Love this range staff are really friendly and other shooters too had a really bad experience at the Carmel branch DO NOT GO CARMEL if you donΓÇÖt want your day ruined IΓÇÖll only use the Avon branch i donΓÇÖt not care if itΓÇÖs packed IΓÇÖll gladly wait. Staff have been extremely friendly since the day I walked in thanks range USA Avon.

Went in for the first time and the employees were very helpful and kind in getting me registered and shooting. The service was relatively fast as well

1. Staff bunched together the shooters in the lanes as opposed to spreading them out. 2. Walls separating lanes provide no concussive protection from large caliber firearms being fired in the adjacent lane. I understand it is a range for everyone- but being next to someone shooting 50 cal rounds was painful. Literally painful. Complaint sent to RangeUSA: received a very stock response with no resolution other than essentially ΓÇ£tough luck.ΓÇ¥ I would recommend using other ranges if at all possible.

Paul went above and beyond to ensure that my firearm is safe to fire. He made sure that this decade old weapon was safe for me to carry as it is a gift from my mamaw. Thank you Paul, please give this man raise!

Two stars instead of one only because the purchasing process was easy and enjoyable. Purchased a P365 a few days ago and added a holster, optic, and other expenses to the purchase totaling nearly $1100. One of the factory magazines completely fails to lock back on an empty mag (live or dry fire) and I was told ΓÇ£thatΓÇÖs not necessarily a a malfunction of the weaponΓÇ¥. In what way is that not the case? I was simply asking if they would replace the mag, or if I needed to contact Sig directly. Now I may not know everything, but as a competitive shooter and long-time carrier I think I can diagnose a weapon issue. Sure, if I were inadvertently applying pressure the slide release during live fire - then yes, itΓÇÖs a me issue. However, denying that thereΓÇÖs a problem when the issue is omnipresent no matter the circumstance is downright laughable.

$100 transfer fee to discourage buying firearms from anyone but you is not it. Clean store, nice range, standard prices. Often understaffed when I go. With a couple simple changes this place could be great. I hope the corporation doesnΓÇÖt kill it first.

I took my son here to shoot. The staff can make or break a place. These guys are friendly, knowledgeable and will answer any questions you have without the smug judgement you get at some other places. The facility is nice, clean and organized. I'll definitely be returning.

My wife and I both had limited experience with handguns, and decided to take a formal class at Range USA in Avon. The staff could not have been more helpful and professional. From the manager Nick at the sales counter, who walked us through the myriad handgun options available, to Tim H, our instructor, we would give them both 10 stars if it were possible. TimΓÇÖs professionalism, knowledge, and patience are an asset to their facility. As retired aviation professionals ourselves, we both know dedication and talent when we see it. Bravo to you all for making this a memorable experience for both of us! We will be back!

My wife and I took a private lesson on safety handling from Tim, H (2024.12.18). We were nervous because it was our first time to touch a gun, but he carefully taught us how to hold the gun correctly and how to handle it safely. He took the time to make sure we understood all the safety procedures. The lecture on gun handling in the classroom was easy to understand, and he explained the meaning of each procedure, so we were able to understand it well. After the one-hour lecture in the classroom, my wife and I moved to the shooting range and shot for 30 minutes. He chose guns that were easy to handle for us beginners and provided us with a great shooting experience. I am grateful to him for helping me learn how to handle guns properly.

The guys here are great! We had a private lesson today with Tim and he was wonderful. My mom and I have wanted to shoot guns to check off our bucket list and Tim was the right guy to introduce us to the sport. He was patient and very informative. Definitely recommend classes and checking this store out

Attempted to become a member on a Saturday night to shoot. They close at 9:00 staff turned me away at 8:28. Guess the long haired young man didnΓÇÖt want to help a potential customer . Rude, surely hope the rest of the staff is a bit more friendly.

This was my first time shooting a handgun and I went with 4 of my friends, so we got 3 lanes, for an hour. DeAndre at the counter was so kind and informative! Thank you for your patience and suggestions on handguns to shoot! Dennis, the range officer, was so sweet and helped when we ran into jams with the Glock 9mm and gave advice for the S&W Equalizer. Everyone else who was in other lanes had immaculate vibes. It was so friendly and there was an air of camaraderie. 10/10 would recommend
