I might be related to these people, really! So nice , so helpful, super cool, can't wait to go back! And try some different handguns! I went with my sister and her son , she lives in Helena , I'm from the overtaxed state, California. Had a great experience here, WE'LL BE BACK!!

This is the best gun range/shop in Montana. The guys behind the counter are very helpful. The range is very clean. They have plenty of ammo, guns, mags, and gear you need. If they don't have something, ask them, they will order it for you. Highly recommend them. I have bought more then a handful of guns here.

The shop owner is very kind and helpful. This was my first experience with AK, and it felt great. The prices are much cheaper compared to Las Vegas and Los Angeles. As a tourist, I think itΓÇÖs definitely worth it.

Very nice facility and helpful people. For serious shooters, not a good value. You cannot pick up your brass (even if it falls behind the firing line) and you cannot use any hand loaded ammo. So, to shoot 100 rounds in a 60 minute practice session is $15 of range time and $50 for ammo (45 acp). $65 for one hour of shooting. Yikes!

I donΓÇÖt live in Helena but IΓÇÖve be here once before. I walked in ready to buy something if I was interested. There were two employees there and I was the only customer in there and they didnΓÇÖt acknowledge I even walked through the door. Long haired guy didnΓÇÖt even look up from the computer he was sitting in front of. I was looking in the case at the counter and the other guy was standing on the other side of it right across from me with his hands in his pockets like I wasnΓÇÖt even there. Browsed for 10 minutes and left without a word said to me. In top of that, prices for everything were high. I donΓÇÖt know why anyone would shop here.

Very nice and helpful. Am a old one with a bad right shoulder and they noticed I was having trouble putting up the target. Next thing I knew, target was up. Had good advice about changing the grip on my new LCR 9mm and will be back to try it out.

Super!!! Wir sind letzten Samstag als Touristen zum Schiessen gekommen und wurden herzlich empfangen. Keiner von uns beiden hatte bis dahin Erfahrung mit Waffen. Uns wurde alles sehr genau erklärt, theoretisch sowie praktisch. Im Fokus stand jederzeit der sichere und verantwortungsvolle Umgang mit den Waffen. Wir haben mit Pistolen sowie Gewehren geschossen. Fragen wurden geduldig und kompetent beantwortet, der Preis war moderat und für die hervorragende Leistung mehr als fair. Wir kommen definitv wieder :) Dankeschön nochmal für den tollen Nachmittag.

Very well run shooting range. Prices half of what I am used to paying. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Although I live 80 miles away I plan going back next time I am in Helena. Looking forward to it.

Great experience. My girlfriend was terrified of firearms but wanted to get past that. Took her out here to shoot 9mm pistol. Declined to give her advice and instead just listened to staff. Within 20 minutes she was shooting a 1" group at 5 yards and she was shooting better than me (she didn't have my bad habits) She had a misfire and the staff was all over it within a minute. Professional, safe, and friendly. We will be back!

Store was very clean, everything is easy to find no matter what you're looking for it seems they have some sort of variation from various companies. Barrels, freefloat rails, hand guards, grips, trigger assemblies, buffer tubes, magazines and so much more. The staff was very professional and helpful with any questions I had. I ended up purchasing an OTF Cobra Tech knife and the salesman helping me was able to answer any questions I had And was willing to show me multiple knives so I could get an idea of what I was looking for. I will definitely be coming back in the future and recommending my friends to check them out for firearms, parts, and all other gear.

Range rules do not allow you to collect your own brass. When I asked why, the response was, ΓÇ£the expended brass is toxicΓÇ¥. Also, purchased an item, recommended by the store employee. It did not fit. Tried to return it to get my $15 back. The store manager said I destroyed the packaging, and therefore could only offer in store credit. But your employee recommended this product, it is only $15, IΓÇÖm a retiree and could use the cash. Manager dug his heels in and rudely refused, then retreated to his office. I have returned items to other stores over the years, never had a problem. In researching, MT law allows for in store credit only. So range 406 is within their right. ItΓÇÖs just bad business and the rude manager has me going elsewhere.

Contacted them 3 times twice on the phone and once in person. Could not be troubled to order the Rifle I wanted. Didnt really try to help me find a rifle either. Basically if they didnt have it they didnt care. Store was clean and well organized just needs better staff.

Had a great experience here trying out two glocks before purchasing a 10mm for bear protection. They didnΓÇÖt have the glock 40 for rent but one of the workers was nice enough to let me try his personal gun. Best price on the gun purchase i could find anywhere including online. Would definitely recommend
