Well leaving this review because Matthew was great help to me today Made me feel really comfortable was nervous about shooting and then after talking with him for like 30 minutes before buying ear protection, he made me feel comfortable enough to come back. Got a member ship threwMatthew. He is of the nicest people IΓÇÖve met I did come back and spend about an hour in the shooting range but sadly, the lady that checked me in to the range was nowhere near as nice and made me feel nowhere near as comfortable as Matthew did kind of made me want a leave like if didnΓÇÖt know what I was doing or talking about. The comfortability Matthew gave me went right out the window

Excellent staff, range and range safety guy. First time my daughter shot as an adult, she had a (blast) pun intended. We shot several of our guns, including her deceased grandpa's pocket gun and a few of their rentals. Will go again

Great facility. Clean, state of the art. Affordable and great rental selection. I really like the hours of operation. More ranges should be open Friday and Saturday night.

I always like coming here. WhatΓÇÖs annoying is walking up to the register and itΓÇÖs always the same young man on his phone which his back turned to the store. Neville or kevin? IΓÇÖm not really sure. The rest of the staff is so friendly. But heΓÇÖs always on his phone and just unpleasant to check in with, like itΓÇÖs an inconvenience for him.

Great customer service, great selection of guns whether in store or online. The best part is being a premium member where 2 trips a month to the range pays for itself. You get unlimited firearm rentals with membership, which helps you decide which firearm is best for you. You also get first take at sales and 5 % off of ammo and the guns tgat are already in line with every other place. So far, so good. The only thing I would like to see is better accessories and mag sales for handguns. Along with lower FFL transfer fees as a member. With that said I just got 5, 5.56 P mags for under $55 today. Keep up with their email alerts and you can save a lot of money on all your firearm needs.

Buyer beware! Purchased a firearm two weeks ago, after returning home notice the front sight seemed dull. Took it back they confirmed the night sight was a dud, no glow. Because they never caught before selling it, I was told they could not doing anything to help. I now have to buy new sights and replace myself or go through S&M. Not sure about anyone else but to spend $500 plus and the find out something wrong is with the gun and the gun store to not share the responsibility to fix it is extremely disappointing. After range USA reached out they continued to fail to improve their business and customer service. This was their response: Hello, Thank you for reaching out to us! We are sorry to hear there is an issue with your firearm. All sales are final once they leave the store. Everything we sell as new in box is new from the manufacturer. Everything is inspected for functionality, this may have worked when we unboxed it and went dead by the time you received. Unfortunately S&W is your best resource for correcting this.

First off I want to clarify that this has nothing to do with the facility itself, it's amazing and their selection of rentals is better than any range I've ever seen. And the guys that we talked to, were super nice, really knowledgeable, and just overall seems like an awesome place. However, we never got past the rental desk. My wife and I are visiting the area and thought it would be fun to go do some shooting on a Sunday. We are both Illinois residents, and despite the fact that Wisconsin law does not require FOID cards, the fact that neither of us have one prevented us from using the rental range. Been to other gun shops in Michigan, Indiana, and Wisconsin and have never once had anyone ask us for a FOID card. Ever. If you're from Illinois, and don't have a FOID card, I highly recommend finding a local range and not a big corporate one. However, if you're a Wisconsin resident or you do have a FOID card, I'm sure the place is amazing and you'll have a great time. I want to say again, the guys working there were awesome, and you could tell how stupid they both thought this nonsense.

Unfortunately, this was my first time there. Fortunately, it's my new stop. Extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The guy with the latex gloves who they call their range safety person was extremely gentle. Lol, the guy had a great personality. Well appointed, Im mad I forgot his name. Checked up on us after we were done. A Saturday at 1 o'clock they had plenty of lanes as well.

Convenient. I don't like that they charge an annual fee for "Range Maintenance " This is part of doing business but that they are making us pay for it. They allow long guns. Anything larger than .22lr is stupid. It's a 15yd range. You need at least 25yds to get a bore sighted on paper. But if you must... then separate them. 1-6 or 7-13. Not too thrilled to shoot my hand guns nest to some kind of knucklehead punchin' .308, 30-06, 270, 300winmag holes in paper. Even .223/5.56 is stupid loud.

Great place. A lot more range safety personnel than what I see in my hime state of Texas. They have ammo to buy and guns to rent but not for first timers. Hood selection of paper targets to. Ill definitely come back next time im in this part of the country.

Today husband and I did CCW class with Chris. He was awesome. He was real with us and he knew how to take nervousness away without even knowing. I learn so much I would recommend him!

Took the concealed carry class and our instructor Chris was excellent. He was extremely knowledgeable, engaging and very patient with me in the range which I appreciated being a gun novice. I highly recommend!
