The staff is super friendly and helpful but they give you space to shoot / arenΓÇÖt on top of you offering advice if you donΓÇÖt ask for it which is great. Facility is clean and well taken care of.

Can't say enough great things about Range USA in Baton Rouge! My husband and I have been planning on buying handguns for a while now. After much online research, it was finally time to visit a store and pull the trigger, pardon the pun:). After checking out another retailer, we went to Range USA. We found the store and range to be well-stocked, efficiently run, clean and just nice to be in. But the staff really blew us away - everyone from the store manager, to the RSO and finally to our salesperson, Brandon. We were torn between two brands of 9 mm guns, and he was phenomenal at pointing out all the intricacies of each weapon (in relatable terms) to help us make an informed decision as to which gun fit our needs the best. We now own 3 handguns and well on our way to being educated, safe and very satisfied customers/gun owners!!

First time at the range. Friend of mine and I stopped by and we were both very impressed with it. The range itself is well maintained and clean, the RSOs are super friendly, and the equipment is in great shape. Was impressed enough with the space that I ended up purchasing a monthly membership for the range.

Worst experience ever. Charged me 32 bucks for range and let me shoot 3 rounds then told me I could should my other gun. A hunting rifle 7mag. No big deal many ranges have restriction on cal. But you could have ask me what I was shooting before I entered the range. Cost me 10 bucks a shot. What should have happened was sir I apologize for not asking about what weapons you were going use and offered a refund. Range master was great. Back to FRC. Lost me business

Première expérience de tirs. Nous somme arrivés par hasard dans cette établissement sans réservation et nous avons passé un excellent moment. Nous avons été très bien conseillé pour le choix des armes et nous nous sommes senti en sécurité du début à la fin. Prix très raisonnable comparé à d’autres stands de tir que nous avons pu voir.

I am getting back into learning how to use my gun. The facility is always clean, they are very accommodating with questions, and I feel secure and know there are people there who have more knowledge than I do.

I loved everything about the place except for the range fee price. 2 People for $50 is a bit high. There's no incentive.

Zach is both personable and knowledgeable. During our session, he helped coach me through an issue I was having with my hand placement and stance and also helped me find a pistol that worked best for me. My firing accuracy improved noticeably over the course of the session. I would highly recommend booking Zach for any coaching or classroom need.

I am going to take my complaint higher to the corporate level because you have one employee who works there, and his customer is absolutely beyond mediocre. I'm at the point where I am going to cancel my membership because if you have someone representing your company, your brand and treats your customers in the manner he does and speaks to them as if he has absolutely no understanding of what he just said was absolutely uncalled for. I can't support a business that allows this. He needs to be careful what he says because not everyone will just ignore him and move forward.

Today, my family and I (Europeans on holiday in the US) went for the first time to an american shooting range. We are very happy that we chose the Range USA of Baton Rouge! We had a great time, it was fairly priced and all the personnel was super friendly and helpful, from the check-in, selection of guns and up to the moment we left the premises. Special thank you to David, our range instructor, who was very patient with our "newbie" questions, gave us all the necessary safety instructions and was extremely kind and nice to all of us. He made our first experience around guns very approachable and enjoyable. We would love to come back again someday if we didn't live so far away! Don't hesitate to try it out if you're in the area!
