Queen City Shooters

Q: Can u use a shotgun thar
A: Only Buck or slug
- Ron Hansel (7 years ago)
Q: Am I allowed to bring my own ammo and what is there a caliber restriction
A: Yes, you can bring your own ammo to shoot through your gun. If you rent a gun, you have to buy their ammo for it. No rounds allowed over 3600 fps.
- Scott Williams (3 weeks ago)
Q: Do you have to have a concealed carry to Shoot your hand gun at the range???
A: You do not need a conceal carry license to shoot at our range.
- Matt Berger (3 years ago)
Q: What is the minimum age to shoot guns in the range with an adult present?
A: Pretty sure as long as they are accompanied by an adult they have no minimum age within reason. If you can safely hold and operate a weapon I'd say they'll let ya shoot they are some pretty good dudes out at Queen city.

Told me Sunday they would buy a gun from me for $550 but the owner who pays for them wouldn't be back until Tuesday. Come back then and he would pay me. Came back and owner said "not interested". Waste of my time and shady people. Beware.

Honestly love this place. They have very fair pricing for transfers and range time and have always been friendly. Bring cash if spending less than $20 and expect a fee for your first time to set up your range card. They were really, really helpful in helping me get set up with Silencershop and ATF eForms for an NFA item. Be sure to check the store hours before you head that way, they close a little earlier than IΓÇÖd like but everyone deserves a life outside work. If you plan on doing a lot of transfers in the future and live in the metro area, IΓÇÖd become familiar with Queen City Shooters.

New customer but IΓÇÖve been an avid Gun owner for over 40 Years My first impression when I walked in was that everyone is welcome. Alex is always happy to see you There is absolutely no price gouging going in and ample selection on firearms and ammo They have set limits on ammo purchases so that everyone can get some, which they explain up front and itΓÇÖs totally understandable. Found an early P220 sig in mint condition for well under the average market price. After our transaction there was none of the rushing you out the door like the box stores in our area do. ItΓÇÖs just a great place to do business

Awesome place to shoot... You can get right in o n a lane and it's cheap to shoot there. They will even clean your gun for around $20 and break it all the way down for those who can't or don't have the tools. They always have cool guns for sale and if they don't have what you're looking for they can get it... Sometimes cheaper than the box stores!!!!

As far as i can tell, Shooters is not a national chain of stores. it used to be private owned by a few guys that are trying to make a living doing something they enjoy doing. I have bought probly 7 guns from them since they been in buisness. At one time they were one of the few stores that would let me layaway a firearm and make payments on it till paid for. It used to be that they could order any firearm for you if it wasent in thier stock.I like to try to utilize what some call mom and pop places, even if price is a little higher than the big chain store. I like that they take the time to answer questions that i have about specific firearms. I dont seem to get that one on one anywhere else local. I hope they can hang in there during theese tough times .

Good little range for what you pay. Excellent transfer fee ($20) as well and they usually have my stuff ready pretty quickly. Honestly feel bad that I don't buy more directly from them. Dude that runs the place has always been cool even when I've been dumb and trying to learn. They have a $20 minimum on debit/credit purchases so I'd recommend bringing cash.

Relatively new to the area but I've already taken my son to the range. The staff was very helpful, knowledgeable and take firearm safety very seriously. Tim Harney, the CCDW training official takes his time in teaching the laws and it was a pleasure to have met him. All of my firearm purches will be from Queen City Shooters!
