This location has a decent range. The limited lanes and less than adequate air circulation had me concerned. The selection of firearms and ammunition for purchase and packages for firing are nothing to turn your nose up at. Which I appreciated. A military discount was a welcomed surprise for sure. My disappointment came from two less than stellar employees that did burn range time for my group. Zac, the RSO was particularly upsetting to interact with, stating,ΓÇ¥-that just doesnΓÇÖt make sense, kinda stupid.ΓÇ¥, when commenting on our firearm selections for renting. Safety is paramount. However, as customers we did not feel it was much a priority of the RSO team to allow for a fun shooting experience. We felt targeted and that there was room to improve on cordiality and rapport with our group. On a good note, Charles was a blessing at the sales counter. He was well mannered and gave a most professional discussion regarding a number of topics and all around good man. And especially funny! If shooting indoors is something that you are attracted in doing, I would recommend visiting the range and get a feel for the isms and ideologies represented. They may not align with your own philosophical concepts on fun, safety, and respect. I hope that I am wrong in my review and that this was merely a fluke in an otherwise successful business.

I first came here for a range day and was pleasantly surprised by how helpful and nice the staff were. I came back to ask about pricing on something. Charles was amazingly knowledgeable and helpful. I signed up for a class and with Charles as the instructor he made it easy to understand and made for a great time. If I need an FFL this is my new go to place! Highly recommended.

I recently completed the 8-hour CCW course at Precision Armory with trainer Charles, and I highly recommend it! The facility has an indoor shooting range, so we were able to complete the shooting qualification right there. You can bring your own handgun or rent one for the qualification portion, and you can bring your own ear & eye protection. If you do not have them, they provide eye and ear protection, which is sanitized after each use. Please note that AR and AK-type pistols, as well as lasers, aren't allowed for qualification, but optics and red dots are fine according to the Sheriff's Association guidelines. Bring 30 rounds of ammo (steel case ammo is not permitted), and you may also buy ammo if you need it. Charles is an excellent instructor. Professional, patient, and thorough in answering all questions. He made the class both informative and engaging with real-life examples. The class was well-structured, with breaks every couple of hours and a one-hour lunch break. He did a great job explaining all the laws and regulations to ensure we were well-prepared for the responsibilities of gun ownership and concealed carry. The next day, I was able to submit my paperwork at the Metropolitan Police Department as a walk-in paid $99 fee. Early morning is the best time to go. I was in and out within 1.5 hours, including the fingerprints and photo portion. They estimated 4 months to receive my card by mail. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend Precision Armory for anyone looking to take the CCW class!

I did my CCW renewal at Precision Armory with Mr.Charles Arslangiray. Very pleasant experience. Time is flying when the info presented is concise, with real life examples and from time to time funny. The right type of personality to teach you something as important as CCW rules. Highly recommend!

Everyone here is extremely helpful!! Very informative, patient, especially since I'm a newer shooter and have lots of questions for my next purchase. The only very small complaint I have is that the range is a little too dim for me. It is lit, but not very well lit in my honest opinion. This still won't stop me from going, but it would really up the experience if they used brighter lights inside the range.

The worst customer service! I stopped by to check this place out and get some pricing. There were two employees each helping a customer. The one employee was clearly busy showing guns to a customer. The other fellow, who I was patiently waiting for, was just bs'ing with a customer, who, from what I observed, was not even looking at any guns for purchase. Not sure if he even bought anything. In any case, he finally got done and while I was expecting to be the next one called (since I was the only other person there), the employee, then, waits on a couple of guys who had just walked up to the counter. Really?? Am I invisible or is it because I'm a woman? In any case, this place is definitely not getting my business. I have a brother and husband who are avid shooters so you won't be getting their business nor will I recommend this place to anyone asking.

I told the guy working there that I needed ammo for my sons "Judge". He said he knew what ammo it was and gave me the ammo. I left there and my son told me it realized it was not the right ammo, so the next day when I tried to return it, they said they couldn't take it back. I said, "But you guys gave me the wrong ammo", and they still would not take it back. So now I've got ammo for a gun I don't have and no ammo for the gun I do have. Normally it would not be a big deal but they didn't even offer me any kind of solution to help me out at all. Whether it be a discount on the right ammo or whatever but they were just like, "nope, sorry, bye". Horrible customer server skills. Also, these were shotgun shells, so it's not like you could re pack them, so I don't know why they wouldn't take them back.

They initially said they close at 4:30pm on Sunday, but upon returning they closed earlier. Not sure if it was misinformation or what. Cheap pricing so there's that. Mango likes to micromanage. Overrall shop workers are not very personable and act bothered to assist. They seem like they hate when it's busy. There are only a few lanes and 3 people per lane. Not returning based on how small this shop is and their customer service is poor.

Precision Armory has it all. Great selection of pistols and rifles. The prices are reasonable . Large selection of suppressors and a range. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Precision Armory!
