Participated in a shooting match at PAS. Straight forward outdoor range down a county road. Watch out for the turn to get in, I missed it. Bays were well maintain and conveniently placed from one another. Definitely had a good experience and will be coming back

Private range, many different kinds of competitions, from Bullseye pistol to USPSA, and SASS and IDPA. Home of the Northern AZ classic USPSA Championship with close to 300 competitors. Also known as the Yavapai Recreation League.

Too far out of town. Bad dirt road to range. Too many unnecessary or overly restrictive range rules. Too many shooters more interested in policing what other people are doing instead of paying attention to their own range violations.

Prescott Actiom Shooters is an amazing area with 12 ranges & offers a variety of ranges to sight in various firearms. They also offer competitions. Great people work there & they have many positive members and supporters for this club. **It is a little tricky getting there but Google Maps will get ya to the entrance - Hint: Just pass mile marker 297 (within 100 feet) is a dirt road turn off**

Great Cowboy Action Shooting Club.. Shoots on the second Sunday of each month. The group is called "Whisky Row Gunslingers" and they are a really fantastic group of people. Range is about 15 miles out of Prescott on 89 south, left turn on 71, about at mile marker 297 +/-. Come join them, new shooters always welcome! Or, come watch and see if CAS is the shooting sport for you!!
