My family and I came from Minot to visit the shooting range before we made the 2 HOUR and 30 minutes drive we called and asked till what time they would be open they stated that they’d be open till 9PM so we started to make our drive we arrived at 4:30 PM when we were greeted by the nastiest old blonde woman that asked what we were there for we stated we wanted to go to the shooting range in which she was closing early at 5 due to being “under manned” which was NEVER stated when we called to check their hours.. we then explained our situation and she beings raising her voice at me and my family stating “well I’ve been running back and forth all day long and haven’t had lunch” we said we’re sorry and asked if there is nothing that can be done for us taking in to account our situation she then began to yell stating “you want me to stay open longer with no lunch just for you that’s not going to happen we are closing at 5” overall terrible experience horrible customer service she also blamed this all on her boss being on vacation in Florida?? For some reason… if I could give this place 0 stars I would…

IΓÇÖm in the military stationed at Minot ND which is 2 Hours away from this store my Family from Florida came to visit me and Wanted to shoot my new guns at the range We called in advance where a worker at the store told us the shooting range will be open until 9pm we got into the car and drove 2 Hours to arrive at the store at around 4:35pm when we entered the store we were met by a middle aged blonde woman with a disgusting attitude who told us she was closing down the range at 5pm and we could not use it when I questioned why on the phone did you guys say It will be open at 9pm she said Because thatΓÇÖs when they normally close but today sheΓÇÖs closing at 5pm because she hasnΓÇÖt gotten to eat today I said well that doesnΓÇÖt seem fair and told her the circumstances I was under and she said ΓÇ£so you want me to go without eatingΓÇ¥ I said yes please she said ΓÇ£no we are closedΓÇ¥ and then proceeded to talk about how sheΓÇÖs mad her boss is in Florida and she isnΓÇÖt where I dont see how that is me the customers fault this whole over all experience is sickening I will never be using this store again and recommend others the same if you are a functional business you take care of your customers not act like itΓÇÖs there fault you have to do your job absolutely pathetic

Best place in town to get expertise and have a fun experience. Nick and his team also provide the best service in town quickly and efficiently. I had another shop in town work on my 2011 and it wasn't running as it should and they had me up and going in no time, correcting some tuning mistakes. They also have amazing prices and the range is by far the nicest in the area. Life time customer here.

The range is small, but adequate. The man behind the counter was very kind and helpful. There is a great selection of pistols for purchase.

Nick & Luke were great to work with for my CCW class. Price was excellent and they made the process super simple.

They sold me a firearm that turned out to be stolen. Police took it and Personal Defense Center won't give refund. Told me I have to get refund from victim advocacy fund. In other words I'm screwed. They make money selling stolen guns. Is it legal?

I had a GREAT experience with Blake during my first personal shooting lesson. He taught me the safety basics, how to take apart and assemble my gun, and then moved on to actual shooting. He was very encouraging and I very much appreciated him going at my pace. I will definitely be back soon!

Just visited their indoor range that is accessible to the public (non-member) with my son. It was clean, air conditioned, and appeared to be well taken care of. All three employees were friendly, professional, and polite; 5/5 stars.

Rude workers. Won't work with you on pawn items. they utterly refused on tools i brought in to pawn. Always gave me a low price on a gun I was wanting to pawn
