Had a great time here. We were able to skeet shoot some clay pigeons. If you dont have clays or a machine with you, they got you covered. Also happy to hear that they have a 500yrd range. Membership is a fair price just call head for a time slot.

This was our first time out and we really had an amazing time. The price for the yearly membership is extremely fair and you get to be out on the land by yourself. Plenty of land all around and great spots for shooting rifles and handguns. No one there rushing you either. We hung out, shot targets and enjoyed a great time. Will definitely be going back again.

We recently booked poetry, shooting club for bachelor party. We all had a blast! We started out shooting rifle at 100 yards and then went to 200 yards. Then went on to shoot Clay pigeons. We spent the last hour shooting pistols and enjoying every minute of it. If youΓÇÖre looking for a private place to shoot outdoors, this is a great spot.

Walter was great! The ability to do everything at your own pace and not having to watch over your shoulder for someone else messing around is very much appreciated.

I missed my time today due to the severe weather in North Texas. This guy text me accusing me of always missing when I have missed 2 times in the almost 5 years I have been going which I paid for... I never complained about other people being out there and cutting into my time or this guy taking forever to come outside and cutting into my time... but he wants to tell me today it's a pattern with me and I need to pay double for missing? It's quiet if you don't mind blaring sun in your face the whole time, they could at least offer some type of overhead shade... I definitely will not be returning after this though... this guy thinks he's the only person with land in Texas and can treat people like this lol...

Great shooting range, always have a good time when I come here! Nice and peaceful, itΓÇÖs by appointment only so you have the range to yourself. I definitely recommend Poetry shooting club!!

Great place near Dallas to take your pup out to work some quail. Terrain reminds me of the Texas Rolling Plains. The Owner was an amazing man thats super nice and easy to work with.

Walter is very cordial and accommodating, allowing us to reserve a time spot, even though it was kind of last minute today. Being there by yourself and your party with no pressure from other shooters, taking your time and having nothing but the birds and wind to listen to is nothing short of amazing. Sighted in a handgun with a red dot optic and was able to shoot at 12, 25, 50 and 75 yards. Then afterwards had a great conversation with Walter. Do yourself a favor and call him today.

Great shooting range and best thing is you get the whole range to yourself. Owner gives great instructions, highly recommend checking this range out, especially if your into shooting out to 600-700 yards. Shooting benches are heavy duty concrete. Will be visiting this range a lot getting ready for hunting season

Nice, quiet place to shoot. Walter is very laid back. Great, private and loooooong range for use at a very competitive and fair price. Not as crazy as public range, was able to really give my kids 6, 8 a chance to get some practice with fundamentals. I shot my ar-10 at 400 yards and we were all plinking with .22 and 9mm. Excellent price, a little bit of a drive but it is well worth it.

We had a great time. Walt is the best. He's professional, extremely attentive and knowledgeable. Everything we needed for our day of shooting was thought of and done.

Great place to shoot long range. Has spots at 100/200/300/400/500/600 yards. Owner is very easy to deal with and you reserve 2 hours to yourself. Would highly recommend.

I decided to check this range out and I'm glad I did! The big range is in increments of 100 yards out to about 600 and still another that goes all the way out to 700. There is concrete seating so you're not limited to the prone position. You can drive to each target which is awesome in the warmer months. Walter, who runs the club, seems like a really nice guy and their rates are great. It's a nice little drive and the whole area is really scenic. Great place all around!

Amazing distance on the outdoor range, very friendly place and a good price. I am from out of state and this was the perfect place to get warmed up and dialed in for my hunts. I might need to come back for a quail hunt sometime! For anyone looking to hunt privately here I saw a nice sized doe on the property while we were setting up to shoot, so definitely give this place a look!

A great place to go shooting. Since its a private club you feel like you have the whole place to yourself which is really wonderful since its a lovely area. The rifle range out to 700 yards gives you plenty of room to stretch your rifles legs out too. I dont think I can go back to shooting at public ranges after visiting here.

Had a great time with a few friends in a super relaxed environment for a reasonable price. Pistol, shotgun and rifle are all okay to shoot and the rifle range goes out as far as 700 yards. It is all outside and not much shade, but otherwise an ideal place to spend a few hours outside shooting.

I was there today and it is a great place to shoot, escpecially if you want to shoot long range. This is my new favorite range. I will start visiting more frequently.

This place is awesome! I live in Dallas and the drive is decently close and very easy to get to. Walter is very accommodating and very easy to get a hold of. I usually send him a text with my desired range time and he usually responds within an hour to advise if the time is available or not. I can only go on Saturday's or Sunday's and I have yet to be turned away. I am preparing for an upcoming rifle elk hunt and his long distance range is definitely helping me get dialed in for my long distance scenarios. The gravel road and the dirt road to the different yardage markers are very well maintained (I drive an Infiniti G35 and have no issues driving down either of them). Thank you Walter for such a great place and I look forward to coming out there again. Looking forward to a duck hunt or two as well this year out there.
