I took a beginners handgun class with Diego. He was very comprehensive but still was able to customize the training to my specific needs. He didn't just tell me the best methods but asked questions to adapt those needs to my specific skill sets. Not only knowledgeable in the technical aspects of shooting but very adept at presenting those needs in a very personable manner. Highly recommended.

The staff is exceptional at this location. I am particularly impressed with Diego. I chose to take a private lesson with him and not only was he professional and helpful, but I saw immediate improvement. Diego and the entire team at Bridgeton are great.

My experience at the Range USA Bridgeton location was by far the worst. We visited today to celebrate my fiancé’s birthday and chose this location for some target shooting. During our session, a family member accidentally shot the cardboard that holds the target post. While we understand this was against range rules and had no issue with him being asked to leave, the way Steve handled the situation was completely unprofessional. Instead of addressing the issue respectfully, he took a nasty, antagonistic approach—going so far as to call our family member an idiot. He then made inappropriate and racially charged remarks, referring to us as “these people” and implying something offensive by telling us to “go shoot out of a car.” Additionally, he expressed that he wanted us banned from the range. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this location to anyone.

I haven't purchased a weapon in years, I went there, nervously, because I didn't know what to expect. But Ken helped me with everything, he showed me different handguns after I explained what I needed and we got the perfect one. He also helped me with all the ammunition, the lock case, and holster (hahaha, sounds like the wild west) and he helped me stay within my budget. He made lots of suggestions and he was very personable. I told my bestie and she was impressed at all I got for the price. Definitely recommend and yes I will be returning.

I took a class with my mom today and Diego Fernandez was our instructor. HeΓÇÖs absolutely phenomenal, engaging, and one can truly see that he has a passion for teaching people to handle firearms safely. He helped everyone in the class who has questions and never once made anyone feel like excluded. I would recommend sitting on DiegoΓÇÖs class for anyone wanting to or curious with carrying!

I attended one of the Lady Sure Shot classes along with my Mother. The whole experience was amazing and weΓÇÖll return for sure. Diego and CJ made a very welcoming, comfortable environment for our group of all experience levels to learn and build on our individual skills.

Today was my first time ever shooting at a range. I was brought to the Ladies Sure Shot class by a friend and I loved it! The class was informative, I felt very educated, and Diego and CJ were wonderful in ensuring that we were using the best technique and that our safety was the #1 priority. I am thankful for the experience, and feel much more secure in my ability to use a gun for self defense. Thank you Range USA for offering this class! I will be back!

This Range USA location is well-staffed with knowledgeable, friendly representatives who clearly care about safe, responsible and enjoyable shooting. I have always felt appreciated and respected as a curious visitor and now as a member. Diego F. is a fantastic instructor and I cannot recommend his CCW class highly-enough. He brings the perfect combination of easy-going and sobriety to the training, and his energy and sense of humor makes the legal boilerplate interesting and I daresay entertaining. Even for those not seeking a permit or who don't plan to regularly carry, this class will prepare you to think rationally and intentionally about firearm safety and how to behave in critical situations involving them. This location is easily my top recommendation in the St Louis area for firearm purchases, practice and training.

This firearm dealer doesnΓÇÖt abide by the Brady Transfer Law so take that into consideration when purchasing. I suggest not purchasing a firearm from them though. If there is any delay that would normally be settled with the 7 day Brady Transfer law, you will not be able to get your firearm and have to wait 30 days until it expires or cancel your purchase. You risk paying a restock fee for cancellations. I understand that is a company policy but the location itself is just junk. The gentleman that sold me the firearm failed to mention that before completing my purchase. I wish I could leave less than a one star review for this particular location. Ken who is supposedly a manager is downright rude and egotistical. He was threatening and didnΓÇÖt like to be told he was wrong. It was actually comical how he acted. Ryan, who did seem to care at first promised calls back and didnΓÇÖt deliver, every time I called to inquire I was told something different. When I asked Ken if there was anyone above him he said no. I asked if he was the owner and he said yes and laughed. Super unprofessional. He hung up on me and when I called back to get my refund receipt he refused and when I let him know I was going to come back in store to get it he told me in a threatening manner not to come in the store. After that, the tough guy who likes to threaten females on the phone emailed me my receipt. Hopefully the funds actually get returned because other reviews state the money never hit their account. I guess I will watch my account like a hawk for the next couple of weeks. So basically the Bridgeton location likes to sell you expensive guns and then if they experience a delay they like to hold on to your money for 30 days with little to no communication and get rude and threatening when you expect minimal customer service and support on a very expensive investment.

This private class was excellent. I hadn't shot in over 20 years and wanted to refresh my basics and fundamentals while improving my recent firing range results. Throughout the lesson, I noticed a remarkable improvement in both my aim and consistency. Diego also introduced defensive shooting techniques, which I look forward to incorporating into my regular practice. It was worth every penny and every minute.

Although, I appreciate the convenience of being able to engage in firearm sporting close to home. I have to say that the management in particular are not very knowledgeable nor helpful with providing help or information on how to proceed with federal firearm tax stamp subjected purchases and transfers. I'm very disappointed with the standoffish attitude I encountered when inquiring about this topic, that I already have a vested interest in through Range USA

If I could give 10 stars I would. Ryan handled my important paperwork I needed and even stayed after his shift so I could get it done. Fast forward a couple days and Ken and Ryan helped finalize everything. Everyone you talk to here is very friendly and ready to help.

I'm a longtime member here but I think I'm going to cancel my membership there was no reason for me to be waiting to be served for 14 minutes when other people were able to walk right around and get service before me very disrespectful towards members!!

I really enjoy my local Range USA. I got a membership for my wife as a birthday present. Such a great decision! From the moment we entered we were treated great and the staff was extremely eager and helpful. We love the membership benefits. Day 1 she tried 6 different handguns and spent hours testing them. A few days later she went back for more and the staff members that greeted us were new faces to us but still open armed. Visits 3 and 4 were just as pleasant. So happy we joined up.
