A gun shop that makes me feel safe with friendly staff and a wide selection. My favorite part is that they don't judge and try to educate you properly even if you don't have a lot of experience. They also have everything just out on the floor for you to handle and try out which is great. The indoor range is clean and well maintained. Range Safety Officer is a nice touch too.

ParroΓÇÖs Gun Shop in Waterbury is a great place to visit for indoor shooting enthusiasts. The gun displays were clear and well-organized, making it easy to identify different categories. The staff was highly professional and made safety their top priority, which was very reassuring. Additionally, thereΓÇÖs plenty of parking space available, which is convenient. I gave them 4 stars mainly because the shooting range had a limited selection of guns. While they had plenty of guns for sale, the options for shooting were more restricted. Also, the companyΓÇÖs system froze for about an hour, which delayed us. To make matters worse, they initially didnΓÇÖt have the guns we wanted to shoot. Fortunately, someone quickly arrived with the specific guns we requested, so we still got the chance to use them. Otherwise, we would have ended up using what was available, which wasnΓÇÖt our first choice. If youΓÇÖre a beginner, youΓÇÖll need to take a quick video class and answer safety-related questions. The staff reviews your answers, corrects any mistakes, and explains the most important safety guidelines before letting you enter the indoor range or handle firearms. This process takes about 20-30 minutes if youΓÇÖre alone or with one other person. For the experience, be prepared to spend at least $100 if you plan to shoot for 30 minutes to an hour. You can bring your own eye and ear protection (like glasses and earbuds or earmuffs), but if you donΓÇÖt, youΓÇÖll need to rent them, which adds to the cost. Overall, ParroΓÇÖs is just 25 minutes away from Burlington, and itΓÇÖs worth visiting with friends for a fun indoor adventure. ItΓÇÖs exciting, but also requires serious attention to safety. If youΓÇÖre up for it, this is definitely a place to check out!

Absolutely amazing gun shop and range! Parros has a huge inventory and it is immaculately laid out and well presented. There are 10 lanes at the range, it was very affordable and it was a pleasure to shoot here, I will definitely be back!

What's not to like? Staff is awesome, the place is clean, and I hardly ever have a wait to get on the range. They run some killer deals, as well. I live in Burlington. The 30 minute drive is always worth it.

Fantastic firearm store with indoor range. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They offer classes in firearm safety and handling. They are great for those less comfortable with firearms. My wife was very nervous and hesitant but had a great experience.

Great place. Went there to pick something up and ordered another item that I did not have a certain part for for installation. The gentleman working behind the counter offered to get it installed at Parros before I went home, great service!

I love this place. plenty of guns to choose from and a great place to waste time. I stopped by when I brought my sister to go skiing at a resort near here. Also they have you take a gun safely course which is pretty cool and they take safety seriously.

I've been in Parro's gun shop several times and I'm always greeted by there friendly and helpfull staff on the sales floor. At the range the range officers are very knowledgeable and we're quick to help with some useful pointers on how to shoot and sight in my guns. Also I dropped off a pistol to be worked on and sighted in on a Friday and was called on Monday to say it was done. It was great to finally meet the owner of this amazing shop as well.

Today was my second visit at the Parros Indoor Range. They have a huge inventory of gun rentals and the security is paramount at the range. Staff are pros and will provide you tips and tricks to help you out to get better. As a Canadian I highly recommend this place to my fellow canadians law-abiding gun owners to visit Parros. Hope Polievre gonna walk the talk and repeal thos useless gun bans.

I can't believe that a place this awesome even EXISTS in Vermont (and I have lived in Vermont my whole life). The staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable, and the shooting range was fantastic. And last but DEFINITELY not least, they had two guns that I have been wanted to rent and shoot for many years now, which was the Desert Eagle .50 AE, and the .500 S&W Magnum. I HIGHLY recommend this place to ANYONE!

You can store a weapon here if you plan on visiting Canada. This is what I did. This sounds like an easy service to find, but it's not. Amazing selection and shooting range too.

Largest selection of guns, ammo, and accessories available. We shopped and used the indoor firing range, which was a blast (pun intended!). The store associates and gun experts were friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. Felt no pressure whatsoever to make a purchase, but was listened to and given thoughtful recommendations based on my specifications. Highly recommend for gun owners and operators at every level.

We has been receivied like kings in their kindoms, they accept Canadien citizen. They already know Trudeau is an asshole. That was the conclusion of our trip in the other side of the border, and what a nice end for our trip !!! Thank for sensation, it will be a very good memories. We shot with full auto C4, .50 desert eagle and more We will be back for our next trip!!

I had used ParroΓÇÖs in the past, however, recently I went in to have a firearm looked at, purchased a new one and bought some ammo. The guy on the floor was incredibly pushy and condescending. He spoke to me as if I had no experience. Staff behind the counter was good, the gunsmith was good. But that one salesman makes me not want to return.

Nous sommes des touristes français et nous sommes à aller tester le tir au stand de tir parros. Nous étions quatre a tiré de 13 à 50 ans , les instructeurs étaient très patient, il nous on expliqué correctement les mesures de sécurité il nous on fait choisir les armes en fonction de notre capacité et de nos choix. C’était une expérience inoubliable à vivre à faire au moins une fois dans sa vie, si vous passez par là.

This gun range is awesome! They take SAFETY very seriously well organized and they have a lot of gun to choose from for rentals. We were 3 canadians with little gun experience and we enjoyed our time there. Prices are honest and the gun instructors / range officials are professionnal and will answer all the questions you might have. Highly recommend this place and we'll be back for sure
