Questions & Answers

Q: WILL YOU BE OPENED ON 11/30/18 AND 12/01/18?

A: There's no way to know with the way the weather has been you need to check their website the day of or the day before but with the weather the way it is I'm gonna guess no due to flooding the sportsmans club is built on a flood plain so when it rains its usually not open.

- One round loaded at a time, no magazined or "clips" as the RSO calls them - Absolute sub 80IQ person in charge. Like seriously the cost has to be a flat dollar amount because I'd bet my truck the guy couldn't make change. Like 4 teeth and a "ya know... 556 and 233 are different" level of cognitive ability. - Rules that seem like they were made up by a Prozac popping, trans activist kindergarten teacher. - Blatant contempt for customers; for no reason I could decern even though I didn't walk over to investigate. He was up this guy's ass 4 times in 20 minutes while the guy was shooting slowly from a bench. - Overpriced - Never open - When it is open, it actually isn't because half of it is off limits - Looks like a dump If you were do a story about every worst stereotype having to do with guns, ranges, p2A and the like and you described this place and were just honest. No one besides a blind schizophrenic on their 4th booster shot would believe it. It's that bad. Edited: I went years ago. I just came across this embarrassment on Google maps in 2023 and could not believe it was still open. I called the number on the website to confirm. No answer, not surprised. And left a message asking if it was indeed open. No response, even less surprised. Maybe this embarrassing pile has improved. Probably not. You could risk it. But I warn you, do not bring your friends. They will go with you and assume you've been before, liked your experience, and wanted to share it with them. They will then check your truck for Trans activist flag bumper stickers thinking they missed something with you that's now apparent.

IΓÇÖve been to this shooting range a handful of times, but after my most recent experience, IΓÇÖm done for good. The employees here have always been rude, and itΓÇÖs clear they treat regular customers with disdain unless youΓÇÖre one of their personal buddies. ItΓÇÖs a shame because the facility itself is decent, but the service is appalling. The last straw for me was when they treated my father, a retired police officer and veteran, like garbage. He asked if they offered a law enforcement discount, as most ranges do, and the employee shot him down, saying only active law enforcement would get one. Then, my dad asked about a military discount, which is standard at many places. The response? "Nope." When my dad expressed his surprise, the employee turned to his coworker to ask if a retired veteran could get a discount, and the coworker said it was up to him. The employee then turned back to my dad and said, ΓÇ£Yeah, no. Nothing I can do for ya.ΓÇ¥ ItΓÇÖs appalling to see such blatant disrespect, especially toward someone who has served both in law enforcement and the military. For a place that should value service members and law enforcement, this was completely unacceptable. If you're looking for a place that treats its customers with any sort of respect, do yourself a favor and skip this one. There are far better ranges out there that know how to treat their patrons properly.

The website advises calling ahead to ensure range officers are available to open the facility. When I called, the phone was answered with a simple ΓÇÿhello,ΓÇÖ so I asked if they were open. The response I received was dismissive: ΓÇÿI answered the phone, didnΓÇÖt I?ΓÇÖ This lack of professionalism and courtesy made me decide to take my business elsewhere. Our group of six ended up visiting another range where we enjoyed a welcoming, respectful environmentΓÇöat no cost. Experiences like this arenΓÇÖt beneficial for the shooting community, especially for new shooters who deserve to feel welcomed and respected. ItΓÇÖs disappointing to see an establishment display such disregard for creating a positive environment in the sport.

Had a great time at the range. Everyone is polite and respectful. Dave took time to help me sight in rifles and give helpful tips. Grateful to have a well run range in the area where people can advance their skills.

I went there for the first time today. 09/02. The place was well run, efficient. Instructions for newcomers were clear. Thanks Dave for a great day.

Love the place and especially the staff, but not open enough to pay for membership. Closed on sunny days due to a non flooding.
