The service here was horrible! They took my Drivers License at the beginning & never gave it back so I had to go back the next day to pick it up. I'm a beginner & when they showed me a gun to rent/buy I accidentally touched my finger on the trigger. I didn't pull it, just touched it briefly & the bitter old sales rep kicked me out immediately. They made me feel like a schmuck & were assholes to me! They don't deserve my business

I have been coming here for about 3 months and I am very impressed with this business. It has a great indoor range with many stalls for shooting. It even has fun events like the "zombie defense" during Halloween. Today I took my elderly mother here to try and find a gun that can work for her as a self-defense tool. When you are older and trying to develop hand strength, handguns can be intimidating and challenging to a novice. Tom at the front counter could not have been a kinder gentleman. He took the time to talk with my mother for over half an hour in order to educate her on firearms and how to properly manipulate handguns in a safe/efficient manner. I am forever grateful to this man for sharing his knowledge and passion about this amazing hobby with her. The attention to detail while trying to help her find the right tool for her was very impressive. I have become a lifelong patron to this establishment from these experiences. I hope nothing but blessings and success for the employees and the business itself. Obviously, the manager/owner is hiring the right people to get the job done in the best way possible. Thank you!!

We went to the range for a first time shooting with my family. We were very lucky to find Erin, he teaches us how to shoot and how to be safe, all that while having a lot of fun! I would 100% recommend going there if youΓÇÖre a beginner. And thanks again to Erin, you made the whole experience fantastic !!!

It was awesome! We just went here to shoot for our second time ever, and the guys were so friendly, so helpful! We really had an amazing time here. They took the time to explain the different guns and anytime we had a question they were right there. Thanks guys! Definitely recommend!!

Love this place! All of the staff team are amazing! I canΓÇÖt even pick a favorite. They have all treated me with kindness and helped me with any questions I had. I most definitely appreciate them and feel very secure about owning a firearm and being educated on how to use it responsibly. I have seen some people getting upset with them because of delays or not getting approved on their background check and I would like to say that to those people who donΓÇÖt know, the background check has nothing to do with the employees there. All they do is submit your paperwork and wait for a response. If you have an issue, take it out on the DOJ, not these friendly people.

I had a question regarding an old pistol that had been malfunctioning. I sent it to the manufacturer, but they didn't fix it. The gentleman at the Range Pistol club offered a cheap and solid solution (new mag springs). My 35-year old pistol now works like new. Hard to find that type of knowledge. Much appreciated.

Na een korte goede uitleg konden we gelijk gaan schieten met mooie wapens die je gratis kon swichten. Dus leuke ervaring voor niet geld en aardig/behulpzaam personeel.

Second time here, this time I took my brother in law. Pretty enjoyable experience, confortable at our lane enjoying ourselves. I recently was at the pistol club up there in the foothills and here was a more pleasant visit than over there.

Definitely not the best place to go. Went today to try out a new firearm and the place is run down and in pretty poor condition. Reserve 2 lanes with my buddy and then my lanes target falls off it's hinge forcing us to use only one lane. To top it off as soon as I get to the desk to check out and inform staff of the issue I'm met with instant accusations of causing the issue with their lanes hanging target when both my buddy and I saw that it just falls off on its own. They proceed to blame us and tell us we need to pay for repair, ended up paying to avoid further headaches. Definitely wouldn't recommend since they don't upkeep with their own facility and they're quick to blame the customer.
