We did the gun safety class. Adam is a great instructor and manages to keep the seriousness of gun safety but slipped in some good jokes and pop culture references. We were the largest class he had ever. At first, we were too many folks on firing range for one instructor, but we were joined by manager Chevy. He and Adam were able to give everyone individual and continuous attention. I was a first time shooter and walked away feeling more comfortable with how to handle a fire arm at a range. I feel I was able to gain the knowledge to empower me to properly handle a weapon. I will continue to visit the range to continue to improve my markmanship.

I had a great experience at Range, Guns & Safes. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and had a great selection of firearms and safes. A special shoutout to Chevy and Monica, the manager, who was incredibly professional and complimentary throughout my visit. His customer service went above and beyond, ensuring I had a smooth and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a top-notch range and excellent customer service!

This is for the South Atlanta Location ONLY: This place gets two stars because the class was informative and the instructor was knowledgeable. Probably the only pro out of the review The class did not start on time. Places that have expectations and policies about YOU being on time but donΓÇÖt do anything on their end to honor the same commitment, red flag number 1.Usually the instructor/ staff ensures the participants are situated (documents/gear/ etc..) at this place, be prepared to handle things on your own ! Terrible way to lead/instruct and handle business when we are talking about firearms and processes to NEWCOMERS. However, when the class was over and you were instructed to go to the register to purchase rental gear is when the madness took place. As a first timer, my experience was not the best. The person running the register was new and instead of honestly asking his teammate or manager for assistance.. he chose to overwhelm me and my husband with useless upselling information about guns when we are true beginners. In addition to that, in the class we were told to rent a gun that has the targets on the gun (for beginners ) and of course we were given the wrong kind which added to the long drawn out process and frustration. All of the staff was very discombobulated and disorganized which ultimately made me lose faith in trusting them with my safety when it came to this portion of the class. It may have been better for those who are more experienced, but essentially I walked out because I was so overwhelmed and frustrated with the poor attentiveness of the staff. So, do with this information as you may. I will not be returning .

I had an amazing experience at Range, Guns & Safes! Having been to ranges in Virginia and Maryland, I can confidently say this one stands out above the rest. Unlike other places that rely on a 15-minute video, the instruction here was hands-on, thorough, and tailored to make you feel confident and comfortable. Chevy and Bill were absolutely fantasticΓÇöknowledgeable, patient, and incredibly friendly. They made sure we understood the fundamentals and answered all our questions without rushing us. It was a great balance of professionalism and fun. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and had a welcoming atmosphere, perfect for both beginners and experienced shooters. If you're visiting Atlanta, this is definitely a must-stop spot. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to learn or just have a great time on the range!

After calling five different stores in search of a fun and welcoming indoor target shooting experience, I finally found the perfect spot! Many of the other shops I contacted felt cold and impersonal, with staff who werenΓÇÖt very helpful or inviting on the phone. That all changed when I called and spoke with Chevy. He was incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming, taking the time to answer all my questions about rentals, safety, pricing, and gear. It felt like I was talking to a close friend or family member! I even called back a couple of times and spoke with Jack, who was equally amazing. Thanks to their helpfulness, I decided to check the place outΓÇöand IΓÇÖm so glad I did! I visited for the first time last night and had an absolute blast! The storeΓÇÖs selection was impressive, with a wide range of models in stock from Glock, Smith & Wesson, Walther, Sig, Canik, and more. Prices were competitive, often in line with or even better than what I found online, and I didnΓÇÖt have to wait around for help. Despite it being a busy Friday night, Monica offered to give me a lesson, and she was fantastic! As a first-timer, I was a bit nervous, but she made the experience both fun and educational. What really stood out was the camaraderie and positive atmosphere. There were even off-duty employees hanging out and lending a hand, which added to the welcoming vibe. ItΓÇÖs clear this is more than just a storeΓÇöitΓÇÖs a community. I canΓÇÖt wait to go back tomorrow for more! Huge thanks to Chevy, Jack, Monica, James, and Mr. B for creating such a friendly, safe, and inclusive space. A+ all aroundΓÇö10 out of 10, highly recommended!

My new place to shoot my gun! I am a new gun owner and I had my gun safety class with Adam which was very informative! Adam is a great teacher and very knowledgeable about gun safety and laws. I walked in nervous and left feeling comfortable. I will be visiting weekly to get my skills up. I am happy I took the class!

I usually visit the other location but I was in the area . This location has better customer service and friendlier staff ,I spoke with the manager Chevy and he is knowledgeable and helpful. No shade to the Forest Park location but I probably utilize this location going forward.

I went in for the first time and everyone there was so friendly, kind and helpful. I cut my finger shooting and Kenny assisted me with my wound and answered a zillion questions that I had. Trained me in the range. Just an awesome experience all around. Thank you guys.

I dropped by the North location (Dekalb co.) today and was super impressed with the customer service. I walked in and the young guy behind the counter, who was occupied/working with a couple guys, asked me if I needed help, etc. Great attitude. Another older guy came out minutes later and was very hospitable and asked me if I needed help, etc. They let me handle a few of the rifles on the wall. As I was walking towards the back to the restroom, another guy from inside an office with the door open said hello. Super friendly and welcoming. The people working there seemed VERY diverse and were helping all "types" of customers. Again, all were friendly and helpful in a very normal authentic way. I will be coming back here for range time and purchases for sure.

They are racist. In another booth about four down from mine. A white guy brought his weapon to my booth and asked for help the instructor came directly to me telling me rules and regulations not approaching the owner of the weapon and when the employees left they white guys asked for my help again and right after the employees came barging in again in a rather nasty manner and said didn't I just tell you to follow our rules and keep the gun in the booths worst experience at a gun range ever

I can't say enough about the staff, and the experiences I've had, at this shop. They are incredibly helpful - and definitely knowledgeable. Very knowledgeable. They take time with you whether you're a first-timer or a long-time customer. The location is really convenient and their hours allow for a lot of flexibility in making a visit. If you are looking for a purchase, or just to go use the range and have fun, this is definitely your place.

My best friend went to buy a gun and got the most amazing customer service and training from Chevy. Everyone in the store was so attentive and gave great customer service. Chevy was very patient and informative on everything we needed to know and what to do. We got there close to closing and everyone was still so patient and did not rush us at all. I definitely recommend this place when shopping for a firearm.

They are very professional they have training and trainers in house fire arms are definitely nice price all types and they will explain to you about any fire arm your looking at I do see a lot of females coming in for training target practice and purchasing protection 💙 for them self and family all the employees treat you with respect..shout out to the Little Angel they have on board blessings to all and thank you for my time and experience at RANGE.GUNS AND SAFES
