Great place to get a few down range. My son and I go here all the time. The guys that work there are all cool and are very helpful and very knowledgeable.

I tried to purchase a gun nobody told me if my background check didnΓÇÖt come back good they would charge 15% beware of their hidden fees they got me. I was unaware that I have to wait 3 years after a withheld adjudication of a felony.

I frequent this Range regularly. I was in the range when the guy wrote the review about them only checking his rifle ammo. That was false. They check everyoneΓÇÖs ammo when shooting a rifle to make sure they arenΓÇÖt shooting greentip as it tears up the back of the range. I also had a rifle on me at that time and bought ammo because I only had greentip on me. But as a regular customer I know and respect the rules and knew to use the recommended ammo. All of the guys behind the counter are equally friendly and great at their job. The guy must have had a chip on his shoulder. I recommend this range entirely!

Depending on who’s behind the counter the rules very I found out. I am 43 yo I’ve been coming here since I was a kid with my father. Now today they want me to take rifle out of bag and check my ammo for the first time in 43 years. Got booted out because of my 556 rounds. What ever you make sure you bring in range ammo only. Or it just May been me. Lolol… well I will be saying GOODBYE to Pembroke Gun Range. It’s been fun. And Sad to say changed my father’s mind up about this place as well. Stay true to your customers Pembroke. And they will stay true to you. And why didn’t you check anyone else’s bags?? Just me out of 8 people.. wow

Wanted to give a special shout out to the team over at Pembroke Gun & Range. I mishandled my firearm and got the clip stuck, upon arrive they brought me right to the back and started working on the firearm and within minutes had the clip removed. They even went to the back and shot a couple test rounds to make sure the firearm was working properly. Additionally, they recommended me to contact Walther Arms Inc. about my cracked frame because they have a lifetime warranty. Walther replaced the frame and had my firearm back to me within a week. I really appreciate you guys.

New to the Florida area from Texas. Staff helpful and friendly. They go out of their way to give you info that you ask for. Nice selection of firearms. The range is old school but practical. Coming from the Texas Hill Country to South Florida is definitely a change. This will suffice while I search for an outdoor range. Definitely a go to.

Staff is super friendly, funny and professional. If youΓÇÖre a beginner, donΓÇÖt hesitate to ask for tips and a bit of training. Staff seemed to actually enjoy helping and talking to customers. Ammo is reasonably priced and they have a decent selection of guns to choose from. Highly recommend.

Always shooting here since 2019, came in 3 days ago Nick the manager who always took care of me with buying suppressors and the form 4 apparently cant help me anymore because heΓÇÖs no longer the manager even though the suppressor is right there and hes here as well, they said I not have to schedule with someone else and come back again. Most the employees left everything just feels off. The old guy with the same white beater isnΓÇÖt here anymore his gambling debt probably caught up with him tho. So sad

**Disrespectful Behavior** Steven's behavior as an instructor is completely unacceptable. He was openly disrespectful and dismissive toward customers. His rude remarks and unprofessionalism create a hostile environment, which is the last thing you want when dealing with firearms.

Steve gave me a shooting lesson and all I felt from him was little patience, ignorance, sexism ΓÇ£your taking so long like your giving birth, weΓÇÖre not having a baby weΓÇÖre shootingΓÇ¥. His comments felt like unneeded jabs. His teaching methods are horrible and so is his attitude. Not to mention he was over twenty minutes late.

We had out of state guests and found a Groupon for this range for 4 people. When we showed up, 2 employees told us how much they don’t like Groupon, and how Groupon made the advertisement without them and this is why there is a lot of miscommunication in what is included. They actually told us that Groupon deal does not work in our favor… (sooo a scam?). We wanted to forget about Groupon and still try to have a good time. We asked how much would it cost to book an instructor and rent all the guns, buy ammo etc. We also asked if they can apply the amount of Groupon towards rentals (the answer was no of course). Instructor showed up and made my friend hold the gun, kept pointing out on all the things my friend was doing wrong apparently in aggressive way but then claimed he was giving us a free training. I informed him I didn’t feel comfortable shooting guns with someone with bad energy and so angry. He was saying how he’s not angry and proceeded to show us his casino coins he gambled in the morning. Needless to say, we left. We were hoping to ask for manager or owner as we are sure they could shed some light on why we couldn’t stay here and purchase whatever it is they are selling…

I came to Florida in 1992. This range was there. Many years. Still a great place to shoot and purchase ammunition and accessories.

This place is not for non-experienced person. I call before to make sure everything was possible. The Guy said yeah you can try no problem. Took a 20 min uber ride just to make sure I could try gun shooting for the first time. Turns out they wont let me IN because itΓÇÖs my first time. They ask to book an appointment with an instructor 120$/h. What a waist of time.

I have been coming here using the range since around 1979. I never had a bad experience. The neighborhood is not good, but the experience is still good. I was just there again last week, and the man helping me to purchase a new gun was very knowledgeable about all the guns, had lots of patience, answered a lot of questions, because I am an older woman now with physical issues. I thought their selection of pistols was fine. My husband and I ended up purchasing three. Prices are around the same as other local places.
