Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Just a heads up to steer clear of the Canik Mete MC9 that they claim is so good. Put 250 rounds through mine, which was bought brand new, just for the recoil spring to be faulty and wrapped around it self at the bottom causing my firearm to no function properly. Slide will not stay locked after last round is fired nor will it lock manually. I did contact Canik USA but taking very long to get a response and a new spring sent to me.

Very very nice understandable and gentleman back on the gun range was very very helpful and respectful I bought a gun and he helped me with it he oiled it up for me and got it working good for me they were very nice I will go back here again if you're looking to buy a good gun I recommend here

Took the Ohio LCCH course on 2-16-25 with instructor Rick. He was very professional without being stuffy or boring. He covered all points without just reading the slides. The only minor thing is that I felt the USCCA guy was a bit high pressure with his presentation. Rick spent time with every student on the range until they were comfortable with the firearm they were shooting. Enjoyable experience.

Took the CCW class with Rick. It was fantastic, learned some very useful things, and even got some pointers on my grip. Would definitely take another course through Range USA. The staff is great and they have a very good selection of firearms, accessories and ammo.

Poor experience and poor customer service. I purchased a rifle online which said it was in store, however it wasn’t. When I called, the first associate Jeff was very understanding and apologetic. When I called back to inquire about the rifle, I continued to get Ben who was not only rude but extremely disrespectful. His tone was the worst I’ve ever experienced and he was dismissive. I was advised today the rifle would be there in several days, despite what the website has said. They were quick to charge my account for the rifle that was said to be in stock, but extremely slow following through. I’ve purchased many weapons from them previously (and was even a member) and even referred others who have bought multiple weapons, ammo, accessories, etc… However once I FINALLY receive my rifle I will never do business with them again and will advise others not to as well. I’d rather go to Premier or even Target World. As the guy on WCPO says, “Don’t waste your money.”

I Recently flew in from the U.K and attended a basic handgun class headed by a Rick.R. he was a really good teacher and is clearly good at his job. At immediate face value the place is a very nice and well kept establishment with patient and knowledgeable staff, they have a wide selection of firearms including some more exotic ones. My opinion only grew as they instructed us with care and ran us all, (a Class of ten or so people) through how to handle and operate various types of handguns. genuinely just a fantastic way to round off an already amazing first trip to the states, I'd absolutely do it again and if anyone local to the area is interested in learning how to safely handle a firearm I can guarantee you at the very least it's a fantastic place to start.

Went to go shooting with my son today and just wanted to thank the RSO Richard C. He was super helpful in correcting some poor shooting habits. He took his time to give some tips on finger placement and how to correct off-center shooting. Really appreciate your help.

Went in to the Mishawaka Indiana store to show my Kel Tec sub 2000 to a guy about trading it in. It was folded in half with no chance of firing. This guy yells at me to leave because the gun was not in a case. I said I didn't have one. This guy then yells at me and says then go buy a case off the shelf. A 30 second exchange with this guy who I think was a manager makes me not want to go back and go to another gun store/range. He was very sarcastic and unprofessional. If I could give a minus 1 star rating I would.

I really enjoyed the Basic Handgun class on 12/3/24 with our instructor, Rick. I had never handled or fired a gun. By the end of class, I was confident and excited to learn more. Did pretty good at the range too! Highly recommended to newbies. Looking forward to going to the range for practice.

Called on 11/16 and talked to a gentleman on the phone. I asked about a Mossberg 590 retrograde and was informed that they had it. I then asked if the worker could confirm it was a 20inch barrel. He a assured me it was a 20 inch barrel because thatΓÇÖs ΓÇ£standardΓÇ¥ in his words. He set it aside for me and I made the 30 min drive down there then waited in line for 30 min just to find out it was the 18.5 inch barrel. The employee then starts to make up information saying they only make the 590 retro grade in 18.5 inch (which is a lie) and the only 20 inch is a 590 retrograde A1 (which is a lie ). Staff if not well informed and to lazy to even check the specifics on a gun over the phone. Will just lie to sell anything. Would recommend to purchase firearms elsewhere.

Very Pleased. I had been out of shooting environment for about 20 years and stopped in about purchasing a new home protection gun. Greeted nicely and respectively. Salesman was knowledgeable and very helpfully. Came back a few days later and purchased a G19. Sale went very smooth. Now I am shopping for a new gun for wife. The G19 was a little large for for hands, so I brought her in a very nice female (Andrea) helped us with different selections. Andrea pointed her toward S&P 380 EZ. Wife fell in lone with it. Prices are very reasonable. Note: Sales associates do not work on commission so they will not you push toward a product that only makes them a paycheck. Overall first class experience. Been going there for a year now and could not be more pleased. The staff is very helpful and polite. The classes are run professionally. The range is always is clean and monitored very well for safety.

The place is clean the staff is very helpful, experienced, and professional. They have safety personnel in the range that's experienced with all firearms and are more than willing to help you better adjust your sights, work on your stance, loading and unloading etc.
