and was very nervous and intimidated going in to try out and purchase my first firearm. The facility is very nice and the employees treated me so well. They were patient and kind and never once made me feel uncomfortable or embarrassed for asking all my questions and needing help in the range. The gentleman in the range even took the time to stay with me and help me out and give me some very helpful tips. I will be going regularly now. All around a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this place.

I have taken my the CCW class, and the Sentinel class thus far and I very pleased with the knowledge displayed by the instructors in both classes. They are very aware of the varying degrees of skill in class and do a great job of explaining things so that each person, regardless of their skill, will understand. Also, they are just a fun group of people. I look forward to the many classes I will be enrolling in.

Awesome Experience Harold the range safety officer was super polite and knowledgable. Gave me a quick 101 on firing and IΓÇÖm super grateful to have had him help, as it was my first time using any fire arm, and being at a range. Staff were super polite and encouraging, and I had a great time!

I took the womenΓÇÖs only first shots class with Candy and it was an absolutely incredible experience! IΓÇÖm so happy that they offer this class, and it was such a positive experience being around other women for my first shots ever. Candy is an amazing instructor!!

The only place I'll take a new shooter to. Clean, professional, VERY friendly staff. Get a lane upstairs if you're shooting handguns. Rifles are on the ground floor only. The fresh air system they have is fantastic! Little to no gun rage smell, and very good lighting. This place has ruined all other ranges for me. Simply the best setup for indoor shooting.
