IΓÇÖve had a great experience both times that I have purchased pistols from Pro Shots in the last week and a half. The first time I stopped by and purchased an Sig Fuse, and the second visit me and my daughter got matching Glocks. Each visit we were greeted and helped by friendly knowledgeable staff who helped us make our selections. They answered any questions that we had along with providing their personal opinions on the multiple firearms we looked at before making a selection. I compared prices on the guns, lights, and red dots with Amazon and other stores and found their prices to either be cheaper or right in line with anywhere else I looked. I would definitely recommend this gun store to anyone looking to purchase a firearm, shoot at their gun range or to take advantage of any of their other services. We will definitely be back to take our concealed carry classes, join the range, and make future purchases from Pro Shots in Rural Hall.

I frequent the shop quite a bit, I was approached by a worker already in a bad mood as he greeted me. I had been standing there waiting for help (I asked for help I wasnΓÇÖt just standing there) I had gotten a couple of side eye looks from some of the workers and ignored. I have an okay experience almost every time I go in. But todayΓÇÖs visit kinda bothers me. I assume because I was covered in soot and dust no one wanted to help me. I went home showered and came back later. A older gentleman helped me out very quickly and was very polite. This town is covered in blue collar workers. I just donΓÇÖt understand why some people judge a book by its cover. This store is way better than that. I hope it was just a bad day for a few people and it gets better for them. Slightly disappointed.

Shot for the first time at pro shots. Got my concealed carry classes done at pro shots. Bought my first pistol at pro shots. Evey time I come to pro shots they help me out and treat me like family, whether its getting ready for the range, getting gunsmithing work done, or just browsing. I always recommend them to friends and family.

First time gun owner, and first time attending an indoor range. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, answering even my stupid questions. I was also able to rent different handguns to help me pick my next. Ammo was reasonably priced. Store and range were clean and organized. I signed up for a membership, it's a great place.

Very friendly and helpful - no matter what your previous experience. Inside shooting range and you can rent different guns to test and compare.

Stopped by today to get some time down range and to get a value on possibly trading my sig in for a Glock 43x. Paul was super helpful and I did not at anytime feel rushed or that he was not fair in his valuation. If pro shots is already a great place to shoot, then Paul makes it that much better!

EVERYTIME I come to ProShots, the staff is extremely helpful. Today, I purchased a new firearm. Chase, Kathryn and Paul were all helpful and instrumental in ensuring that I made the right choice for me. ProShots is the real deal, folks - go visit them!

Don't bother coming here to shoot unless you're going to be coming often. They make you get a membership for $30/month WITH A 6 MONTH COMMITMENT. Not enough time in a day for that to be worth it.

The many times IΓÇÖve been to this gun range the staff have been incredibly accommodating and helpful. They provided excellent guidance and ensured a safe environment for everyone. IΓÇÖm 23 and new to guns but after a class and a 1 on 1 safety lesson, I am more than comfortable and confident. The facility is clean, and well-maintained. Highly recommend for both beginners and experienced shooters!

I just completed my first shooting league here at ProShots and had a blast. The RO was great and very knowledgeable. I got to meet a group of wonderful people. I am looking forward to the summer league in July

I've recently become a member at Proshots and took two pistol classes, my experience is nothing but amazing. The people that work there are awesome and help you so much when you are a beginner. They don't try to sell you something that wouldn't fit you but instead suggest renting and trying different options so you are sure of your purchase when you decide which firearm you want. Richard the instructor is amazing, he makes you feel comfortable but also safe when you attend a class, and always has a good story to make things more enjoyable. To anybody who wants to practice in a safe and family-like environment, I highly recommend Proshots.

I've been multiple times to this range. I've always gotten a 1 month membership but this last time I was told by all 3 employees in the store that not only do they not have a 1 month membership but they never have had a 1 month, only a 3, 6 and 12 month option. I'm not sure why they flat out lie to my face, especially since the store was not busy at all and I'd assume they'd like to make some money. The real kicker is when I got home and looked at their website it gives an option to purchase a 1 month membership online, when I called back to the store to confirm they hung up on me. Don't bother spending your money here go to someplace that doesn't price gouge and where the employees aren't bold face liars. If I could give this store less than 1 star I would. Edit as per the reply from owner. I notice you always seem to accuse people of never being there this is amusing and I have pictures to prove you do have a 1 month membership and it is on your website. If anyone looking at this would like to confirm that make an account on their website and check out the membership options, there is one for a 37 dollar a month membership and I will be posting screenshots of it to the proshots page.

I selected this location as a FFL dealer for a gun transfer from Palmetto State Armory. I messaged the business from their page on their 'text' feature as well as called the next day to advise of my selecting them for a gun transfer. I was given the member and non member transfer pricing only to have the store decline the acceptance for the gun 4-5 days later. I wish it was communicated of the store's unwillingness to accept the shipment so I could change my FFL selection.

We were unable to shoot because we are from Mexico, they showed us a paper that said Mexicans are not on their allowed list, honestly I felt discriminated so we went to another shooting range and they allowed us to shoot with out issues, so I personally donΓÇÖt recommend them

ProShot's, on their website claim "We donΓÇÖt require you to be a member of our facility to enjoy what we have to offer.", however if you go, be prepared to be forced to become a member. If you do not, you can not use the range. It clearly shows on their website you do not need a membership. (I will attach a screenshot below.) I would recommend going elsewhere due to the misleading / misdirection.

ProShots, the gun store and indoor shooting range near Winston-Salem that Budd has owned for 14 years, is on a list maintained by the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives that tracks gun dealers that sold at least 25 guns that were used or suspected of being used to commit a crime, or were in the hands of someone who couldnΓÇÖt legally possess a weapon, over the course of a year.

It used to be a great range to shoot at until they start forcing you to get a membership. Everyone doesn't need a membership if they only come once in a while due to limited time or distance. As well, while there I asked the guy what the membership cost was and he replied, "with it still being winter, it's $99 ". But after looking at their website, I see that they have a monthly option for $37 that he failed to mention. So that honestly makes me feel like he didn't want me there. In which this is ok with me because I'll gladly spend my money elsewhere.

My Swedish Mauser would not fire when I tried it over Thanksgiving. It had been years since last use. The guy at ProShots asked me to give him a few minutes to check it out. He showed me the problem, cosmoline and advised me on how best to clean this up. I learned a lot. I certainly expected to pay, but he said "this is what I do!". Professional and kind! I look forward to returning to support this excellent business.

Their offerings on range usage in extremely misleading. The literature says one thing but I was told a lot of different things not stated in that literature. Very condescending attitude. "We are not open to the public". Will never go there again..

Overpriced firearms, staff talks down to you like you donΓÇÖt know a thing about firearms. I asked if they buy firearms too and when I walked in and told them I had a S&W sdve40 they didnΓÇÖt even bother to look at it cause it was chambered in .40 proceeds to talk down to me for even having such firearm. I go there occasionally just to look at the prices to even see if they have some sort of good deal and today was the last time I go.

Decent store, decent selection, arrogant A$$ behind the counter made my decision to keep my business at Atlas Firearms or elsewhere. IΓÇÖve been in gun stores all over the country and have never been talked to like that.
