They Explain absolutely nothing when purchasing a fire arm. I had to call when it arrived even though they said they would. I also had to call to make sure background check was clear because they never got around to it. Been to 4 range USA this only one that didnΓÇÖt get 1 star.. Jeff was nice and knowledgeable.

My background check was pending for over 3 weeks I repeatedly called to ask if I could do anything on my end. They stalled me out until my background check expired just to tell me the to contact ISP.

I worked with Zaida P and she was an amazing individual to work with!! I was able to make my first purchase and could not be more happy. She is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and professional. I will be revisiting and would recommend her services. She had no trouble answering any questions and offered her best advice. I felt in control of my experience the whole time and got exactly what I was looking for.

Only good things for me to say. Was there this past weekend for the CCL class and was pleasantly surprised by how smooth the class and process flowed. Good group of people who all interacted professionally and respectfully. The teacher, Matt, was comfortable and encouraged participation. Excellent job! The store was clean and well organized. The range was also clean. I was very impressed. You all do a great job with your customers. A+!!!

The Guys over at Hodgkins II really helped me out today! I was trying to purchase a smith and Wesson equalizer with a laser attachment off their website and have it shipped to their store with the fall sale discount (which is only available online), the firearm came up as not available for sale in Illinois because it has a laser and lasers are illegal in the city of Chicago, they suggested I contacted customer service so I did, I explained the complete situation to customer service and even added that the firearm was physically On display at Hodgkins previously so clearly it could be shipped there, customer service responded with ΓÇ£ We will not allow you to order a prohibited item.ΓÇ¥ to which I responded and explained that Hodgkins is its own city in the suburbs of Illinois and lasers are not illegal there and that I aswell do not reside in the city of Chicago so this transaction would be perfectly to legal. To this I got the rude answer of ΓÇ£ Hodgkins is in Chicago. It doesn't matter where you plan to keep the firearm. It matters where you buy it. ΓÇ£ to range USAΓÇÖs customer service center: 1. it doesnΓÇÖt take much longer than a quick google search to learn that Hodgkins and Chicago are not the same place and donΓÇÖt have the same laws 2. If I explained that the firearm is currently for sale at the store why would you argue that it is a prohibited firearm? Clearly the firearm would not be on display for sale somewhere where it isnΓÇÖt legal. Thankfully the guys over at Hodgkins II took care of me and Got me the standard firearm without a laser (which IΓÇÖm perfectly fine with because I didnΓÇÖt care for the laser but the version with the laser was on sale and the normal one was not) and price matched it for me with no issue and said they would refer to customer service of their mistake and how to take better care of their customers. Thanks to this great service and problem solving these guys will definitely be seeing more of my business in the future! Thank you again to the Team at Hodgkins II ! I can't recommend this place enough. The most professional gun range of all time. ZAIDA is the supervisor there and she is amazing, she will go above and beyond to help you choose the gun that fits you. Definitely buying my guns from there. ZAIDA MAKES THIS LOCATION 1000 TIMES BETTER THAN THE OTHER ONE WHICH IS 9400 w 63rd st THEY ARE RUDE AND AGGRESSIVE AND MAKE YOU FEEL YOU ARE WASTING THEIR TIME.

THIS IS THE BEST RANGE IN THE COUNTRY. SUPER FRIENDLY, SUPER HELPFUL, THEY WILL ANSWER ALL YOUR QUESTIONS WITHOUT MAKING YOU FEEL RUSHED. It was a very fun experience. I recommend coming to this one rather than the one by SamΓÇÖs because itΓÇÖs less packed. They also have a vending machine with brisk which is amazing the best.

I had one worker that was the assistant manager her name was Kate I got there a little late before closing didnΓÇÖt know a pick up would take so long as I ask she was talking a lot bs under her breath saying ΓÇ£it takes a long time around 45 mins and u come here earlier u donΓÇÖt pull that shit in mine storeΓÇ¥ it just talking a lot of stuff I just think it wasnΓÇÖt really necessary for her to say anything knowing it was my first time here but another worker named zaida was nice enough to assist me knowing sheΓÇÖs who rang me up to buy my firearm.

Me and my husband drove 1hour to this range we walked in and service was trash from a worker named Oscar he was being really rude to us and wouldnΓÇÖt accept my id and then i showed him my passport as another id and he was veerryyy rude to me and my husband ,this kid names Oscar should not be on floor helping customers, and then we asked for a manager and Russell was very professional and had great customer service he did tell us this kid was new and he is a jerk sometimes to customers. We will never be coming back ever again after this experience and on top of that we had called the place before coming to make sure from every detail. DO NOT RECOMMEND TALKING TO OSCAR.

Awesome staff! Very friendly! I took my family to an evening at the range! They all had a blast! No pun intended lol! They were so accommodating that they even gave me a lane close to the windows so the family can take pictures!

Had to update since last visit. Went in for a purchase and asked the staff if they honored their online sales. They initially said no, but changed their mind when I was going to leave. After the supervisor honored the online price, he made an unnecessary remark as he was walking away. I donΓÇÖt know if he felt slighted by the honoring of the online sale price, but it was uncalled for. I will probably never do business at Range USA again.

I came to Range with my friend to see if I could even handle a gun. Everyone was so helpful and patient. I found that not only could I handle a gun but I loved going to the range. For anyone not sure of what kind of gun they want or if they can't afford a gun at this minute, join as a member. It's so inexpensive with so many benefits. I can rent any gun and bringing a friend is included. I finally have a hobby that I really love and that keeps me protected. Unbelievably great staff is the reason I keep going to this location.
