I ordered a magazine online on 2/1/2025 and was told I should receive it on 2/4/2025 without having no shipping confirmation or details about product being shipped and I canΓÇÖt get intouch with anyone,when i call some guy always saying the person who does orders isnΓÇÖt there or out on sick leave and he doesnΓÇÖt know anything about my purchase online

They don't answer their phones. I've called them 5 times over a period of four days. I can't leave them a message to call me back because their mailbox is always full. What a waste of my time. over the past 6 months of going to the range I've experienced good employees in store. Maybe they should put on their outgoing voicemail that we do not answer the phone nor will we let you leave a message so don't keep wasting your time calling us.

Overall, it is a good place to get some indoor target practice in. There's a wide range of possible weapons that can be used and rented at the facility. The prices are good and the range lighting

Nov 30 @ 13:15 Upon entering we were immediately greeted by Austin he asked what services we needed then directed us to the sales area. I have some experience with firearms and training but Austin's knowledge was far superior. He didn't use his experience to tell us how little we knew about the different brands but to teach us what we needed to know before making a purchase. He showed us a few pieces and then we completed the paperwork to make a purchase. We truly appreciate Austin sharing his valuable insights and expertise with us, we'll continue to shop and shoot at this location.

Been once definitely going back I'll ask for a longer lane next time. I see a lot of people complain about the heat, yeah it was hot but I was taught to train in the heat it's good if you train in uncomfortable situations you can perform in all situations. Staff is awesome I'll be back

I've never been here before, the employees were all super nice, and I'd go back, but the range was so HOT! Yes it's summer, but either the AC wasn't on or it was broken. My glasses kept fogging up, and I was sweating when I left, maybe I'll go back when it cools down outside and try again, otherwise I'd give it 5 stars, good range, good price. Nifty digital target distance device.

I visited the range yesterday and it was not well-maintained. The building inside the range desperately needs refurbishing, and the temperature inside was over 100 degrees at noon with some vents not working. The place was not clean, with missing and filthy ceiling tiles, spent rounds scattered throughout the range area, and no one seemed to care about maintenance. The parking situation was good, but an employee parked his car in a no-parking zone despite an empty lot. Overall, the range needs a lot of attention and care, and I'm hesitant to return under these conditions.

Came to the store last week to pick up a weapon i purchased but i couldn't get it because the workers say they manager only does the process but he's not there. Still waiting for a call to this day for my weapon

Tony assessed my gun and gave me a fair price to use for an in store purchase. He matched me with a gun perfect for my everyday use and my specific needs/wants. It helps to know what youΓÇÖre looking for, for sure. Mitch on the range also helped me get used to my new gun. Not a black owned spot but all the employees the day I went in were black and knowledgeable. Mitch trained at police academy and was super kind, with effective instructions. 10/10 will be back for sure. Shoutout to whoever hired the crew in there. Good hands.

I visited this range last week. There were several others using the range. The range had several pools of water on the floor at several locations, possibly from a roof leak. The air in the range had the strong smell of gunpowder. I didn't notice much ventilation in the range. I developed a headache after leaving the range. I have used several indoor gun ranges in metro Atlanta, and never encountered such a strong smell of gunpowder.

Everyone was extremely professional. They take safety very seriously and I felt accommodated throughout the entire process. The prices are reasonable and all of the staff went above and beyond to assist.

They are racist. People left their lane and asked for help and got confrontational about someone else weapon not asking the owner of the weapon why he isnΓÇÖt following safety protocols ruined our whole booking left immediately

I recently visited Range, Guns & Safe and was thoroughly impressed! The facility is top-notch, with a clean and welcoming environment. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, making me feel comfortable and confident throughout my visit. The range itself is well-maintained and safe, with adequate lanes to accommodate shooters of all levels. I appreciated the variety of targets and the option to rent guns and equipment. The safety briefing and guidance provided by the range officers were clear and reassuring. I also took advantage of the on-site gun shop and found a great selection of firearms and accessories. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Range, Guns & Safe, and can't wait to go back! Whether you're a seasoned shooter or a beginner, this range has something for everyone. 4 stars and highly recommended, the fifth star I reserve as a means of motivation to further improve the installation!

Irritated Went to take my son for his birthday after driving in town only for it to be closed early and no sign of new business hours. Disappointing Either update info in Maps or have Update details posted. Waste of time and we couldn't make it to another location so He went back home 2 hour drive

This was by far the worst range experience IΓÇÖve ever had. First off, when we walked in, the lady behind the counter was rude and unhelpful, but customer service isnΓÇÖt even what I worry about at shooting ranges. ItΓÇÖs safety that matters most, and we felt so unsafe in the range, that we left early. I was flagged several times by a group of people goofing around the entire time with their full-autos, and someone else had a laser on the end of his weapon, and thought it was a good idea to show it off and point it all over the room. Not once did any staff check in on the safety situation inside the range, and with how unfriendly and quiet the lady was when we walked in, we just thought it best to go elsewhere. IΓÇÖve been to almost every range in Atlanta and the surrounding area, and IΓÇÖve seen some unsafe behavior, but never anything like this.

Nice place to shoot, $16 if you have your own gun and ammo. Unfortunately, the price went up for shotguns. Close to Farmer's Market. Lowered rating one star. Have waited 3 days for FFL release after delivery. Have gotten same day at other FFL locations.
