Range USA Goodlettsville

Q: How does one go about getting a suppressor?
A: DONT GO HERE. They really won't help you unless forced. I got bullied here just doing an FFL transfer. I can't even imagine purchasing a suppressor here. The manager was verbally abusive and motioned like he wanted to hurt me. No customer service at all.

Q: What can we shoot and not shoot
A: I believe you can shoot just about anything, that's legal. I don't think you can shoot 50 caliber. You wouldn't want to bring something like that to an indoor range anyway.
- Peter Mancini (9 months ago)
Q: Do they help with a first time shooter?
A: I would just call the range and ask if they have an NRA pistol instructor and sign up for one lesson. Or rifle instructor, what ever is appropriate. Or google NRA certified pistol instructor near you.

A: Hey Brandon. Welcome to the 2A community! They do offer classes for new shooters. Usually during a person's first range visit, you will get a brief overview of range safety and etiquette. If a shooter needs assistance beyond that, I recommend either taking a class or going with an experienced shooter. I hope this helps.

Q: When will this open
A: It is open now.

I had never been at this place till today. I walked in and stood by the counter. The associate was working with an other person. When it came my time, I found the person quite put out. I expect when I go into a store, whoever waits on me to listen to me and have eye contact. The store is emaculate. Safety rules are followed. I hope if you visit you don't run into Grumpy.

This place is a great spot for firearms training and practice. They are staffed with great people who care about you improving your skills and finding the right firearm for you. Making a buck is not their primary goal. outfitting you with the proper protective gear is.

Not a good place for women As a woman it's difficult to go into many gun stores because typically they have haughty attitudes and treat you as an inferior. I thought going in here would be different since it has multiple locations and is a large store. As it turns out I was wrong When I walked in and made my way to the counter, there were two men standing there, one larger man, and one shorter and much thinner man. They both greeted me, and the smaller thinner man asked if they could help me, and then ended the sentence with the word "sweet cheeks". Since when is a socially acceptable in 2025 to call a woman that you have never met before, sweet cheeks? I do take very good care of myself, but that is a classical derogatory term typically used by chauvinist. I asked him if he really just called me sweet cheeks, and he just grinned at me and asked what he could help me with. The larger fellow seemed to sense that it was not appropriate, and started walking away. I asked the man who called me that if I could speak to the manager, and he told me he was the manager. Realizing I wasn't going to get any decent treatment I turned around and left. This experience will be shared with the other women in local gun groups

Stopped in here specifically looking for a 1911 Sig Fastback Nightmare. Looking through the display cases I could not find one. Having not been acknowledged by anyone in the store up until that point, I went to speak to one of the three employees huddled together, one playing on his phone and the other two conversing with one another. I approached them by saying hi guys, one of them acknowledge me by saying What do you want? Slightly taken aback by the curt attitude, I told him what I was looking for. After I told him, one of the other two piped up and told me " We don't sell junk like that." I didn't argue or say anything else except okay and thanks. They made it pretty obvious that they have better things to do than try to help customers. And their opinionation on firearms does seem to be lacking. Telling a potential customer that sigs are junk probably not a good business strategy. I definitely won't be back, especially when there's four other gun stores that are much friendlier within just a few miles.

Good firing range and good gun prices. However, when I tried applying here, I got busy and wasn't even finished with my application and didn't even submit it. Management, for some reason, decided to go through my unfinished application and deny it anyway and was told to use a different email to apply again (which I have a massive issue with) to apply again. Employees are friendly, but don't expect management to be very helpful.

If you have little to zero gun knowledge and a pocket full of cash this is the place for you! This place has rubbed me wrong on multiple occasion. IΓÇÖm not sure what is higher the employee turn over rate or there guns & ammo prices. Very little knowledge when it comes to the staff (aside from a guy named Houston) Management appears to be the main issue they are unfriendly and have a donΓÇÖt care attitude. No one appears to have an idea on how there system works especially when it comes to suppressors. I understand Range USA is a large corporation but they need wake up and realize goodlettsville has reputation for small town hospitality and get with the program. Moral of the story over priced everything rude attitudes and zero customer relations. Do your selfΓÇÖs a favor people and drive an extra 15 minutes to guns and leather Greenbrier location.

Just extremely over priced. Even the range is extremely high $20 an hour is crazy. But hey they give you a free 2min to setup lol. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable tho. So I gave them an extra star for that.

My minor son wanted some hands on time with a gun. According to Range USA I needed to pay full fare ($24) plus the $6 Range Maintenance Fee just to stand behind him and ensure he's safely handling the weapon. I did not shoot on the range but had to pay as if I had. Bending over your community is not how you get repeats. I won't be back. RESPONSE TO RUSA: Following the laws and accompanying my son was never the issue or problem. Your POLICY of charging a parent to ensure safety and education of minors is in question. Shame on you, RUSA, for extorting parents.

This gun range is impressive.. modern, clean, and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, making the experience enjoyable and stress-free, especially for newcomers. The only downside is that the prices are a bit on the higher side compared to other ranges IΓÇÖve visited. However, the quality of the facility and the excellent service make it worth considering

Everything is good, however the range is too small for heavy or big guns. Too loud period and unnecessary.

I made a reservation for today at 7:30. We arrived a few minutes late, like 7:35, and were told that last mag was at 7:40 so they could clean up. Why does your system allow a member to make a reservation for 7:30 if you canΓÇÖt actually use it? Poor customer service in that they should have honored our reservation.
