Staff is always friendly and helpful. The facility itself has always been clean and neat. Range officers are friendly and professional but also take their responsibilities seriously. Great place for first time shooters.

2 star because the old men working in the front are rude. Yes came to shoot but man a bad attitude can ruin what I came here to do. Also expensive compared to others.

Professional facility, helpful staff, solid range. This was our first visit, and we will definitely return. Buying the membership is so worth it with lanes, rentals, ammo, bringing a friend. And they have all major brands and several variations in the cabinets and on the walls. The variety for rental was better than we expected. Jeffrey is the best!

Nice, clean indoor range. A bit on the expensive side at min $24 for 1 hour plus $6 fee, $3 ear protection, $4 glasses (can use your own too), plus targets (can also use your own or paper) Over-all a nice place though and the staff was cool.

My NEW FUN place everyone is GREAT, VERY HELPFUL STAFF!! just started and they treat me like family, LANDON, JAMES, DOM, JEFF, DERRICK AND THE REST understand I am NEW to shooting and really help me out. TOO MUCH FUN. JOIN THE MEMBERSHIP, it pays for itself in 2 visits PLUS you get a nice FREE BAG to carry your stuff. Wish I could go more than just Fri, Sat and Sunday. I am hooked now looking to buy a pistol

Friendly people. It should be noted that when visiting for a first time and solo, it's not possible to rent guns.

I enjoy shooting at range USA. My first visit at range USA I took my sister go shooting for her first time and she was nervous and she said I was making her even more nervous, I guess. 🤷🏻‍♂️ but Fernando was in the range that day and was very supportive and helpful. I run a business I can tell when you have someone that is very helpful with customers it goes a long way with me. Fernando is very knowledgeable and is always willing to help and he’s a really good person to go to when you are at range USA humble

Very friendly and helpful. Patient custom representatives for answering a lot of the same questions. Very clean facility. Not the largest inventory of ammo and accessories. But quality firearms to choose from.

I will never come to this range again. I have been an avid supporter of Range USA back in Illinois and recently at this location during my deployment in Texas. I literally only spent 25 minutes of the time allotted to me due to my frustration of an incident. IΓÇÖm in lane 4 minding my own business when another customer in lane 5. Turns to the SRO and with an elevated tone because to ask if what I am shooting in the range is necessary. I was dumbfounded at the fact that this individual did not comprehend where he was at and the fact that I am allowed to shoot with what I checked in with. IΓÇÖm not a troublemaker and actually just chose to pack up, give my remaining targets to someone that just arrived and leave. IΓÇÖm also not someone to walk away with my tails between my legs and told the complainer, ΓÇ£You need bigger or ears or you need to toughen upΓÇ¥. He wasnΓÇÖt too keen at the fact that the whole range heard it and started yelling Hey and I didnΓÇÖt disrespect you. I told him neither did I but I have every right to shoot what theyΓÇÖve allowed me to come in with. He proceeded to yell and the SRO told him to shut up. I have never, in my years encountered someone complaining about the noise in the range. I took the higher road in leaving, not even utilizing the entire time that I paid for. The SRO should have either have him move to a different or even myself. Regardless, I will no longer support Range USA.

When I say this place literally charges you for everything and per person...I never spent so much to shoot my weapon!! Also double the rules like boot camp i will neverrrr go back!!
